Abstract
Description
[0001] This application is a divisional application of application number 2020800082715, application date January 10, 2020, and invention name “Inspection Patch Unit”. Technical Field
[0002] The present invention relates to an inspection patch unit for image diagnosis using microwaves. Background Art
[0003] Mammography using microwaves has been proposed as a method for detecting breast cancer (for example, see Patent Document 1). In mammography using microwaves, there is no need to compress the breast to be examined, so the examinee does not feel pain during the examination. In addition, mammography using microwaves does not use X-rays, so the examinee is not exposed to X-rays.
[0004] In mammography using microwaves, a probe is used to scan the entire breast. At this time, in order to avoid scanning omissions, a tattoo patch printed with a coordinate grid is attached to the breast. The tattoo patch has an adhesive layer and an image receiving layer (for example, refer to patent documents 2 and 3). The coordinate grid is formed on the image receiving layer using an inkjet printer or the like.

[0010] Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0011] When a tattoo patch is used as an inspection patch for inspecting the breast, the inspection patch needs to have a large area that can cover the entire breast. The inspection patch is very thin, so wrinkles are easily generated on the inspection patch. Therefore, in order to attach the inspection patch to the breast in a way that no wrinkles are generated on the inspection patch, it is necessary to repeat the following operation: temporarily attach the inspection patch to the breast, then only peel off the part of the inspection patch that has wrinkles from the breast, stretch it again and attach it to the breast. In addition, in order to reduce the number of times the inspection patch is re-pasted, multiple people are required to attach the inspection patch to the breast in a way that no wrinkles are generated on the inspection patch. Therefore, in mammography using an inspection patch, the operation of attaching the inspection patch to the breast takes time, so it is required to improve the work efficiency of the inspection by reducing the operation time.
[0012] It should be noted that these situations are not limited to cases where the examination object is the breast, but are also common to other parts of the human body.
[0013] An object of the present invention is to provide a patch unit for inspection that can improve work efficiency during inspection.
[0014] Means for solving problems
[0015] The inspection patch unit for solving the above-mentioned problems comprises: a base film, which includes a surface and a back surface which is a surface opposite to the surface; an adhesive layer located on the back surface of the base film; and a support body, which is mounted on the surface of the base film and has a shape along at least a portion of the edge of the base film in a planar view relative to the surface, and has a strip portion connecting two points opposite to each other at the edge that sandwich the center portion of the base film.
[0016] The inspection patch unit for solving the above-mentioned problems comprises: a base film including a surface and a back surface which is a surface opposite to the surface; an adhesive layer which is located on the back surface of the base film; and a support body which is mounted on the surface of the base film. When the support body is mounted on the surface, the support body has a shape along the edge of the base film in a plan view relative to the surface, and has a strip-shaped portion which connects two points which are opposite to each other at the edge and sandwich the center of the base film.
[0017] According to the above-mentioned constitutions, by making the laminate of the base film and the adhesive layer supported by the support, the portion supported by the support in the edge of the laminate can maintain a state of extension along with the shape of the support. Therefore, the inspection implementer who attaches the laminate to the inspection object can only stretch the portion of the edge of the laminate that is not supported by the support toward the outside, thereby maintaining the state of the whole laminate without wrinkles. Thus, the laminate can be attached to the inspection object in a wrinkle-free manner, thereby suppressing the generation of wrinkles on the laminate attached to the inspection object. Therefore, according to the inspection patch unit with a support, the work efficiency in the inspection can be improved.
[0018] In the above-mentioned inspection patch unit, the support body can have any one of the following shapes: a polygon surrounding the entire central part, a broken line shape surrounding the central part with a portion of the edge left blank, a circle surrounding the entire central part, and an arc shape surrounding the central part with a portion of the edge left blank.
[0019] According to the above configuration, the region of the stack surrounded by the support can be kept stretched by the support, thereby preventing wrinkles from being generated in the stack when the stack is attached to an inspection object.
[0020] In the above-mentioned inspection patch unit, the support body may have a fragile portion, which is a portion that is easier to break than the portion other than the fragile portion in the support body. According to this structure, the support body is easily broken by the fragile portion, thereby making it easy to remove the support body from the surface of the base film.
[0021] In the above-mentioned inspection patch unit, the fragile portion may be a pinhole. According to this configuration, the support body can be broken along the pinhole.
[0022] In the inspection patch unit, the breaking strength of the support body except the fragile portion may be higher than the breaking strength of the base film, and the adhesion strength between the support body and the surface may be higher than the adhesion strength between the adhesive layer and the inspection object.
[0023] According to the above configuration, when the support is broken by taking advantage of the fragile portion, the laminate of the base film and the adhesive layer can be broken along the boundary between the support and the base film in a plan view relative to the surface of the base film. Furthermore, when viewed in the thickness direction of the laminate, the portion of the laminate that overlaps with the support can be removed from the inspection object together with the support.
[0024] In the above inspection patch unit, the fragile portion may be located at a portion of the support body including a point that is the longest in distance from the center of gravity of the base film in a plan view facing the surface.
[0025] According to the above configuration, compared with a case where the distance between the fragile portion and the center of gravity of the base film is smaller, when the support is removed from the base film, wrinkles can be suppressed from being generated in the laminate of the base film and the adhesive layer, or the position of the laminate relative to the inspection object can be suppressed from being changed.
[0026] In the above-mentioned inspection patch unit, the support body has a polygon, which has: a first side including the first point among the two points, a second side including the second point among the two points, and a connecting side connecting the first side and the second side, the support body has a first corner formed by the first side and the connecting side, and a second corner formed by the second side and the connecting side, and the inner edges of the first corner and the second corner have an arc shape having a center of curvature on the basement membrane.
[0027] According to the above configuration, by making the inner edge have a curvature, it is easy to make the inner edge follow the shape of the inspection object having a curved surface, so when the laminate of the base film and the adhesive layer surrounded by the inner edge is attached to the inspection object, wrinkles are unlikely to be generated on the laminate. In addition, by making the inner edge have a curvature, it is easier to cut the support from the outer edge toward the inner edge than in the case where the corner is formed by two straight lines.
[0028] In the above-mentioned inspection patch unit, the support body has the fragile portion in at least one of the first corner and the second corner, and the fragile portion is easier to break than the portion of the support body other than the fragile portion. According to this configuration, it is easier to hold the periphery of the fragile portion, thereby making it easier to apply a force for breaking the fragile portion to the fragile portion, compared with a case where the fragile portion is located in the middle of each side.
[0029] In the above-mentioned inspection patch unit, the support body includes a back surface opposite to the base film and a surface that is a surface opposite to the back surface, and the surface roughness of the back surface of the support body is greater than the surface roughness of the surface of the support body.
[0030] According to the above configuration, by using the surface with the largest surface roughness in the support as the back surface mounted relative to the base film, the contact area between the back surface of the support and the object to which the support is bonded can be increased, thereby improving the adhesion between the base film and the support.
[0031] The inspection patch unit may further include a protective layer covering a portion of the surface that is located inside the support in a plan view facing the surface.
[0032] According to the above configuration, the portion of the surface of the base film exposed from the support is covered with the protective layer. Therefore, before the laminate of the base film and the adhesive layer is used for inspection, the portion covered with the protective layer can be kept clean.

[0048] Reference Figures 1 to 7 , an embodiment of the inspection patch unit is described. Hereinafter, the structure of the inspection patch unit, the method of using the inspection patch unit, the distribution method of the inspection patch unit and the embodiment are described in sequence.
[0049] [Structure of inspection patch unit]
[0050] Reference Figures 1 to 4 , the structure of the inspection patch unit is described. In this embodiment, the inspection patch unit is used for mammography as an example of image diagnosis using microwaves. In this embodiment, it is particularly preferred to use microwaves with a wavelength band of 300 MHz to 300 GHz. In mammography, the inspection patch unit includes a patch body attached to a breast as an inspection object.
[0051] like Figure 1 As shown, the inspection patch unit 10 includes a base film 11, an adhesive layer 12, and a support 13. The base film 11 includes a surface 11F and a back surface 11R which is a surface opposite to the surface 11F. The adhesive layer 12 is located on the back surface 11R of the base film 11. The base film 11 and the adhesive layer 12 form a patch body 10A. The support 13 is mounted on the surface 11F of the base film 11.
[0052] The support 13 may be directly mounted on the surface 11F of the base film 11 or may be indirectly mounted on the surface 11F of the base film 11. In the present embodiment, the inspection patch unit 10 further includes an adhesive layer 14 for mounting the support 13 on the surface 11F of the base film 11. The support 13 is indirectly mounted on the surface 11F of the base film 11 via the adhesive layer 14.
[0053] The base film 11 is made of a synthetic resin. The base film 11 is made of, for example, a polyurethane resin. The base film 11 may be made of a synthetic resin other than a polyurethane resin as long as the following two conditions are satisfied. The thickness of the base film 11 may be, for example, 5 μm to 15 μm.
[0054] (Condition 1) The tensile elongation at break is 130% or more.
[0055] (Condition 2) 100% modulus of elongation is 10 MPa or less.
[0056] The tensile elongation at break is calculated according to "Plastics - Test methods for tensile properties - Part 3: Test conditions for films and sheets" of JIS K 7127:1999 (ISO 527-3:1995) and "Plastics - Calculation methods for tensile properties - Part 1: General" of JIS K 7161-1:2014 (ISO 527-1:2012). When the test piece as the object of measurement has no yield point, the "tensile fracture strain" defined in 3.7.2 of JIS K 7161-1:2014 is calculated as the tensile fracture elongation. On the other hand, when the test piece has a yield point, the "tensile fracture nominal strain" defined in 3.8.1 of the standard is calculated as the tensile fracture elongation. It should be noted that the tensile fracture strain is calculated according to the following formula (1) described in 10 "Calculation and expression of test results" of the standard. The tensile break nominal strain is calculated according to the following formula (2) described in 10 "Calculation and expression of test results" of the standard.
[0057] ε=ΔL0 / L0 ··· Formula (1)
[0058] ε t =ε y +ΔL t / L ··· Formula (2)
[0059] It should be noted that in formula (1), ε is the strain (%), L0 is the distance between the markings of the test piece (mm), and ΔL0 is the increase in the distance between the markings of the test piece (mm). t is the nominal strain (%), ε y is the yield strain (%), L is the initial distance between the clamps (mm), ΔL t is the increase in the distance between the clamps from the yield point (mm).
[0060] According to "Plastics - Test methods for tensile properties - Part 3: Test conditions for films and sheets" of JIS K 7127:1999 (ISO 527-3:1995), the 100% tensile stress is calculated as the stress when the strain reaches the specified value (100%) in "x% strain tensile stress" defined in 3.6.3 of "Plastics - Calculation methods for tensile properties - Part 1: General" of JIS K 7161-1:2014 (ISO 527-1:2012). It should be noted that the 100% strain tensile stress is calculated according to the following formula (3) described in 10 "Calculation and expression of test results" of the standard.
[0061] σ=F / A ··· Formula (3)
[0062] It should be noted that in formula (3), σ is stress (MPa), F is the magnitude of the force to be measured (N), and A is the initial cross-sectional area of the test piece (mm 2 ).
[0063] As with the base film 11, the adhesive layer 12 is made of a synthetic resin. The adhesive layer 12 is made of, for example, a polyurethane resin. In the patch body 10A, which is a laminate of the base film 11 and the adhesive layer 12, the adhesive layer 12 may also be formed of a synthetic resin other than a polyurethane resin as long as the following condition 3 is satisfied in addition to the above conditions 1 and 2. The thickness of the adhesive layer 12 may be, for example, 5 μm or more and 25 μm or less.
[0064] (Condition 3) At 40°C and 90% relative humidity, the moisture permeability specified in JIS Z 0208 is 750 g / m 2 · More than one day.
[0065] The support 13 may be made of paper or synthetic resin. The support 13 preferably has a higher rigidity than the patch body 10A. On the other hand, when the inspection patch unit 10 is applied to a curved surface such as a breast, the support 13 preferably has flexibility that allows it to bend along the curved surface. When the support 13 is made of paper, the rigidity and flexibility of the support 13 can be adjusted according to the unit weight of the paper. When the support 13 is made of synthetic resin, the rigidity and flexibility of the support 13 can be adjusted by the type of synthetic resin and the thickness of the support 13.
[0066] The inspection patch unit 10 also has a protective film 15. The protective film 15 is laminated relative to the back side 11R of the base film 11 in a peelable manner. When viewed from a direction opposite to the protective film 15, the protective film 15 covers the entire base film 11. The protective film 15 is preferably made of a transparent or translucent synthetic resin. The protective film 15 is composed of, for example, a base film and an anti-adhesive layer. The anti-adhesive layer is laminated on the base film. In the protective film 15, the anti-adhesive layer is in contact with the adhesive layer 12. The base film may be, for example, a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film or the like. The anti-adhesive layer may be, for example, a layer made of a silicone resin. It should be noted that the protective film 15 may also be formed only by the base film, and processing to improve the peelability is performed on the surface of the base film in contact with the base film 11.
[0067] like Figure 2As shown, in a plan view relative to the surface 11F of the base film 11, the support 13 has a shape along the edge 11E of the base film 11. The support 13 has a strip-shaped portion that connects two points that are opposite to each other at the edge 11E and sandwich the central portion 11M of the base film 11. It should be noted that the central portion 11M of the base film 11 refers to a portion having an area half the area of the surface 11F and having an edge similar in shape to the edge 11E of the base film 11, and is a portion where the distance from the edge 11E of the base film 11 is equal between any points on the edge of the central portion 11M.
[0068] In the present embodiment, the support 13 has a polygon surrounding the entire central portion 11M. Specifically, the support 13 is a closed loop and rectangular frame. The support 13 is located at the entire edge 11E of the base film 11. In the present embodiment, when a pair of sides opposite to each other in the up-down direction of the paper are defined as the first side 13b1 and the second side 13b2, two sides opposite to each other in the left-right direction of the paper are defined as the connecting side 13b3 connecting the first side 13b1 and the second side 13b2. The first side 13b1 is a side including one of the above two points, i.e., the first point P1, and the second side 13b2 is a side including the other of the above two points, i.e., the second point P2. As described above, the support 13 has a rectangular frame shape including the first side 13b1, the second side 13b2, and the connecting side 13b3. When the first point P1 and the second point P2 are set as in the present embodiment, the strip-shaped portion may include a portion of the first side 13b1, a portion of the second side 13b2, and one connecting side 13b3.
[0069] By making the patch body 10A supported by the support 13, the part supported by the support 13 in the edge of the patch body 10A can keep the state of extension along with the shape of the support 13. Therefore, the inspection implementer who attaches the patch body 10A to the breast can stretch the part that is not supported by the support 13 in the edge of the patch body 10A toward the outside, thereby keeping the whole patch body 10A in the state of wrinkle-free. Thus, the patch body 10A can be attached to the breast in a wrinkle-free mode, thereby wrinkles can be suppressed on the patch body 10A attached to the breast. Therefore, according to the inspection patch unit 10 with the support 13, the working efficiency in the inspection can be improved. It should be noted that the inspection implementer is, for example, a doctor or an inspection technician.
[0070] The basement membrane 11 has a coordinate grid 16 for guiding the scanning position of the inspection object. In a plan view relative to the surface 11F of the basement membrane 11, the coordinate grid 16 is located in the area surrounded by the support 13. The coordinate grid 16 includes a plurality of first grid lines 16a. Each first grid line 16a extends along a scanning direction, and the plurality of first grid lines 16a are arranged along an arrangement direction perpendicular to the scanning direction. In the present embodiment, the up-down direction of the paper is the scanning direction, and the left-right direction of the paper is the arrangement direction. In mammography, the scanning direction is the direction in which the inspector uses a probe to scan the inspection object.
[0071] The coordinate grid 16 further includes a plurality of second grid lines 16b extending in the arrangement direction and arranged in parallel in the scanning direction. When viewed from the direction opposite to the surface 11F of the base film 11, the plurality of second grid lines 16b and the plurality of first grid lines 16a form a square grid.
[0072] The coordinate grid 16 can be printed using ink on the back surface 11R of the base film 11. As the ink used for printing the coordinate grid 16, any ink that can be printed on the base film 11 can be used.
[0073] In the inspection patch unit 10, in the portion of the patch body 10A other than the coordinate grid 16, the total light transmittance specified in JISK 7361-1 is preferably 50% or more. Thus, when the inspection patch unit 10 is attached to the breast, the position of the coordinate grid 16 relative to the breast can be visually confirmed while adjusting the position of the inspection patch unit 10 relative to the breast. In addition, if the total light transmittance of the inspection patch unit 10 is 50% or more, after the basement membrane 11 and the adhesive layer 12 are attached to the breast, the position of the mole or spot on the breast can be determined visually or by a camera through the basement membrane 11 and the adhesive layer 12. Since the position of the mole or spot in the breast does not change, the position of the mole or spot in the breast is important when determining the position of the lesion in the breast.
[0074] In contrast, in the support 13, the total light transmittance specified in JIS K 7361-1 is preferably lower than the total light transmittance in the portion other than the coordinate grid 16 in the patch body 10A. The support 13 is preferably translucent or opaque. Thus, compared with the case where the support 13 has the same degree of transmittance as the patch body 10A, the boundary between the patch body 10A and the support 13 is clear. Therefore, when the support 13 is removed from the inspection patch unit 10, it is easy to determine whether the patch body 10A can be broken along the support 13. Thus, when the support 13 is removed from the inspection patch unit 10, it is possible to prevent the inner side of the boundary between the patch body 10A and the support 13 from being accidentally cut.
[0075] The support 13 has a fragile portion 13a. The fragile portion 13a is a portion that is easier to break than the portion other than the fragile portion 13a in the support 13. The fragile portion 13a is a portion that has a lower mechanical strength than the portion other than the fragile portion 13a in the support 13. By providing the support 13 with the fragile portion 13a, the support 13 can be broken at the fragile portion 13a. Therefore, the support 13 can be easily removed from the surface 11F of the base film 11 by using the breaking of the fragile portion 13a as an opportunity.
[0076] The breaking strength of the support 13 except for the fragile portion 13a is higher than the breaking strength of the basement membrane 11, and the adhesion strength between the support 13 and the surface 11F of the basement membrane 11 is higher than the adhesion strength between the adhesive layer 12 and the object of inspection. Therefore, when the support 13 is broken by the fragile portion 13a, the patch body 10A can be broken along the boundary between the support 13 and the basement membrane 11 in the planar view relative to the surface 11F of the basement membrane 11. Furthermore, when the patch body 10A is observed from the thickness direction of the patch body 10A, that is, when observed from the line of sight relative to the surface 11F of the basement membrane 11, the portion of the patch body 10A that overlaps with the support 13 can be removed from the breast together with the support 13.
[0077] The breaking strength of base film 11 as specified in JIS K 7127 is preferably 35 N / 25 mm or less, more preferably 25 N / 25 mm or less. When the breaking strength of base film 11 is within the range of 35 N / 25 mm or less, patch body 10A and support 13 can be easily broken together.
[0078] In a planar view relative to the surface 11F of the basement membrane 11, the fragile portion 13a is preferably located at a portion of the support body 13 including a point that is the longest distance from the center of gravity of the basement membrane 11. Thus, when the support body 13 is removed from the basement membrane 11, it is possible to suppress the generation of wrinkles on the basement membrane 11 or suppress the change in the position of the basement membrane 11 relative to the breast, compared with a case where the distance between the fragile portion 13a and the center of gravity of the basement membrane 11 is small.
[0079] In the present embodiment, when viewed from the direction opposite to the surface 11F of the base film 11, the patch body 10A has a rectangular shape, and the support 13 has a rectangular frame shape. Therefore, in the support 13, the parts containing the points with the largest distance from the center of gravity of the base film 11 are the corners of the support 13. The support 13 has: a first corner 13c1 perpendicular to the first side 13b1 and the connecting side 13b3, and a second corner 13c2 perpendicular to the second side 13b2 and the connecting side 13b3. The support 13 preferably has a fragile portion 13a in at least one of the first corner 13c1 and the second corner 13c2. In this case, compared with the case where the fragile portion 13a is located on the way where the sides 13b1, 13b2, and 13b3 extend, it is easy to hold the periphery of the fragile portion 13a, so that it is easy to act on the fragile portion 13a with a force for breaking the fragile portion 13a.
[0080] In addition, in the present embodiment, the fragile portion 13a can be located in both the first corner portion 13c1 and the second corner portion 13c2. Therefore, compared with the case where the support 13 has only one fragile portion 13a, the degree of freedom in the manner of attaching the inspection patch unit 10 to the inspection object is increased. In particular, when the inspection object has two symmetrical parts such as a breast, by providing the fragile portion 13a in both the first corner portion 13c1 and the second corner portion 13c2, the effect of the fragile portion 13a can be obtained in both the left breast and the right breast.
[0081] Figure 3 The planar structure of the fragile portion 13a located at the second corner portion 13c2 is enlarged and shown.
[0082] like Figure 3As shown, the fragile portion 13a is a pinhole 13am. Therefore, the support 13 can be broken along the pinhole 13am. The support 13 includes an outer edge 13e1 and an inner edge 13e2. The inner edge 13e2 is a portion that is closer to the central portion 11M of the base film 11 than the outer edge 13e1. The pinhole 13am includes an arrow shape from the outer edge 13e1 toward the inner edge 13e2. Therefore, compared with the case where the fragile portion 13a is formed only by a linear pinhole, when a force that breaks the fragile portion 13a from the outer edge 13e1 toward the inner edge 13e2 is applied to the support 13, it is easy to break the support 13 from the outer edge 13e1 toward the inner edge 13e2.
[0083] In a planar view relative to the surface 11F of the basement membrane 11, the inner edges of the corners 13c1 and 13c2 of the support body 13 have an arc shape having a center of curvature in the basement membrane 11. In other words, the portions of the inner edge 13e2 corresponding to the corners 13c1 and 13c2 have an arc shape having a center of curvature in the basement membrane 11. Therefore, it is easy to make the inner edge follow the shape of the breast having a curved surface, and when the patch body 10A surrounded by the inner edge 13e2 is attached to the breast, wrinkles are unlikely to occur on the patch body 10A. In addition, by making the inner edge have a curvature, it is easier to cut the support body 13 from the outer edge 13e1 toward the inner edge 13e2 than when the corners 13c1 and 13c2 are formed by two straight lines.
[0084] In this embodiment, the portions of outer edge 13e1 corresponding to corners 13c1 and 13c2 have an arc shape having a center of curvature on basement membrane 11. Thus, by giving outer edge 13e1 a curvature, it is possible to prevent the subject's skin from being scratched by corners 13c1 and 13c2.
[0085] Figure 4 Enlarged and shows Figure 1 A portion of the cross-sectional structure of the inspection patch unit 10.
[0086] like Figure 4 As shown, the support 13 includes a back surface 13R and a surface 13F. The back surface 13R of the support 13 is the surface opposite to the base film 11. The surface 13F of the support 13 is the surface on the opposite side of the back surface 13R. The surface roughness of the back surface 13R of the support 13 is greater than the surface roughness of the surface 13F of the support 13.
[0087] Therefore, by setting the surface with a larger surface roughness among the surfaces of the support 13 as the back surface 13R mounted relative to the base film 11, the contact area between the back surface 13R of the support 13 and the bonding object of the support 13 can be increased. As a result, the adhesion between the base film 11 and the support 13 can be improved. In the present embodiment, the support 13 is bonded to the base film 11 via the adhesive layer 14, so the contact area between the support 13 and the adhesive layer 14 can be increased. As a result, it is difficult to cause peeling at the interface between the support 13 and the adhesive layer 14, and as a result, the adhesion of the support 13 to the base film 11 is improved.
[0088] The surface roughness of the front surface 13F and the back surface 13R of the support 13 can be evaluated based on, for example, the arithmetic mean roughness Ra, the maximum height Rz, the maximum peak height Rp, and the maximum valley depth Rv specified in JIS B 0601.
[0089] The rigidity of the support 13 may be lower than or higher than the rigidity of the protective film 15. When the rigidity of the support 13 is lower than that of the protective film 15, when the laminate of the adhesive layer 12, the base film 11, and the support 13 is attached to the breast and bent to match the curvature of the breast, it is easier to bend along the shape of the breast. In addition, when the rigidity of the support 13 is higher than that of the protective film 15, it is easier to peel off the protective film 15 from the adhesive layer 12 when the inspection patch unit 10 is used, and wrinkles can be suppressed from being generated on the patch body 10A from the peeling of the protective film 15 to the attachment of the adhesive layer 12 to the breast.
[0090] [How to use the inspection patch unit]
[0091] Reference Figures 5 to 7 , the method of using the inspection patch unit 10 is explained.
[0092] like Figure 5 As shown, when using the inspection patch unit 10, first, the user peels off the protective film 15 from the adhesive layer 12. In the inspection patch unit 10, the patch body 10A formed of the base film 11 and the adhesive layer 12 is used for breast examination.
[0093] Then, if Figure 6As shown, the adhesive layer 12 is attached to the breast B of the subject S. At this time, for example, the examiner simultaneously holds one of the pair of sides of the support 13 and a portion of the patch body 10A overlapping with the side with one hand, and simultaneously holds the other side and a portion of the patch body 10A overlapping with the side with the other hand. The patch body 10A is restricted from deformation by the support 13 so that its shape does not change. Furthermore, the examiner applies force to the patch body 10A in a direction in which the pair of sides are away from each other, thereby suppressing the generation of wrinkles on the patch body 10A.
[0094] As described above, the patch body 10A is very thin and satisfies conditions 1 and 2, so it can be stretched very well by applying only a small force to the patch body 10A. Therefore, in order to attach the patch body 10A, which has a rectangular shape and a large area covering the entire breast B, to the breast B without wrinkles, the four sides constituting the edge of the patch body 10A need to be stretched outward. That is, two or more test implementers are required to attach the patch body 10A to the breast B.
[0095] In this regard, according to the inspection patch unit 10 of the present embodiment, since the patch body 10A is supported in a state where deformation is restricted by the support 13, even if the patch body 10A is attached to the breast B by one inspection implementer, wrinkles on the patch body 10A can be suppressed when attaching the patch body 10A. Thus, the number of inspection implementers can be reduced, and therefore, according to the inspection patch unit 10, the work efficiency in mammography can be improved. In addition, according to the inspection patch unit 10 of the present embodiment, the patch body 10A can be attached to the breast B in a state where wrinkles are not generated in the patch body 10A. Thus, the time spent on re-pasting the wrinkled portion of the patch body 10A can be reduced. This can also improve the work efficiency in mammography.
[0096] It should be noted that when the patch body 10A is attached to the breast B, it is preferred that one of the corners 13c1 and 13c2 having the fragile portion 13a is located closer to the midline of the subject S and near the head than the other corners. In this way, the fragile portion 13a can be located on the ribs of the subject S. Therefore, when the support body 13 is broken at the fragile portion 13a, it is easy for a force to act on the fragile portion 13a.
[0097] like Figure 7As shown, the support body 13 is broken by taking advantage of the fragile portion 13a, and the support body 13 is removed from the patch body 10A together with a part of the patch body 10A. As described above, the patch body 10A can be stretched very well by applying only a small force. Therefore, it is difficult to remove only the support body 13 from the patch body 10A without breaking the support body 13 and attaching the patch body 10A to the breast in a wrinkle-free manner.
[0098] In this regard, according to the inspection patch unit 10 of the present embodiment, the support 13 is broken using the fragile portion 13a as an opportunity, and then, in the case of viewing from the direction opposite to the surface 11F of the base film 11, the patch body 10A can be broken along the support 13 at the boundary between the support 13 and the patch body 10A. Thus, when the support 13 is removed from the patch body 10A, the generation of wrinkles on the patch body 10A can be suppressed.
[0099] [Distribution method of patch units for inspection]
[0100] The inspection patch unit 10 can be circulated in a state where the protective film 15, the adhesive layer 12, the base film 11 and the support 13 are integrated. Alternatively, in the inspection patch unit 10, it can also be circulated in a state where the patch body 10A with the protective film 15 is separated from the support 13. In this case, the patch body 10A preferably has a separation film covering the base film 11. In addition, in the case where the support 13 is mounted on the patch body 10A via the adhesive layer 14, the support 13 preferably has the adhesive layer 14. When the support 13 has the adhesive layer 14 and is circulated in a state where the support 13 is separated from the patch body 10A with the protective film 15, the support 13 preferably has a protective film that protects the adhesive layer 14 stacked on the support 13.
[0101] That is, the inspection patch unit 10 may also be in the following form. The inspection patch unit 10 includes: a base film 11, an adhesive layer 12, and a support 13 for mounting on the surface 11F of the base film 11. When the support 13 is mounted on the surface 11F of the base film 11, the support 13 has a shape along the edge 11E of the base film 11 in a plan view relative to the surface 11F, and has a strip-shaped portion connecting two points that are opposite to each other at the edge 11E while sandwiching the central portion 11M of the base film 11.
[0102] Example
[0103] With reference to Table 1, examples and comparative examples of the inspection patch unit will be described.
[0104] In each of Examples 1 to 5 and Comparative Example 1, a patch body with a protective film common to them was prepared by the method described below.
[0105] [Patch body with protective film]
[0106] A PET film (manufactured by Toray Film Processing Co., Ltd., Celapil) with a thickness of 75 μm and a single-sided silicone coating was prepared as a protective film (Celapil is a registered trademark). Then, 1 part of a curing agent (T-501B, Toray Film Co., Ltd.) was added to 100 parts of a urethane adhesive (Siabian SP-205, Toray Film Co., Ltd.), and the resulting liquid was applied to the silicone-coated surface of the PET film, thereby forming an adhesive layer with a thickness of 15 μm (Siabian is a registered trademark). Next, a biaxially stretched polypropylene (OPP) film (manufactured by Futamura Chemical Co., Ltd., FOR-MP) with a thickness of 40 μm was prepared as a separation membrane. Then, an aqueous urethane resin (WS-6021 manufactured by Mitsui Chemicals, Inc.) was coated on the separation membrane to form a base membrane with a thickness of 15 μm. Furthermore, a coordinate grid for inspection was printed on the back of the base membrane. Next, an adhesive layer formed by the above coating was attached to the back of the printed surface of the base membrane, and then the separation membrane was peeled off from the base membrane to obtain a patch body with a protective film.
[0107] [Comparative Example 1]
[0108] The inspection patch unit of Comparative Example 1 was obtained by forming the patch body with the protective film into a rectangular shape with a length of 220 mm and a width of 240 mm.
[0109] [Example 1]
[0110] A patch body with a protective film was prepared in the same manner as in Comparative Example 1. Next, a support was prepared having a shape with three sides along the edge of the patch body with a protective film, excluding one side extending in the transverse direction. In the support, the length of each side in the direction perpendicular to the extending direction, i.e., the width, was set to 10 mm. In the material forming the support, a unit weight of 260 g / m 2 The test patch unit of Example 1 was obtained by attaching the support to the surface of the base film.
[0111] [Example 2]
[0112] In Example 1, a test patch unit of Example 2 was obtained by the same method as in Example 1 except that a support having a rectangular frame shape along the edge of the patch body with a protective film was prepared.
[0113] [Example 3]
[0114] In Example 2, a test patch unit of Example 3 was obtained by the same method as in Example 2, except that a notch recessed from the outer edge toward the inner edge of the support was formed at one corner of the support.
[0115] [Example 4]
[0116] In Example 2, a test patch unit of Example 4 was obtained by the same method as in Example 2 except that a pinhole extending from the outer edge toward the inner edge of the support was formed at one corner of the support.
[0117] [Example 5]
[0118] In Example 4, the inspection patch unit of Example 5 was obtained by the same method as in Example 4, except that the patch body with the protective film was formed into a circle with a radius of 140 mm and a ring-shaped support was formed.
[0119] [Evaluation method]
[0120] An experimenter attached the inspection patch units of Examples 1 to 5 and the inspection patch unit of Comparative Example 1 to the breast of a breast cancer palpation training model (manufactured by Tanak Co., Ltd.). In Examples 1 to 5, after removing the protective film from the adhesive layer, the patch body and the support were attached to the breast cancer palpation training model. On the other hand, in Comparative Example 1, after removing the protective film from the adhesive layer and the separation membrane from the basement membrane, the patch body was attached to the breast cancer palpation training model. At this time, the following three items were evaluated.
[0121] (Item 1) can evenly stretch the edges of the patch body
[0122] (Item 2) The patch body can be attached to the breast in a manner that does not cause wrinkles on the patch body
[0123] (Item 3) After attaching the patch body, the support can be removed from the patch body
[0124] In item 1, when the patch body was attached to the breast, whether the edge of the patch body could be stretched uniformly was evaluated according to the following 2 levels.
[0125] ○The patch body can be stretched evenly throughout the entire edge of the patch body
[0126] × The patch body cannot be stretched in at least a portion of the edge of the patch body
[0127] In item 2, whether wrinkles were generated in the patch body when the patch body was attached to the breast was evaluated based on the following three levels.
[0128] ◎The patch body has no wrinkles
[0129] ○ No wrinkles in the inspection area of the patch body
[0130] × Wrinkles appear in the inspection area of the patch body
[0131] In item 3, after the patch body was attached to the breast, whether the support body could be removed from the patch body was evaluated based on the following two levels.
[0132] ○ The support body can be removed while the patch body is attached to the breast
[0133] × When the support is removed from the patch body, the patch body cannot be kept attached to the breast
[0134] [Evaluation results]
[0135] The inspection patch units of Examples 1 to 5 and the inspection patch unit of Comparative Example 1 were evaluated for the above-mentioned items 1 to 3. The results are shown in Table 1 below.
[0136] [Table 1]
[0137] Project 1 Project 2 Project 3 Comparative Example 1 × × - Example 1 ○ ○ ○ Example 2 ○ ◎ × Example 3 ○ ◎ ○ Example 4 ○ ◎ ○ Example 5 ○ ◎ ○
[0138] As shown in Table 1, when the inspection patch unit of Comparative Example 1 was used, the edge of the patch body could not be stretched uniformly by one experimenter. Therefore, when the inspection patch unit of Comparative Example 1 was used, the patch body could not be attached to the breast without wrinkling the patch body.
[0139] In the case of using the inspection patch unit of Example 1, since three of the edges of the patch body are in a state of being stretched by the support body, an experimenter can evenly stretch the edge of the patch body by stretching the remaining side. Therefore, in the case of using the inspection patch unit of Example 1, even if wrinkles are generated in the peripheral portion of the patch body, the patch body can be attached to the breast in a state where no wrinkles are generated in the area used for inspection. That is, according to Example 1, it can be confirmed that the patch body can be attached to the breast to a degree that does not cause obstruction during the inspection and in a state where there are no wrinkles. In addition, in a state where the patch body is attached to the breast, the patch body can be broken along the support body using the boundary between the open end of the support body and the patch body as an opportunity. Therefore, according to the inspection patch of Example 1, the support body can be removed from the patch body while keeping the patch body attached to the breast.
[0140] In the case of using the inspection patch unit of Example 2, since the entire edge of the patch body is in a state of being stretched by the support, the edge of the patch body can be stretched evenly. Therefore, in the case of using the inspection patch unit of Example 2, the patch body can be attached to the breast without wrinkling the patch body. On the other hand, it can be confirmed that since the support body does not have an opportunity to break the support body, when a force for removing the support body from the patch body is applied to the support body, a part of the patch body will wrinkle, or other parts of the patch body will bulge from the breast. Therefore, according to the inspection patch unit of Example 2, it is impossible to remove the support body from the patch body while keeping the patch body attached to the breast.
[0141] In the case of using the inspection patch unit of Example 3, since the entire edge of the patch body is in a state of being stretched by the support, the edge of the patch body can be stretched evenly. Therefore, in the case of using the inspection patch unit of Example 3, the patch body can be attached to the breast without wrinkles. In addition, in the inspection patch unit of Example 3, since the support has a cut, the support can be broken by taking the cut as an opportunity, and a part of the part of the patch body to which the support is attached can be broken together with the support. Therefore, by breaking the patch body along the boundary between the patch body and the support, the support can be removed from the patch body while keeping the patch body attached to the breast.
[0142] In the case of using the inspection patch unit of Example 4, since the entire edge of the patch body is stretched by the support, the edge of the patch body can be stretched uniformly. Therefore, in the case of using the inspection patch unit of Example 4, the patch body can be attached to the breast without wrinkles. In addition, in the inspection patch unit of Example 4, since the support has a pinhole, the support can be broken by the pinhole, and a part of the part of the patch body to which the support is attached can be broken together with the support. Therefore, by breaking the patch body along the boundary between the patch body and the support, the support can be removed from the patch body while the patch body is kept attached to the breast.
[0143] When the inspection patch of Example 5 was used, the same results as those when the inspection patch of Example 4 was used were obtained.
[0144] As described above, according to one embodiment of the inspection patch, the following effects can be obtained.
[0145] (1) By making the patch body 10A supported by the support 13, the portion of the edge of the patch body 10A supported by the support 13 can be maintained in a state of extending along the shape of the support 13. Therefore, the examiner who attaches the patch body 10A to the breast B can maintain the entire patch body 10A in a wrinkle-free state by only stretching the portion of the edge of the patch body 10A that is not supported by the support 13 toward the outside. As a result, the patch body 10A can be attached to the breast B in a wrinkle-free manner, thereby suppressing the generation of wrinkles on the patch body 10A attached to the breast B. Therefore, according to the inspection patch unit 10 having the support 13, the work efficiency during the inspection can be improved.
[0146] (2) The region of the patch body 10A surrounded by the support body 13 can maintain the state stretched by the support body 13. Thus, when the patch body 10A is attached to the breast B, wrinkles can be suppressed from being generated in the patch body 10A.
[0147] (3) The support 13 can be easily broken by using the fragile portion 13 a as an opportunity. Thus, the support 13 can be easily removed from the surface 11F of the base film 11 .
[0148] (4) The support 13 may be broken along the pinhole 13am.
[0149] (5) Compared with the case where the fragile portion 13a is formed only by a linear pinhole, when a force that breaks the fragile portion 13a from the outer edge 13e1 toward the inner edge 13e2 is applied to the support 13, the support 13 is easily broken from the outer edge 13e1 toward the inner edge 13e2.
[0150] (6) When the support body 13 is broken by the fragile portion 13a, the patch body 10A can be broken along the boundary between the support body 13 and the basement membrane 11 in a planar view relative to the surface 11F of the basement membrane 11. Furthermore, the portion of the patch body 10A that overlaps with the support body 13 can be removed from the breast B together with the support body 13 when viewed from the surface 11F of the basement membrane 11.
[0151] (7) Compared with the case where the distance between the fragile portion 13a and the center of gravity of the basement membrane 11 is smaller, when the support body 13 is removed from the basement membrane 11, wrinkles can be suppressed from being generated on the patch body 10A, or the position of the patch body 10A can be suppressed from changing relative to the breast B.
[0152] (8) By making the inner edge have a curvature, it is easy to make the inner edge follow the shape of the curved breast B, so when the patch body 10A surrounded by the inner edge is attached to the breast B, wrinkles are less likely to occur on the patch body 10A.
[0153] (9) Compared with the case where the fragile portion 13a is located in the middle of each side, it is easier to grip the periphery of the fragile portion 13a, and it is easier to apply a force for breaking the fragile portion 13a to the fragile portion 13a.
[0154] (10) By using the surface with greater surface roughness of the support 13 as the back surface 13R mounted on the base film 11, the contact area between the back surface 13R of the support 13 and the bonding object of the support 13 can be increased. Thus, the adhesion between the base film 11 and the support 13 can be improved.
[0155] It should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiment may be modified as follows.
[0156] [Support]
[0157] At least one of the outer edge 13e1 and the inner edge 13e2 of the support 13 may not have a curvature in each corner. For example, in at least one of the outer edge 13e1 and the inner edge 13e2, each corner may be formed by two straight lines. Alternatively, at least one of the outer edge 13e1 and the inner edge 13e2 may include both a corner formed by two straight lines and a corner having a curvature. Even in this case, as long as the inspection patch unit 10 has the support 13, the effect based on the above (1) can be obtained.
[0158] The surface roughness of the back surface 13R of the support 13 may be equal to or less than the surface roughness of the front surface 13F. Even in this case, as long as the inspection patch unit 10 has the support 13, the effect of (1) described above can be obtained.
[0159] ·like Figure 8 As shown, the support 13A may have a notch 13ak recessed from the outer edge 13e1 toward the inner edge 13e2 of the support 13, instead of the pinhole 13am as the fragile portion 13a. Even in this case, the effect based on the above (3) can be obtained.
[0160] ·like Fig. 9 As shown, the support 13B may also have a folded line shape that leaves a portion of the edge 11E of the base film 11 empty and surrounds the central portion 11M. For example, among the edges of the patch body 10A having a rectangle, a shape may be provided along a pair of sides opposite to each other and one side connecting the pair of sides. That is, the support 13B may also only have a first side 13B1, a second side 13B2 opposite to the first side 13B1, and a connecting side 13B3 connecting the first side 13B1 and the second side 13B2. Even in this case, the effect based on the above (2) can be obtained.
[0161] In this case, the patch body 10A can be broken at the end of the first side 13B1 that is not connected to the connecting side 13B3 or the end of the second side 13B2 that is not connected to the connecting side 13B3. Therefore, even if the support body 13B does not have the fragile portion 13a, the support body 13B can be removed from the patch body 10A while the patch body 10A is attached to the breast B. It should be noted that the support body 13B may also have the fragile portion 13a.
[0162] ·like Fig.10 As shown, the support 13C may also have a circular shape surrounding the entire central portion 11M of the base film 11. For example, the patch body 10A may have a circular shape, and the support 13C may have a circular ring shape along the edge of the patch body 10A1. In the case where the support 13C has a circular ring shape, the support 13C may have a circular ring shape. Fig.10 The closed loop shape shown may be an open loop shape, that is, an arc shape that surrounds the central portion with a portion of the edge 11E of the base film 11 left blank. Even in this case, the effect based on the above (2) can be obtained.
[0163] The rigidity of the support 13 is preferably higher than that of the patch body 10A, but the rigidity of the support 13 may be lower than that of the patch body 10A. Even in this case, by supporting the patch body 10A along the edge 11E of the base film 11 with the support 13, the effect based on (1) above can be obtained.
[0164] [Vulnerable Ministry]
[0165] ·like Fig.11As shown in FIG. 1 , in the case where the support 13 has a plurality of fragile portions 13 a, the fragile portion 13 a may be located at each of the four corners of the support 13. Fig.11 As shown, in the case where the first side 13b1 and the second side 13b2 are longer than the connecting side 13b3, the support body 13 may have a fragile portion 13a in at least one of the middle of the first side 13b1 and the middle of the second side 13b2. Furthermore, the fragile portion 13a located in the middle of the first side 13b1 is closer to the corner of the support body 13 than the center of the first side 13b1 in the direction in which the first side 13b1 extends. In addition, the fragile portion 13a located in the middle of the second side 13b2 is closer to the corner of the support body 13 than the center of the second side 13b2 in the direction in which the second side 13b2 extends.
[0166] exist Fig.11 In the example shown, the fragile portion 13a is located at each of the four corners of the support 13, and every two fragile portions 13a are located at each of the first side 13b1 and the second side 13b2. In the extending direction of the first side 13b1, the two fragile portions 13a located at the first side 13b1 are located at different corners of the corners of the support 13 relative to the center of the first side 13b1. In the extending direction of the second side 13b2, the two fragile portions 13a located at the second side 13b2 are located at different corners of the corners of the support 13 relative to the center of the second side 13b2.
[0167] The breast B to which the patch body 10A is attached has a bowl shape. Therefore, when the patch body 10A with the support body 13 attached thereto is attached to the breast B, wrinkles are likely to form on the patch body 10A at the four corners of the support body 13 .
[0168] For example, before attaching the patch body 10A to the breast B, the portion sandwiched between the fragile portions 13a located at the four corners of the support 13 and the fragile portions 13a located in the middle of the sides 13b1 and 13b2 can be removed from the support 13. As a result, a portion of the support 13 is no longer located at the four corners of the basement membrane 11, so that the flexibility of the four corners of the basement membrane 11 and the followability to the breast can be improved. Therefore, the generation of wrinkles at the four corners of the basement membrane 11 can be suppressed.
[0169] In addition, for example, after the patch body 10A is attached to the breast B, the portion sandwiched between the fragile portions 13a located at the four corners of the support body 13 and the fragile portions 13a located in the middle of the sides 13b1 and 13b2 can be removed from the support body 13. In the portion where wrinkles are generated in the basement membrane 11, it is difficult to remove the support body 13 from the basement membrane 11, compared with the portion where wrinkles are not generated in the basement membrane 11. In this regard, the portion of the support body 13 located at the four corners of the basement membrane 11 can be separated from the other portion of the support body 13, so that the support body 13 can be easily removed from the basement membrane 11, compared with the case where one support body 13 is removed from the basement membrane 11 as a whole.
[0170] It should be noted that the support body 13 may also include a fragile portion 13a located in the middle of the extending connection side 13b3.
[0171] In the case where the support 13 has a plurality of fragile portions 13a, the plurality of fragile portions 13a may include a fragile portion 13a formed by a pinhole 13am, and a fragile portion 13a formed by a cutout 13ak.
[0172] The location where the fragile portion 13a is located in the support 13 does not need to be a location including a point that is the longest distance from the center of gravity of the base film 11. Even in this case, the effect of (3) described above can be obtained.
[0173] The fragile portion 13a may be located only at one of the first corner portion 13c1 and the second corner portion 13c2. Even in this case, the effect of (3) described above can be obtained.
[0174] The pinhole 13am may be in a linear shape. Even in this case, as long as the support 13 can be broken by the pinhole 13am, the effect of (3) above can be obtained.
[0175] The support body 13 may not have the fragile portion 13a. Even in this case, the effect based on the above (1) can be obtained. In this case, the breast B can be examined with the support body 13 attached to the patch body 10A, or the breast B can be examined after the support body 13 is removed from the patch body 10A.
[0176] [Adhesive layer]
[0177] In the inspection patch unit 10, when the support 13 is bonded to the base film 11 by the adhesiveness of the base film 11, the adhesive layer 14 for bonding the support 13 to the base film 11 may not be provided. Even in this case, the surface roughness of the back surface 13R of the support 13 is preferably greater than the surface roughness of the surface 13F of the support 13. Thus, the adhesion between the support 13 and the base film 11 can be improved compared with the case where the surface 13F of the support 13 is bonded to the base film 11.
[0178] [Coordinate grid]
[0179] In a plan view relative to the surface 11F of the basement membrane 11, the coordinate grid 16 may have a shape other than a square grid. For example, the coordinate grid 16 may be composed of a plurality of concentric circles having different diameters. That is, the coordinate grid 16 may be a grid corresponding to polar coordinates. In short, in a state where the coordinate grid 16 is attached to the breast B, it may have a shape that can guide the direction or position of the probe for scanning.
[0180] The basement membrane 11 is not limited to the coordinate grid 16, and may have scanning indicators of other shapes such as a shape extending in one direction. For example, the scanning indicator may be any one as long as it can guide the position to be scanned by the probe or guide the scanning direction.
[0181] The coordinate grid 16 may not be formed by printing. For example, the coordinate grid 16 may be formed by concave portions or convex portions of the base film 11 .
[0182] [Basement membrane]
[0183] As long as the base film 11 included in the inspection patch unit 10 satisfies the above-mentioned conditions 1 and 2, the synthetic resin used to form the base film 11 may be a resin other than polyurethane resin. For example, the synthetic resin used to form the base film 11 may be EVA resin.
[0184] The base film 11 does not have to satisfy at least one of the above conditions 1 and 2. Even in this case, as long as the inspection patch unit 10 includes the support 13 mounted on the base film 11, the above effect (1) can be obtained.
[0185] In the support 13, the breaking strength of the portion other than the fragile portion 13a may be less than the breaking strength of the base film 11. In this case, when the support 13 is broken in the fragile portion 13a, at least a part of the fragile portion 13a can be removed from the patch body 10A. In addition, the adhesion strength between the support 13 and the surface 11F of the base film 11 may be less than the adhesion strength between the adhesive layer 12 and the breast B. In this case, the support 13 that has been broken in the fragile portion 13a can be easily peeled off from the base film 11.
[0186] [Patch body]
[0187] The patch body 10A does not have to satisfy the above condition 3. Even in this case, as long as the inspection patch unit 10 includes the support 13 mounted on the base film 11, the above effect (1) can be obtained.
[0188] [Protective film]
[0189] The protective film 15 may be omitted. Even in this case, as long as the inspection patch unit 10 includes the support 13 mounted on the base film 11, the effect of (1) described above can be obtained.
[0190] [Protective layer]
[0191] ·Reference Fig.12 and Fig.13 As described below, the inspection patch unit 10 may further include a protective layer covering the surface 11F of the base film 11 .
[0192] Fig.12 The cross-sectional structure of the inspection patch unit 10 along a cross section perpendicular to the surface 11F of the base film 11 is shown.
[0193] like Fig.12 As shown, the inspection patch unit 10 further includes a protective layer 17 covering the surface 11F of the base film 11. When viewed from the line of sight opposite to the surface 11F of the base film 11, the protective layer 17 covers the portion of the surface 11F of the base film 11 that is inside the support 13. Fig.12In the example shown, the protective layer 17 is in contact with the surface 11F of the base film 11 and has a shape parallel to the surface 11F. It should be noted that the protective layer 17 may be flexible. In this case, the protective layer 17 has a convex shape from the edge of the protective layer 17 toward the center and along the direction from the base film 11 toward the adhesive layer 12. In addition, in the thickness direction of the patch body 10A, the protective layer 17 may also have a planar shape located on the same plane as the support body 13. In other words, in the thickness direction of the patch body 10A, the inspection patch unit 10 may have a gap between the surface 11F of the base film 11 and the protective layer 17 that is equivalent to the thickness of the adhesive layer 14. Depending on the rigidity of the protective layer 17, the protective layer 17 may have any of the above shapes.
[0194] Fig.13 The planar structure of the inspection patch unit 10 as viewed from the line of sight facing the surface 11F of the base film 11 is shown.
[0195] like Fig.13 As shown, the protective layer 17 covers almost the entire portion inside the support 13 when viewed from the surface 11F of the base film 11. The protective layer 17 has a shape similar to the shape of the inner edge of the support 13. Thus, the protective layer 17 can cover most of the portion of the surface 11F of the base film 11 that is exposed from the support 13.
[0196] The protective layer 17 and the support 13 are distinguished from each other by a gap G located between the protective layer 17 and the support 13. A connecting portion 18 connecting the protective layer 17 and the support 13 is located in the gap G. The inspection patch unit 10 may have one or more connecting portions 18. From the viewpoint of suppressing the detachment of the protective layer 17 from the support 13 when the inspection patch unit 10 is carried, the inspection patch unit 10 preferably has a plurality of connecting portions 18, and the plurality of connecting portions 18 are located at intervals in the circumferential direction of the protective layer 17. The length of the connecting portion 18 along the circumferential direction of the protective layer 17 is shorter than the length of the portion of the gap G sandwiched by two connecting portions 18 along the circumferential direction of the protective layer 17.
[0197] The protective layer 17 may be made of paper or synthetic resin, similarly to the support 13. The material forming the protective layer 17 may be the same as the material forming the support 13. In this case, a member for forming the support 13 and the protective layer 17 is prepared, and the support 13, the protective layer 17, and the connecting portion 18 may be formed from the member by punching or laser processing. It should be noted that when the support 13, the protective layer 17, and the connecting portion 18 are formed by punching or laser processing, the fragile portion 13a of the support 13 may also be formed by the same processing method.
[0198] When using inspection patch unit 10, protective layer 17 is separated from support 13 by breaking connecting portion 18. Thus, by exposing a portion of surface 11F of base film 11, coordinate grid 16 formed on base film 11 can be exposed to the outside.
[0199] Therefore, according to the inspection patch unit 10 including the protective layer 17, the following effects can be obtained.
[0200] (11) The portion of the surface 11F of the base film 11 that is exposed from the support 13 is covered with the protective layer 17. Therefore, before the patch body 10A is used for inspection, the portion covered with the protective layer 17 can be kept clean.
[0201] The inspection patch unit 10 may not include the connecting portion 18 connecting the protective layer 17 and the support 13. Even in this case, by including the protective layer 17 in the inspection patch unit 10, the effect according to the above-mentioned (11) can be obtained.
[0202] When viewed from the line of sight opposite to the surface 11F of the base film 11, the protective layer 17 may have a shape that covers only a portion of the surface 11F that is exposed from the support 13. Even in this case, the effect based on the above (11) can be obtained at least in the portion of the surface 11F covered by the protective layer 17.
[0203] The protective layer 17 may cover both the support 13 and the portion of the surface 11F of the base film 11 that is inside the support 13 when viewed from the line of sight opposite to the surface 11F of the base film 11. In this case, the protective layer 17 preferably has such flexibility that it may have a shape along the height difference formed by the support 13 and the surface 11F of the base film 11.
[0204] [Inspection object]
[0205] The inspection object is not limited to the breast, but may be other parts of the human body. That is, the inspection patch unit 10 is not limited to mammography, but may be used for other image diagnosis.
