Monorail moving forepoling device

Abstract

A monorail moving advance support device comprises a walking track which is arranged on the top of a mine roadway and installed in the length direction of the mine roadway, a walking device capable of walking along the walking track is installed on the walking track, a support is rotationally connected to the walking device, and a side pushing jack used for driving the support to rotate in the side direction is installed on the support. A supporting beam is hinged to the support, a telescopic oil cylinder is further fixedly installed on the support, the telescopic end of the telescopic oil cylinder is hinged to the supporting beam, the telescopic oil cylinder controls the supporting beam to rotate up and down along the support in a telescopic mode, forepoling side protection plates are symmetrically and fixedly installed on the outer wall of the front end of the supporting beam, and a U-shaped fixing frame is fixedly installed at the end of the front end of the supporting beam. The supporting beam not only can realize lateral rotation and up-and-down lifting through the lateral pushing jack and the telescopic oil cylinder, but also is mounted on the walking track arranged in the length direction of the roadway through the walking device so as to realize dead-corner-free supporting operation along the roadway. The device has the advantages of convenience in movement, simplicity in operation and capability of effectively reducing labor intensity of workers.
