Description

Technical Field

[0001] The utility model belongs to the technical field of oil-immersed transformer components, and in particular relates to a cut-angle gooseneck fin radiator. Background Art

[0002] Oil-immersed transformer is the most common type of transformer. During operation, internal windings, cores and other components will produce losses. The losses are converted into heat and transferred to the tank wall through heat conduction and convection of transformer oil, thereby increasing the temperature of windings, cores, tank walls and oil. The increase in temperature will directly affect the life of the winding insulation material. Therefore, the temperature of the transformer must be controlled within a certain range, and it is necessary to use a radiator to dissipate heat from the transformer. At present, most oil-immersed transformers use plate-type radiators, which are composed of multiple radiators. Each radiator is made of thin steel plates pressed into a grooved oil channel, and two pieces are welded into a radiator, and then welded into a plate-type radiator. When the transformer oil passes through the radiator in the plate-type radiator, a thermal boundary layer will be formed on the surface of the radiator. The radiator exchanges heat with the outside world through the thermal boundary layer, thereby achieving the purpose of heat dissipation. However, with the continuous improvement of transformer technology, the size of the transformer continues to shrink and the power is getting higher and higher, and the heat generated by the iron core is also increasing. However, the size of the radiator is often proportional to the size of the transformer. A larger radiator cannot be matched with a smaller transformer, and the smaller the radiator, the worse the heat dissipation effect. Therefore, existing manufacturers have designed gooseneck plate-type radiators. The height of the existing gooseneck fin radiator can be higher than the height of the transformer oil tank, and the oil inlet pipe is bent to form an oil inlet access pipe that can be connected to the oil outlet of the transformer oil tank. The height of the oil inlet access pipe is lower than the overall height of the gooseneck fin radiator, so the heat dissipation area can be increased without increasing the number of heat sinks, thereby having better heat dissipation performance than the traditional fin radiator. However, for the existing gooseneck fin radiator, since some components such as power cord boxes and controllers are often installed on the top of the oil-immersed transformer oil tank, these components will interfere with the upper part of the heat sink at the head of the gooseneck fin radiator, causing considerable inconvenience, resulting in a narrow scope of application; and it is also inconvenient for users to install the gooseneck fin radiator on the transformer oil tank, which affects the assembly and even heat exchange between the two.

[0003] In view of the above-mentioned prior art, it is necessary to reasonably improve the structure of the existing gooseneck fin radiator. To this end, the applicant has made a useful design, and the technical solution to be introduced below is produced under this background. Utility Model Content
