[0003] The existing diode separation device mainly relies on a loading mechanism to load diodes one by one, and then sends the loaded single diode to the mechanical separation module of the conveying outlet, and then the mechanical separation module sends the single diode to the discharge area for arrangement. DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0028] In order to more clearly understand the above-mentioned purpose, features and advantages of the utility model, the utility model is further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific implementation methods. It should be noted that the embodiments of the present application and the features in the embodiments can be combined with each other without conflict.

[0030] In the following description, many specific details are set forth to facilitate a full understanding of the present invention. However, the present invention may also be implemented in other ways different from those described herein. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments disclosed below.
[0031] The specific implementation methods of the utility model are as follows:
[0032] like Figure 1-4 As shown, this embodiment provides an automatic separation device, which is arranged on a machine platform and includes:
[0033] The automatic feeding device 1 comprises a feeding trough 14 and a feeding mechanism 11 for conveying diodes one by one to a feeding outlet along the feeding trough 14. The feeding mechanism is usually a conventional vibrating plate 11. The feeding trough 14 is located at the center of the vibrating plate 11. The vibrating plate 11 feeds diodes by continuous vibration. A feeding outlet is provided at the upper end of the vibrating plate 11. A first separation module 13 is provided near the feeding outlet. The first separation module 13 comprises a separation component and a first sensor element 131. The first sensor element 131 is usually a sensor. The separation component comprises a driving component and an execution component connected to the driving component. When multiple diodes are overlapped and fed at the conveying outlet, the first sensor element 131 can generate a first sensor signal.
[0034] A controller (not shown); electrically connected to the first sensing element 131 and the driving assembly, and capable of receiving the first sensing signal;
[0035] When the controller receives the first sensor signal, it can send a driving instruction to the driving component, so that the driving component drives the execution component to separate the overlapping diodes from the feeding mechanism 11 and return them to the discharge trough 14 to ensure that only a single diode passes through the feeding outlet.
[0036] Furthermore, the feeding outlet of the feeding mechanism 11 is connected to a feeding plate 2, the lower end of which is connected to a support base 24 fixed on the machine platform, the feeding plate 2 extends obliquely downward and gradually narrows, and forms a conveying channel 22 in the front-to-back direction that only allows a single diode to pass through along its own length direction; the outlet position of the conveying channel 22 is connected to a receiving area s; the gradually narrowing conveying channel 22 can adjust the diode deflected in all directions to the length direction of the diode after the diode body touches the inner wall of the conveying channel 22 when the diode slides obliquely downward, and the conveying channel 22 that only allows a single diode to pass through can avoid multiple diodes from repeatedly passing through the outlet of the conveying channel 22, so as to prevent the material from getting stuck again during transportation.
[0037] Furthermore, the conveying channel 22 is composed of a gradually narrowing V-shaped plate 21 and a guard plate 23 connected to the upper edge of the V-shaped plate 21. The structural design of the V-shaped plate 21 can enable each diode to be located on the same conveying line at the bottom of the V-shaped plate 21 after falling into the conveying channel 22, thereby preventing the diode from adhering to the inner wall of the conveying enclosure 2; when the diode passes through the loading outlet, it will fall into the conveying channel 22 and contact the V-shaped plate 21. The V-shaped plate 21 includes two symmetrical inclined plates, and the upper edges of the inclined plates are connected to guard plates 23. The guard plates 23 can extend the covering range of the conveying enclosure 2 in the vertical direction to prevent the diode from popping out of the conveying enclosure 2 upward.
[0038] Furthermore, since the vibration plate 11 relies on vibration to load the diodes, there will be slight vibration at the loading outlet. If the loading outlet is directly connected to the feeding enclosure 2, the diodes entering the conveying channel 22 will jump up and down. Therefore, in order to keep the diodes entering the conveying channel 22 stable, an extended conveying plate 12 is connected between the loading outlet and the feeding enclosure 2. The extended conveying plate 12 also extends downwardly, which can increase the conveying distance between the loading outlet and the feeding enclosure 2 and reduce the vibration effect of the vibration plate 11 on the diodes, so that the diodes can enter the conveying channel 22 smoothly.
[0039] Furthermore, in order to avoid the diode from being retained in the conveying channel 22, a second sensor element 25 electrically connected to the controller is provided at the outlet of the conveying channel 22; the second sensor element 25 is usually a sensor, which can generate a second sensing signal when the diode slides out of the outlet of the conveying channel 22 along the front-to-back direction; the controller can receive the second sensing signal to determine that the diode slides out of the outlet of the conveying channel 22 normally; the second sensor element 25 can quickly detect whether the diode is stuck in the conveying channel 22 by feeding back the second sensing signal to the controller, so as to ensure the smooth transportation of the diode; that is, when the second sensor element 25 does not detect the diode passing through the outlet of the conveying channel 22 for a long time, the controller will trigger an alarm system (not shown) electrically connected to the controller, thereby reminding the operator to stop the separation work of the diode separation device and clean or check the diode stuck at the outlet of the conveying channel 22.
[0040] Furthermore, it is still not safe enough to rely solely on the first separation module 13 adjacent to the loading outlet to separate the diodes. This is because once the first separation module 13 fails to return the overlapping diodes to the discharge trough 14 due to the friction between the diodes and the vibration disk 11, overlapping loading may still occur at the loading outlet. Therefore, the diode separation device also includes a second separation module arranged at the loading outlet. The structure of the second separation module is exactly the same as that of the first separation module 13. The second separation module can form a double separation effect on the overlapping diodes with the first separation module 13, and can separate the diodes that have not been successfully separated by the first separation module 13 again, making the diode separation process more refined, thereby avoiding the omission of overlapping diodes from passing through the loading outlet.
[0041] Furthermore, in order to reduce the speed of the diode after it slides out of the outlet of the conveying channel 22, a buffer module 3 is provided at the upper end of the receiving area s; the buffer module 3 includes two relatively arranged buffer blocks 31, and the two buffer blocks 31 maintain a distance on the horizontal plane, thereby forming a buffer groove 32 connected to the outlet of the conveying channel 22, and the buffer groove 32 extends downward in a wave shape; the wavy buffer groove 32 passes downward, which can reduce the falling speed of the diode and prevent the diode from bouncing upward after passing through the buffer groove 32.
[0042] Furthermore, in order to allow the diode that reduces the sliding speed to smoothly pass through the wavy buffer groove 32 downward, a vibration elastic component is connected to the upper end of the buffer block 31, and the vibration elastic component includes a group of springs 34 horizontally opposite to each other in the left and right directions. Specifically, the upper ends of the two buffer blocks 32 both extend two support plates upward, and a receiving groove is formed between the two support plates. The left and right widths of the receiving groove are greater than the left and right widths of the buffer groove 32. After the springs 34 are installed on the corresponding support plates, they are arranged side by side up and down and extend obliquely downward. This design can eject the diode received downward into the buffer groove 32 to prevent the diode from It is retained in the buffer module 3, and the spring piece 34 at the upper end generates elastic vibration after receiving the diode, and after the first elastic acceleration of the diode, the diode is sent to the spring piece 34 at the lower end in an oblique downward direction. The spring piece 34 at the lower end generates elastic vibration again, which generates a secondary acceleration effect on the diode, so that the diode is smoothly sent to the buffer groove 32; that is, the spring piece 34 can convert the gravitational potential energy of the diode into elastic potential energy after receiving the diode, and the elastic potential energy can give the diode an initial power to pass through the buffer groove 32 downward, thereby preventing the diode from sticking to the inner wall of the buffer groove 32 due to friction.
[0043] Furthermore, a third sensing element 36 electrically connected to the controller is provided at the lower end of the buffer slot 32; the third sensing element 36 can generate a third sensing signal when the diode slides out of the lower end of the buffer slot 32; the controller can receive the third sensing signal to determine that the diode slides out of the lower end of the buffer slot 32 normally; the third sensing element 36 electrically connected to the controller can quickly detect whether the diode is stuck in the buffer slot 32 by feeding back the third sensing signal; that is, when the third sensing element 36 does not detect the diode passing through the lower end of the buffer slot 32 for a long time, the controller will trigger an alarm system (not shown) electrically connected to the controller, thereby reminding the operator to stop the separation work of the diode separation device and clean or check the diode stuck in the buffer slot 32.
[0044] Furthermore, the diode that slides out of the exit of the conveying channel 22 is easy to slide out of the buffer block 31 directly in the front-to-back direction due to the excessively fast sliding speed. Therefore, in order to avoid this situation, baffles 35 are connected to the front and rear side walls of the buffer block 31, wherein the front baffle 35 is connected to the two buffer blocks 31 as a whole, and the whole is connected to the mounting base 33 fixed on the machine; the baffle 35 closes the opening of the buffer groove 32 in the front-to-back direction; the baffle 35 reduces the kinetic energy of the diode, so that the diode will not slide out of the buffer groove 32; at this time, the two support plates of the buffer block 31 and the baffle 35 constitute a rectangular enclosing area, and the left and right length of the rectangular enclosing area is smaller than the front-to-back length of the rectangular enclosing area itself, so that when the diode slides out of the exit of the conveying channel 22 in the front-to-back direction, that is, the length direction of the diode, horizontal deflection is avoided to ensure that the diode will not "go sideways" above the buffer groove 32.
[0045] Furthermore, in order to facilitate maintenance or troubleshooting, the baffle 35 facing the outlet of the conveying channel 22, that is, the rear baffle 35, is hinged on one side to the corresponding buffer block 31; the baffle 35 is usually connected to the side wall behind the buffer block 31 by a hinge. When the diode is stuck in the buffer groove 32, the hinged design allows the baffle 35 to be quickly opened for manual intervention, thereby improving the maintenance efficiency of the buffer module 3.
[0046] Furthermore, in order to make the separation components in the first separation module 13 low-cost, simple and practical, the driving component is an air pump (not shown), and the executing component is an air pipe 132 connected to the air pump; the cooperation between the air pump and the air pipe 132 is simple and efficient, wherein the air pipe 132 can return the diode to the discharge trough 14 through the airflow ejected by the air pump, thereby improving the practicality of the separation module; of course, the driving component can also be a motor and a transmission device, and the corresponding executing component can be a rotating mechanical lever, and the purpose of these two design structures is the same, and both can achieve the effect of separating and returning the diode.
[0047] Furthermore, in order to collect the diodes dropped from the buffer groove 32 one by one, a traveling material receiving device 4 for receiving the diodes is provided under the buffer groove 32; the traveling material receiving device 4 includes a driving mechanism and a plurality of parallelly arranged material receiving grooves 42, and the traveling material receiving device 4 is a conventional chain mechanism driven by a motor and a transmission device, wherein two vertical plates 41 extend upward at both ends of the chain plate respectively, and a material receiving groove 42 for accommodating a single diode is formed between the two vertical plates 41, and the material receiving groove 42 can move horizontally under the drive of the driving mechanism; the traveling material receiving device 4 can collect a single corresponding diode through a traveling design, and the structure is efficient and ingenious.
[0048] Furthermore, a fourth sensor element 43 electrically connected to the controller is provided above the traveling material receiving device 4; the fourth sensor element 43 can generate a fourth sensing signal after sensing the diode in the material receiving trough 42; the controller can receive the fourth sensing signal to determine that the diode in the material receiving trough 42 is not empty; the fourth sensor element 43 electrically connected to the controller can quickly detect whether the diode fails to receive the material by feeding back the fourth sensing signal; that is, when the fourth sensor element 43 detects that there is no diode in the material discharge trough 42, the controller will trigger an alarm system (not shown) electrically connected to the controller, thereby reminding the operator to stop the separation work of the diode separation device, and clean or check the diodes in the buffer module 3 and at the traveling material receiving device 4.
[0049] To sum up, the automatic separation device in the utility model first realizes the one-by-one loading of individual diodes through the first separation module 13 at the loading outlet, and then arranges the sensors electrically connected to the controller at the outlet of the feeding channel 22, the lower end of the buffer tank 32, and the top of the traveling receiving device 4. While realizing the efficient separation of the diodes, a closed-loop detectable separation effect is formed. This design structure has a high degree of automation, improves the accuracy of diode separation, and reduces the jamming phenomenon caused by overlapping loading of diodes.
[0050] The above schematically describes the present invention and its implementation methods, which are not restrictive. The drawings show only one implementation method of the present invention, and the actual structure is not limited thereto. Therefore, if ordinary technicians in this field are inspired by it and design structural methods and embodiments similar to the technical solution without creativity without departing from the purpose of the present invention, they should all fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
