[0077] Hereinafter, the fixing device 1, the wire cutting tool 100, and the fixing method in the embodiment will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In addition, in this specification, components having the same function will be assigned the same or similar symbols. Therefore, repeated descriptions of components assigned the same or similar symbols may be omitted.
[0078] (Definition of direction)
[0079] In this specification, the direction from the second gripping portion 22 toward the first gripping portion 21 is defined as a first direction DR1. In addition, the direction opposite to the first direction DR1 is defined as a third direction DR3.
[0080] In this specification, the direction in which the pressing member 4 moves toward the lever 3 is defined as a second direction DR2. In addition, a direction opposite to the second direction DR2 is defined as a fourth direction DR4.
[0081] In this specification, the direction from the front end 31 of the lever 3 toward the bottom end 34 of the lever 3 is defined as a fifth direction DR5. When the first engagement portion 32 of the lever 3 is engaged with the second engagement portion 23 of the second grip portion 22, the fifth direction DR5 is parallel to the first direction DR1.
[0082] (First Embodiment)
[0083] Reference Figures 1 to 15 , the fixing device 1A in the first embodiment will be described. Figure 1 and Figure 2 It is a schematic cross-sectional view schematically showing the fixture 1A in the first embodiment. Figure 3 It is a schematic perspective view schematically showing a fixing device 1A in the first embodiment. Figure 4 It is a schematic plan view schematically showing a fixture 1A in the first embodiment. Figure 5 It is a diagram schematically showing an example of the arrangement relationship between the lever 3 and the rotation guide 26 . Figure 6 This is a diagram schematically showing another example of the arrangement relationship between the lever 3 and the rotation guide 26 . Figure 7 It is a schematic cross-sectional view schematically showing a part of the fixing device 1A in the first embodiment. Fig.10 This is a schematic two-sided view schematically showing an example of the lever 3 . Fig.10 The upper side of the document contains a general plan view. Fig.10 A cross-sectional view of the lever 3 (more specifically, a cross-sectional view from the AA arrow perspective) is recorded on the lower side. Fig.11 It is a schematic perspective view schematically showing an example of the lever 3 . Fig.12 It is a schematic cross-sectional view schematically showing a part of the fixture 1A in the first embodiment. Fig.13 It is a schematic cross-sectional view schematically showing a part of a fixture 1A in a third modified example of the first embodiment. Fig.14 It is a schematic cross-sectional view schematically showing a fixture 1A in a fourth modified example of the first embodiment. Fig.15 It is a schematic perspective view schematically showing a fixer 1A in a fifth modified example of the first embodiment.
[0084] like Figure 1 As shown, the fastener 1A in the first embodiment includes a gripping member 2 capable of gripping an object B, a lever 3, a pressing member 4, and an operating member 5.
[0085] The gripping member 2 includes a first gripping portion 21 and a second gripping portion 22. The object B is gripped by the first gripping portion 21 and the second gripping portion 22, so that the holder 1A is fixed to the object B.
[0086] The lever 3 can pull the second gripping portion 22 toward the first gripping portion 21 in the first direction DR1. When the lever 3 pulls the second gripping portion 22 in the first direction DR1, the interval between the first gripping portion 21 and the second gripping portion 22 is reduced. Figure 2 In the described example, the gripping member 2 (for example, the area indicated by the arrow AR) is elastically deformed, and the interval between the first gripping portion 21 and the second gripping portion 22 is reduced. Alternatively, the entire gripping member 2 may be elastically deformed.
[0087] The pressing member 4 presses the lever 3 by moving in a second direction DR2 different from the first direction DR1. Figure 2 In the described example, the second direction DR2 is a direction perpendicular to the first direction DR1.
[0088] The pressing member 4 presses the lever 3 to move the lever 3 in the first direction DR1. Figure 1 In the described example, the pressing member 4 has a pressing portion 42 for pressing the pressed portion 35 of the lever 3. The pressing force of the pressing portion 42 pressing the pressed portion 35 has not only a component force in the second direction DR2 but also a component force F1 in the first direction DR1. Therefore, when the pressing portion 42 presses the pressed portion 35, the lever 3 moves in the first direction DR1.
[0089] The operating member 5 has an operating portion 53 that is operated by a tool such as a remote operating tool or a user's hand. In addition, the operating member 5 moves the pressing member 4 in the second direction DR2. Figure 1 In the described example, the operating member 5 has the second contact portion 52 that contacts the first contact portion 44 of the pressing member 4. When the operating member 53 is operated in the first operating direction MR1, the second contact portion 52 presses the first contact portion 44 in the second direction DR2. As a result, the pressing member 4 moves in the second direction DR2.
[0090] (action)
[0091] exist Figure 1 In the described example, when the operating part 53 is operated in the first operating direction MR1, the operating part 5 causes the pressing part 4 to move in the second direction DR2. When the pressing part 4 moves in the second direction DR2, the lever 3 moves in the first direction DR1 which is different from the second direction DR2. When the lever 3 moves in the first direction DR1, the lever 3 pulls the second gripping part 22 in the first direction DR1, and the interval between the first gripping part 21 and the second gripping part 22 is reduced (refer to Figure 2). In this way, the object B disposed between the first gripping portion 21 and the second gripping portion 22 can be gripped by the first gripping portion 21 and the second gripping portion 22 .
[0092] exist Figure 2 In the example described, when the operating portion 53 is operated in the second operating direction MR2, (1) the second gripping portion 22 moves in the third direction DR3 (in other words, the direction away from the first gripping portion 21) by the force that restores the gripping portion 2 to its original shape, (2) the lever 3 moves in the third direction DR3, and (3) the pressing member 4 moves in the fourth direction DR4. In this way, the grip of the object B provided by the first gripping portion 21 and the second gripping portion 22 can be released (see Figure 1 ).
[0093] In the first embodiment, the fixing device 1A can be easily fixed to the object B by utilizing the movement of the pressing member 4 and the lever 3. In addition, the moving direction of the pressing member 4 moved by the operation of the operating portion 53 (more specifically, the second direction DR2) is different from the moving direction of the lever 3 (more specifically, the first direction DR1), so the configuration of the operating portion 53 has a high degree of freedom. For example, the operating portion 53 does not need to be arranged on the extension line of the length direction of the lever 3. Figure 2 In the example described, the operating portion 53 can rotate around the operating axis AX, and the extending direction of the operating axis AX is perpendicular to the first direction DR1. Figure 2 In the example described, the operation portion 53 is arranged on the opposite side of the space SP1 where the object B gripped by the gripping member 2 is arranged, with respect to the plane PL through which the lever 3 passes. Figure 2 There is no need to say more about the examples recorded.
[0094] Next, an optional additional structure that can be adopted in the fixture 1A in the first embodiment will be described.
[0095] (rotatable lever 3)
[0096] exist Figure 3 In the example described in (a), the lever 3 can rotate around the first axis AX1. More specifically, by rotating the lever 3 in the first rotation direction R1 around the first axis AX1, the lever 3 can move from the first position P1 to the second position P2. Figure 3 As shown in (a), the first position P1 corresponds to a position where the engagement between the first engagement portion 32 of the lever 3 and the second engagement portion 23 of the second grip portion 22 is released. Figure 3 As shown in (b) of FIG. 8 , the second position P2 corresponds to a position where the first engagement portion 32 of the lever 3 is engaged with the second engagement portion 23 of the second grip portion 22 .
[0097] exist Figure 3 In the example described in (b), the lever 3 can be moved from the second position P2 to the first position P1 by rotating the lever 3 in the second rotation direction R2 around the first axis AX1 (in other words, in the direction opposite to the first rotation direction R1).
[0098] When the lever 3 is at the first position P1, the object B (in other words, the grasped object) can be inserted into the grasping member 2, and the grasping member 2 can be removed from the object B. On the other hand, when the lever 3 is at the second position P2, the holder 1A can be prevented from falling off from the object B (in other words, the grasped object).
[0099] (action)
[0100] exist Figure 3 In the example described in (a), by operating the operating portion 53 in the first operating direction MR1, the lever 3 moves from the first position P1 where the engagement between the first engaging portion 32 and the second engaging portion 23 is released to the second position P2 where the first engaging portion 32 and the second engaging portion 23 are engaged with each other (see Figure 3 (b)).
[0101] In addition, Figure 1 In the example described, after the lever 3 moves to the second position P2, the lever 3 is moved in the first direction DR1 by operating the operating portion 53 in the first operating direction MR1. Figure 1 In the described example, when the operating member 5 is operated in the first operating direction MR1, the operating member 5 causes the pressing member 4 to move in the second direction DR2. When the pressing member 4 moves in the second direction DR2, the lever 3 moves in the first direction DR1 which is different from the second direction DR2. When the lever 3 moves in the first direction DR1, the lever 3 pulls the second gripping portion 22 in the first direction DR1, and the interval between the first gripping portion 21 and the second gripping portion 22 is reduced (refer to Figure 2 ).
[0102] exist Figures 1 to 3 In the example described, the first engaging portion 32 and the second engaging portion 23 can be engaged with each other and the lever 3 can be moved in the first direction DR1 only by operating the operating portion 53 in the first operating direction MR1. In other words, the operation can be performed continuously by operating the operating portion 53 in the first operating direction MR1 to engage the first engaging portion 32 and the second engaging portion 23 and to move the lever 3 in the first direction DR1. When the lever 3 moves in the first direction DR1, the lever 3 pulls the second gripping portion 22 in the first direction DR1. The second gripping portion 22 pulled in the first direction DR1 is displaced toward the first gripping portion 21 (refer to Figure 2) In this way, object B is fixed to the fixture 1A.
[0103] As mentioned above, in Figures 1 to 3 In the described example, the work of fixing the object B to the fixing device 1A can be performed efficiently and easily.
[0104] (Rotation guide 26)
[0105] exist Figure 4 In the example described in (a) of FIG. 1 , the fixture 1A includes a rotation guide 26 that guides the lever 3 to rotate about the first axis AX1 .
[0106] In addition, Figure 4 (a) and Figure 5 In the example described in (a), when the length direction of the lever 3 is not parallel to the first direction DR1, the rotation guide 26 restricts or prohibits the lever 3 from moving in the direction parallel to the length direction of the lever 3. In this case, when the lever 3 rotates around the first axis AX1, the distance between the first axis AX1 and the first engaging portion 32 is maintained approximately constant. Therefore, by the rotation of the lever 3, the first engaging portion 32 is smoothly engaged with the second engaging portion 23.
[0107] exist Figure 4 (b) and Figure 5 In the example described in (b), when the longitudinal direction of the lever 3 is parallel to the first direction DR1, the rotation guide 26 allows the lever 3 to move in a direction parallel to the longitudinal direction of the lever 3. Figure 5 (b) and Figure 5 In the example described in (c), when the longitudinal direction of the lever 3 is parallel to the first direction DR1, the rotary guide 26 allows the lever 3 to move relative to the first axis AX1 in a direction parallel to the first direction DR1.
[0108] exist Figure 4 (b) and Figure 4 In the example described in (c), the rotation guide 26 is arranged so as not to hinder the movement of the lever 3 in the first direction DR1 when the longitudinal direction of the lever 3 is parallel to the first direction DR1. Figure 4 In the example described in (b), the lever 3 moves in the first direction DR1, and the first engaging portion 32 provided at the front end portion 31 of the lever 3 also moves in the first direction DR1 (see Figure 4 Thus, the second engaging portion 23 engaged with the first engaging portion 32 is pulled in the first direction DR1.
[0109] exist Figure 5In the example described in (a), the rotating guide 26 is in contact with the outer peripheral surface 34t of the bottom end portion 34 of the lever 3. The rotating guide 26 may also include a first rotating guide 26a in contact with the outer peripheral surface 34t of the bottom end portion 34 of the lever 3 and a second rotating guide 26b in contact with the outer peripheral surface 34t of the bottom end portion 34 of the lever 3. If the rotating guide 26 includes the first rotating guide 26a and the second rotating guide 26b, the lever 3 can be rotated around the first axis AX1 in a state where the center portion of the bottom end portion 34 of the lever 3 is positioned on the first axis AX1. Figure 5 In the example described in (a), on a cross section perpendicular to the first axis AX1, the outer peripheral surface of the first rotating guide 26a has a curved shape 261A protruding toward the outer peripheral surface 34t of the bottom end portion 34 of the lever 3, and the outer peripheral surface of the second rotating guide 26b has a curved shape 261B protruding toward the outer peripheral surface 34t of the bottom end portion 34 of the lever 3. On a cross section perpendicular to the first axis AX1, the outer peripheral surface of the first rotating guide 26a may also have a circular shape, and the outer peripheral surface of the second rotating guide 26b may also have a circular shape.
[0110] like Figure 5 As shown in (b), the rotating guide 26 (more specifically, the first rotating guide 26a and / or the second rotating guide 26b) may also include a guide support 262 and a roller 263 rotatable around the guide support 262. Alternatively, the rotating guide 26 may be fixed to a guide support that cannot rotate relative to the guide support.
[0111] In addition, alternatively, Figure 6 As shown in (a), the rotation guide 26 may also have an arc surface 264a complementary to the outer peripheral surface 34t of the bottom end portion 34 of the lever 3. Figure 6 In the example described in (a), the rotary guide 26 is composed of only the first rotary guide 26a.
[0112] exist Figure 5 In the example described in (a), the number of the rotation guides (26a, 26b) of the fixture 1A is two. Figure 6 In the example described in (a), the number of the rotation guide (26a) included in the fixture 1A is 1. Alternatively, the number of the rotation guides included in the fixture 1A may be 3 or more.
[0113] exist Figure 5 (a) and Figure 6 In the example described in (a), when viewed along the direction of the first axis AX1, the outer peripheral surface 34t of the bottom end portion 34 of the lever 3 is formed by an arc surface centered on the first axis AX1. In this case, the outer peripheral surface 34t of the bottom end portion 34 can be smoothly guided by the rotating guide 26.
[0114] (Pressing member 4)
[0115] exist Figure 1 In the described example, the pressing member 4 has a pressing portion 42 for pressing the pressed portion 35 of the lever 3. The pressing portion 42 has a shape that can press the pressed portion 35 in both the first direction DR1 and the second direction DR2. In this case, when the pressing portion 42 presses the pressed portion 35, the pressing force applied by the pressing portion 42 has a force component in the first direction DR1 and a force component in the second direction DR2. Therefore, by pressing the pressed portion 35 by the pressing portion 42, the pressing portion 42 can move the pressed portion 35 in the first direction DR1.
[0116] exist Figure 7 In the described example, the pressing member 4 includes a block 40 that can move relative to the lever 3 in a direction parallel to the second direction DR2. Figure 2 As shown, the block 40 and the pressing portion 42 may also be integrally formed. Figure 8 and Fig. 9 As shown, the pressing portion 42 may also be mounted on a block 40 that is relatively movable relative to the lever 3 in a direction parallel to the second direction DR2.
[0117] exist Figure 7 In the described example, the pressing member 4 has a through hole portion 45h into which the shaft core 55 described below is inserted. In addition, the pressing member 4 may have a recessed portion 46d for accommodating the first biasing member 81 described below.
[0118] (First inclined surface 421 and / or second inclined surface 352)
[0119] exist Figure 7 In the described example, at least one of the pressing portion 42 and the pressed portion 35 has an inclined surface ( 421 , 352 ) that decomposes the pressing force of the pressing portion 42 pressing the pressed portion 35 into a force component in the first direction DR1 and a force component in the second direction DR2 .
[0120] exist Figure 7 In the example described, the pressing member 4 has a first inclined surface 421 for pressing the pressed portion 35. The first inclined surface 421 decomposes the pressing force of the pressing member 4 pressing the lever 3 into a component force in the second direction DR2 and a component force in the first direction DR1. Figure 7 In the example described, the first inclined surface 421 is an inclined surface facing the second direction DR2 when approaching the operating axis AX. In the cross section parallel to the fifth direction DR5 and the second direction DR2, the first inclined surface 421 may also have a straight line shape S1 or a curved line shape. In other words, the first inclined surface 421 may also be composed of a plane or a curved surface.
[0121] exist Figure 7 In the example described, the pressed portion 35 of the lever 3 has a second inclined surface 352 pressed by the pressing member 4. The second inclined surface 352 decomposes the pressing force of the pressing member 4 pressing the lever 3 into a component force in the second direction DR2 and a component force in the first direction DR1. Figure 7 In the described example, the second inclined surface 352 is an inclined surface oriented toward the second direction DR2 when approaching the operation axis AX. In a cross section parallel to both the fifth direction DR5 and the second direction DR2, the second inclined surface 352 may have a linear shape S2 or a curved shape.
[0122] exist Figure 7 In the described example, the pressing portion 42 of the pressing member 4 has the first inclined surface 421 for pressing the pressed portion 35 , and the pressed portion 35 has the second inclined surface 352 pressed by the pressing portion 42 .
[0123] Alternatively, one of the pressing portion 42 and the pressed portion 35 may have an inclined surface, and the other of the pressing portion 42 and the pressed portion 35 may have any shape that contacts the inclined surface. Figure 8 In the described example, the pressed portion 35 has an inclined surface (more specifically, the second inclined surface 352), and the front end portion of the pressing portion 42 has a hemispherical surface 425 in contact with the inclined surface (more specifically, the second inclined surface 352). Alternatively, the pressing portion 42 may also have an inclined surface (more specifically, the first inclined surface 421), and the pressed portion 35 may also have a hemispherical surface in contact with the inclined surface.
[0124] Alternatively, Fig. 9 As shown, the pressed portion 35 may also have an inclined surface (more specifically, the second inclined surface 352), and the pressing portion 42 may also have a roller 428 in contact with the inclined surface (more specifically, the second inclined surface 352). The roller 428 is supported by the main body of the pressing member 4 (more specifically, the block 40) in a manner that can rotate around the rotation axis AT. Alternatively, the pressing portion 42 may also have an inclined surface (more specifically, the first inclined surface 421), and the pressed portion 35 may also have a roller in contact with the inclined surface.
[0125] (Lever 3)
[0126] exist Figure 2 In the example described, the lever 3 has a front end portion 31 and a bottom end portion 34. The bottom end portion 34 of the lever 3 has a pressed portion 35 pressed by the pressing portion 42 of the pressing member 4.
[0127] (Second guide member 37)
[0128] exist Fig.10 and Fig.11In the described example, the lever 3 has a second guide 37 for guiding the relative movement of the lever 3 in the first direction DR1 with respect to the pressing member 4. By providing the second guide 37, the lever 3 can be smoothly guided in a direction parallel to the first direction DR1. Figure 4 In the example described in (c), the second guide 37 is two protrusions 37a and 37b arranged on both sides of the pressing member 4. Alternatively or additionally, the pressing member 4 may also have a second guide for guiding the relative movement of the lever 3 relative to the pressing member 4 in the first direction DR1. For example, the pressing member 4 may also have two protrusions arranged on both sides of the lever 3.
[0129] Furthermore, alternatively, the second guide member 37 may also have a convex portion disposed on one of the lever 3 and the pressing member 4 and a concave portion, a groove, or a long hole disposed on the other of the lever 3 and the pressing member 4. In this case, the relative movement of the lever 3 relative to the pressing member 4 in the first direction DR1 can be guided by the convex portion and the concave portion, the groove, or the long hole.
[0130] The second guide 37 may also prevent the lever 3 from rotating relative to the pressing member 4 about the first axis AX1. Alternatively, a relative rotation preventing portion different from the second guide 37 may also prevent the lever 3 from rotating relative to the pressing member 4.
[0131] (First Engaging Section 32 and Second Engaging Section 23)
[0132] exist Figure 3 In the example described in (a), the lever 3 (more specifically, the front end portion 31 of the lever 3 ) has the first engaging portion 32 , and the second grip portion 22 has the second engaging portion 23 that can engage with the first engaging portion 32 .
[0133] exist Figure 3 In the example described in (a), the first engaging portion 32 is an engaging hook 32k. The engaging hook 32k has a substantially C-shaped shape, for example. Figure 3 In the example described in (a), the second engaging portion 23 is composed of an elongated member 23c (for example, a screw member, a pin member, or a screw member and a neck portion that is relatively rotatable with respect to the screw member).
[0134] exist Fig.10In the described example, when viewed in a direction parallel to the second direction DR2, the engaging hook 32k has a first opening edge 321 on the front end portion 31 side, a second opening edge 322 on the bottom end portion 34 side, and a C-shaped inner edge 323 connecting the first opening edge 321 and the second opening edge 322. The C-shaped inner edge 323 preferably has a recess 323d that is recessed further toward the front end portion 31 than the first opening edge 321. In this case, when the second engaging portion 23 of the second gripping portion 22 is engaged with the recess 323d, it is difficult for the second engaging portion 23 to be disengaged from the recess 323d (see Figure 3 (b)).
[0135] exist Fig.10 In the described example, the first opening edge 321 and the second opening edge 322 are respectively approximately straight opening edges when viewed from a direction parallel to the second direction DR2. In addition, the second opening edge 322 is smoothly connected to the C-shaped inner edge 323. In this case, by rotating the lever 3 in the second rotation direction R2 around the first axis AX1, the engaging hook 32k can be smoothly removed from the second engaging portion 23.
[0136] (Shaft Core 55 and Long Hole 33h)
[0137] exist Fig.12 In the example described, the fixture 1A includes a shaft core 55 that supports the operation member 5. The shaft core 55 extends along the first axis AX1. Fig.12 In the example described, the lever 3 has a long hole portion 33h into which the shaft core 55 is inserted. The long hole portion 33h allows the lever 3 to move relative to the shaft core 55 in a direction parallel to the first direction DR1. Fig.10 As shown, the long axis of the long hole portion 33h is preferably parallel to the length direction of the lever 3. When the shaft core 55 is inserted into the long hole portion 33h, the shaft core 55 can also function as a rotation guide member that guides the rotation around the first axis AX1 of the lever 3 from the inside (see Fig.10 The inner surface 331h of the bottom end portion 34 of the long hole portion 33h is preferably an arc surface of a shape complementary to the outer surface of the shaft core 55.
[0138] exist Fig.12 In the example described, the shaft core 55 includes a shaft core body 550 and a neck 551 disposed between the shaft core body 550 and the long hole portion 33h. When the lever 3 rotates about the first axis AX1, the neck 551 reduces the friction force applied to the long hole portion 33h from the shaft core 55.
[0139] (Supporting portion 27)
[0140] exist Fig.12 In the example described, the fixing device 1A includes a support portion 27 for supporting the lever 3. Fig.12In the described example, the support portion 27 is attached to the first grip portion 21. Alternatively, the support portion 27 and the first grip portion 21 may be formed integrally. In other words, the support portion 27 may be a part of the first grip portion 21. In addition, the support portion 27 may be formed with a hole portion 27h into which a part of the shaft core 55 can be inserted.
[0141] (washer 71)
[0142] exist Fig.12 In the described example, the fixing device 1A includes a washer 71 disposed between the support portion 27 and the lever 3. When the lever 3 rotates around the first axis AX1, the washer 71 reduces the friction force received by the lever 3 from the support portion 27. More specifically, the washer 71 reduces the friction force between the lever 3 and the washer 71 compared to the friction force between the operating member 5 and the pressing member 4. Therefore, if the fixing device 1A includes the washer 71, when the operating portion 53 is operated in the first operating direction MR1, it is difficult for the operating member 5 and the pressing member 4 to slide. In this way, when the operating portion 53 is operated in the first operating direction MR1, the pressing member 4 and the lever 3 rotate in the first rotation direction R1 (refer to Figure 3 (a)), the lever 3 moves smoothly from the first position P1 to the second position P2 (refer to Figure 3 (b) The washer 71 is preferably a thrust washer that supports the load in the second direction DR2 received from the lever 3 .
[0143] (First force applying member 81)
[0144] exist Fig.12 In the described example, the holder 1A includes a first force applying member 81 for applying force to the pressing member 4 toward the operating member 5. When the operating portion 53 is operated in the second operating direction MR2, the first force applying member 81 can move the pressing member 4 relative to the lever 3 in the fourth direction DR4. The lever 3 can be moved in the third direction DR3 by the relative movement of the pressing member 4 relative to the lever 3 in the fourth direction DR4. By the movement of the lever 3 in the third direction DR3, the pulling force acting on the second gripping portion 22 from the lever 3 can be released (in other words, the grip of the object B provided by the gripping member 2 can be released).
[0145] In addition, the first force applying member 81 increases the friction between the pressing member 4 and the operating member 5. Therefore, when the operating portion 53 is operated in the first operating direction MR1, it is difficult for the pressing member 4 and the operating member 5 to slide. In this way, when the operating portion 53 is operated in the first operating direction MR1, the pressing member 4 and the lever 3 rotate in the first rotation direction R1 (refer to Figure 3 (a)), the lever 3 moves smoothly from the first position P1 to the second position P2 (refer to Figure 3 (b)).
[0146] (Operation part 5)
[0147] exist Fig.12 In the example described, the operating member 5 has an operating portion 53 that is rotatable about an operating axis AX. Fig.12 In the example described, the operating axis AX is identical to the first axis AX1 (in other words, the axis of rotation of the lever 3 ).
[0148] exist Fig.12 In the described example, the operation portion 53 has a through hole portion 53h into which a tool such as a remote operation tool can be inserted. In other words, the operation portion 53 is an annular operation portion.
[0149] exist Fig.12 In the described example, the operating component 5 has an external threaded portion 55m of the shaft core 55 and a screwed internal threaded portion 5f. In this case, when the operating component 53 is operated in the first operating direction MR1, the operating component 5 moves relative to the shaft core 55 in the second direction DR2. As a result, the operating component 5 presses the pressing component 4 in the second direction DR2. Alternatively, the operating component 5 and the shaft core 55 may also be formed as an integral part and can rotate around the operating axis AX. For example, if the shaft core 55 is screwed with the support portion 27 of the support lever 3, when the operating component 53 is operated in the first operating direction MR1, the operating component 5 and the shaft core 55 may also be formed as an integral part and can rotate relative to the support portion 27.
[0150] (Second force applying member 85)
[0151] like Fig.13 As shown, the holder 1A may also include a second force applying member 85 for applying force to the lever 3 in the fifth direction DR5 (in other words, the direction from the front end portion 31 toward the bottom end portion 34) or in the direction opposite to the fifth direction DR5. If the holder 1A includes the second force applying member 85 for applying force to the lever 3 in the fifth direction DR5, when the operating portion 53 is operated in the second operating direction MR2, the first engaging portion 32 of the lever 3 can be prevented or suppressed from accidentally disengaging from the second engaging portion 23 of the second gripping portion 22. On the other hand, if the holder 1A includes the second force applying member 85 for applying force to the lever 3 in the direction opposite to the fifth direction DR5, when the operating portion 53 is operated in the second operating direction MR2, the first engaging portion 32 of the lever 3 is easily disengaged from the second engaging portion 23 of the second gripping portion 22. Whether to make the first engaging portion 32 difficult to disengage from the second engaging portion 23 or to make the first engaging portion 32 easy to disengage from the second engaging portion 23 is selected depending on, for example, the type of the object B to which the holder 1A is fixed.
[0152] exist Fig.13 In the described example, the second urging member 85 is disposed between the lever 3 and the pressing member 4 .
[0153] (Elastic Deformation of Holding Member 2)
[0154] exist Figure 2 In the example described, the second gripping portion 22 is elastically deformed toward the first gripping portion 21 by pulling the second gripping portion 22 in the first direction DR1 by the lever 3. Figure 2 In the described example, the object B is gripped by the first gripping portion 21 and the elastically deformable second gripping portion 22 .
[0155] exist Figure 2 In the described example, the gripping member 2 has the cutout 28 for assisting the elastic deformation of the second gripping portion 22 toward the first gripping portion 21. The cutout 28 is disposed, for example, so as to be located opposite to the space SP1 where the object B is disposed.
[0156] As an alternative to making the holding member 2 elastically deformable, Fig.14 As shown, the second holding portion 22 may also be connected to the first holding portion 21 in a swingable manner relative to the first holding portion 21 . Fig.14 In the described example, the second grip 22 is connected to the first grip 21 via a hinge 29 .
[0157] (Wire accommodating portion 6)
[0158] exist Fig.15 In the described example, the fixture 1A includes the wire accommodating portion 6 capable of accommodating the wires W. The wire accommodating portion 6 includes an accommodating portion main body 61 and a switch member 64 .
[0159] The housing body 61 defines a space SP2 in which the electric wires W are arranged. In addition, the housing body 61 has an opening OP through which the electric wires W can pass.
[0160] The switch member 64 can open and close the opening OP. Fig.15 In the example described, the switch member 64 has a second operating portion 64c for switching the switch member 64. When the switch member 64 is in the open position (see Fig.15 In the figure, the switch member 64 shown by the dotted line can insert the wire W into the space SP2 through the opening OP. In addition, when the switch member 64 is in the open position, the wire W can be removed from the space SP2 through the opening OP. When the switch member 64 is in the closed position (refer to Fig.15 , the switch component 64 shown by the solid line, the wire W is surrounded by the housing body 61 and the switch component 64. Therefore, the wire W will not fall off from the wire housing portion 6.
[0161] If the holder 1A has the wire accommodating portion 6, the wire W disposed in the wire accommodating portion 6 is positioned within a predetermined range by fixing the holder 1A to the object B. On the other hand, the relative position of the wire W to the object B can be changed by releasing the fixing of the holder 1A to the object B and then rotating the holder 1A relative to the object B (see arrow AR2). The object B is, for example, a retractable rod-shaped member.
[0162] (Second Embodiment)
[0163] Reference Figures 16 to 20 , the fixing device 1B in the second embodiment will be described. Fig.16 It is a schematic perspective view schematically showing a fixing device 1B in the second embodiment. Fig.17 and Fig.18 It is a schematic cross-sectional view schematically showing a fixture 1B in the second embodiment. Fig.19 It is a schematic perspective view schematically showing an example of the lever 3 . Fig. 20 It is a schematic perspective view schematically showing a fixing device 1B in a first modified example of the second embodiment.
[0164] The fixture 1B in the second embodiment is different from the fixture 1A in the first embodiment in that the lever 3 cannot rotate around the first axis AX1. In other respects, the second embodiment is the same as the first embodiment.
[0165] In the second embodiment, the description will be centered on the points different from the first embodiment, and duplicate descriptions of matters already described in the first embodiment will be omitted. Therefore, it goes without saying that matters already described in the first embodiment can be adopted in the second embodiment even if not explicitly described in the second embodiment.
[0166] like Fig.16 As shown, the fixer 1B in the second embodiment comprises (1) a holding part 2 having a first holding part 21 and a second holding part 22 and capable of holding an object B; (2) a lever 3 capable of pulling the second holding part 22 in a first direction DR1 toward the first holding part 21; (3) a pressing part 4 that presses the lever 3 by moving in a second direction DR2 different from the first direction DR1 and moves the lever 3 in the first direction DR1 by pressing the lever 3; and (4) an operating part 5 that has an operating part 53 and moves the pressing part 4 in the second direction DR2.
[0167] (action)
[0168] exist Fig.17In the described example, when the operating portion 53 is operated in the first operating direction MR1, the operating portion 5 causes the pressing portion 4 to move in the second direction DR2. When the pressing portion 4 moves in the second direction DR2, the lever 3 moves in the first direction DR1 which is different from the second direction DR2. When the lever 3 moves in the first direction DR1, the lever 3 pulls the second gripping portion 22 in the first direction DR1, and the interval between the first gripping portion 21 and the second gripping portion 22 is reduced. In this way, the object B disposed between the first gripping portion 21 and the second gripping portion 22 is gripped by the first gripping portion 21 and the second gripping portion 22 (refer to Fig.18 ).
[0169] exist Fig.18 In the example described, when the operating portion 53 is operated in the second operating direction MR2, (1) the second gripping portion 22 moves in the third direction DR3 (in other words, the direction away from the first gripping portion 21) by the force that returns the gripping portion 2 to its original shape, (2) the lever 3 moves in the third direction DR3, and (3) the pressing member 4 moves in the fourth direction DR4. In this way, the grip of the object B provided by the first gripping portion 21 and the second gripping portion 22 can be released (see Fig.17 ).
[0170] In the second embodiment, the fixing device 1B can be easily fixed to the object B by utilizing the movement of the pressing member 4 and the lever 3. Fig.17 In the described example, the operating portion 53 can rotate around the operating axis AX, and the extending direction of the operating axis AX is perpendicular to the first direction DR1. Fig.18 In the example described, the operation portion 53 is arranged on the opposite side of the space SP1 where the object B gripped by the gripping member 2 is arranged, with respect to the plane PL through which the lever 3 passes. In the second embodiment, the arrangement of the operation portion 53 in the holder 1B is not limited to Fig.17 and Fig.18 There is no need to say more about the examples recorded.
[0171] (First Engaging Section 32 and Second Engaging Section 23)
[0172] exist Fig.16 In the described example, the lever 3 (more specifically, the front end portion 31 of the lever 3) has a first engaging portion 32 that engages with the second engaging portion 23 of the second grip portion 22. Fig.19 In the example described, the first engaging portion 32 is an engaging hole portion 32h. Fig.19 As shown, the engagement hole portion 32 h is preferably a long hole portion having a long axis in a direction along the longitudinal direction of the lever 3 .
[0173] (Second Engaging Section 23)
[0174] exist Fig.16 In the described example, the second gripping portion 22 has a second engaging portion 23 engaged with the first engaging portion 32 of the lever 3. If the first engaging portion 32 is an engaging hole 32h, the second engaging portion 23 is preferably shaped to be inserted into the engaging hole 32h. The second engaging portion 23 may also be formed by an elongated member 23c such as a threaded member or a pin member. Alternatively, the second engaging portion 23 may be formed by cutting a portion of the second gripping portion 22.
[0175] In addition, alternatively, one of the first engaging portion 32 and the second engaging portion 23 may be an engaging recess, and the other of the first engaging portion 32 and the second engaging portion 23 may be an engaging projection. The first engaging portion 32 and the second engaging portion 23 may have any shape as long as they can engage with each other.
[0176] (Wire accommodating portion 6)
[0177] exist Fig. 20 In the described example, the fixture 1B includes the wire accommodating portion 6 capable of accommodating the wires W. The wire accommodating portion 6 includes an accommodating portion main body 61 and a switch member 64 .
[0178] The housing body 61 defines a space SP2 in which the electric wires W are arranged. In addition, the housing body 61 has an opening OP through which the electric wires can pass.
[0179] The switch member 64 is a switchable opening OP. Fig. 20 In the described example, the switch member 64 has a second operating portion 64c for switching the switch member 64. When the switch member 64 is in the open position, the wire W can be inserted into the space SP2 through the opening portion OP. In addition, when the switch member 64 is in the open position, the wire W can be removed from the space SP2 through the opening portion OP. When the switch member 64 is in the closed position, the wire W is surrounded by the housing body 61 and the switch member 64. Therefore, the wire W does not fall out of the wire housing portion 6.
[0180] (Third Embodiment)
[0181] Reference Fig.21 , a wire cutting tool 100 according to a third embodiment will be described. Fig.21 This is a schematic front view schematically showing a wire cutting tool 100 according to the third embodiment.
[0182] In the third embodiment, the description will be centered on the points different from the first and second embodiments, and repeated descriptions of matters already described in the first or second embodiments will be omitted. Therefore, it goes without saying that matters already described in the first or second embodiments can be adopted in the third embodiment even if they are not explicitly described in the third embodiment.
[0183] The electric wire cutting tool 100 in the third embodiment includes a holder 1, a rod-shaped member 110, a first wire gripper 120, and a second wire gripper 130. In the third embodiment, the object B is the rod-shaped member 110.
[0184] The holder 1 of the wire cutting tool 100 in the third embodiment may also be the holder 1A in the first embodiment, the holder 1B in the second embodiment, or other holders.
[0185] The holder 1 includes (1) a gripping member 2 having a first gripping portion 21 and a second gripping portion 22 and gripping a rod-shaped member 110; (2) a lever 3 capable of pulling the second gripping portion 22 in a first direction DR1 toward the first gripping portion 21; (3) a pressing member 4 capable of pressing the lever 3 by moving in a second direction DR2 different from the first direction DR1 and moving the lever 3 in the first direction DR1 by pressing the lever 3; (4) an operating member 5 having an operating portion 53 and capable of moving the pressing member 4 in the second direction DR2; and (5) an electric wire accommodating portion 6. (7) The electric wire accommodating portion 6 includes an accommodating portion main body 61 having an opening OP defining a space SP2 in which the electric wire W is arranged, and a switch member 64 capable of opening and closing the opening OP.
[0186] The grip member 2 , the lever 3 , the pressing member 4 , the operating member 5 , and the wire accommodating portion 6 have already been described in the first embodiment or the second embodiment, and thus repeated description of these structures will be omitted.
[0187] The rod-shaped member 110 is held by the holding member 2. The holder 1 is fixed to the rod-shaped member 110 while the rod-shaped member 110 is held by the holding member 2. By fixing the holder 1 to the rod-shaped member 110, the wire W arranged in the wire accommodating portion 6 is positioned within a predetermined range. On the other hand, when the holding of the rod-shaped member 110 by the holding member 2 is released, the holder 1 can be rotated around the longitudinal axis L1 of the rod-shaped member 110. By rotating the holder 1 around the longitudinal axis L1 of the rod-shaped member 110, the wire can be arranged in the position of the wire accommodating portion 6.
[0188] The rod-shaped member 110 is preferably extendable in a direction along the longitudinal axis L1. If the rod-shaped member 110 is extendable, the distance between the first clamp 120 and the second clamp 130 can be changed by extending or retracting the rod-shaped member 110.
[0189] The first wire gripper 120 is disposed at the first end portion 110a of the rod-shaped member 110. The first wire gripper 120 grips a first portion of the electric wire W.
[0190] The second wire gripper 130 is disposed at the second end portion 110b of the rod-shaped member 110. The second wire gripper 130 grips the second portion of the electric wire W.
[0191] When the rod-shaped member 110 is contracted in the direction along the longitudinal axis L1 of the rod-shaped member while the first wire gripper 120 grips the first portion of the wire W and the second wire gripper 130 grips the second portion of the wire W, the distance between the first wire gripper 120 and the second wire gripper 130 is reduced. As a result, the portion of the wire W between the first wire gripper 120 and the second wire gripper 130 can be relaxed.
[0192] The rod-shaped member 110 includes an outer member 111, an inner member 112, and an operating portion 113. The operating portion 113 is a portion for operating the relative movement of the outer member 111 relative to the inner member 112. The operating portion 113 is connected to the rod-shaped member 110 and is rotatable around the second axis AX2. The operating portion 113 has an engaging portion 113c engaged with the distal end of the remote operating member.
[0193] An example of a mechanism for retracting the retractable rod-shaped member 110 using a remote operating member is described. As an example, it is assumed that: (A) the operating portion 113 is provided with a first bevel gear that rotates around the second axis AX2 simultaneously with the operating portion, (B) the outer member 111 is provided with a first bevel gear and a second bevel gear connected in a load-transmitting manner, (C) the second bevel gear and a threaded rod arranged on the outer periphery of the external thread rotate around the longitudinal axis L1 of the rod-shaped member 110 simultaneously, and (D) the inner member 112 is screwed to the threaded rod. In this case, when the operating portion 113 is rotated around the second axis AX2 by the remote operating member, the first bevel gear rotates around the second axis AX2, and the second bevel gear rotates around the longitudinal axis L1 of the rod-shaped member 110. When the second bevel gear rotates around the longitudinal axis L1, the threaded rod rotates around the longitudinal axis L1. When the threaded rod rotates around the longitudinal axis L1, the inner member 112 screwed to the threaded rod moves in the direction attracted by the outer member 111. Thus, the rod-shaped member 110 contracts.
[0194] In addition, in the third embodiment, the mechanism for contracting the rod-shaped member 110 is not limited to the above-described mechanism.
[0195] After the wire W (a portion of the wire W) positioned between the first wire clamp 120 and the second wire clamp 130 is relaxed by contracting the rod-shaped member 110, the wire cutting operation and the wire separation operation can be performed. First, the loose portion of the wire W is cut by any cutting tool. As a result, the wire W is formed with a first cut end and a second cut end. Then, the first cut end and the second cut end are separated (for example, separated in the up and down directions). Through the above-mentioned process (more specifically, the process of contracting the rod-shaped member 110 while the first wire clamp 120 holds the first portion of the wire W and the second wire clamp 130 holds the second portion of the wire W, the process of cutting the loose portion of the wire W formed by the contraction of the rod-shaped member 110 by a cutting tool, and the process of separating the first cut end and the second cut end formed by cutting), the wire cutting operation is completed.
[0196] From the viewpoint of efficiently performing the operation of separating the first cut end portion and the second cut end portion, the electric wire cutting tool 100 includes the above-described fixture 1 having the electric wire accommodating portion 6 .
[0197] The electric wire accommodating portion 6 accommodates the electric wires W in a region between the first wire gripper 120 and the second wire gripper 130 and positions the electric wires W within a prescribed range.
[0198] When separating the first and second cut ends of the electric wire, for example, the holder 1 may be rotated around the longitudinal axis L1 of the rod-shaped member 110 while the electric wire connected to the first cut end is arranged in the space SP2 defined by the electric wire accommodating portion 6 .
[0199] The wire cutting tool 100 in the third embodiment may include not only the holder 1 but also a second holder 1'. The second holder 1' may be the holder 1A in the first embodiment, the holder 1B in the second embodiment, or other holders.
[0200] (Fixing method)
[0201] Next, refer to Figures 1 to 22 , the fixing method in the implementation method is described. Fig. 22 This is a flowchart showing an example of a fixing method in the embodiment.
[0202] The fixture 1 used in the fixing method in the embodiment may be the fixture 1A in the first embodiment, the fixture 1B in the second embodiment, or another fixture.
[0203] The holder 1 includes (1) a gripping member 2 having a first gripping portion 21 and a second gripping portion 22, (2) a lever 3, (3) a pressing member 4 capable of pressing the lever 3, and (5) an operating member 5 having an operating portion 53. The gripping member 2, the lever 3, the pressing member 4, and the operating member 5 have been described in the first embodiment, the second embodiment, or the third embodiment, and thus repeated description of these structures will be omitted.
[0204] In the first step ST1, a fixture 1 is prepared in which an object B is arranged between the first gripping portion 21 and the second gripping portion 22. The first step ST1 is a preparation process. The object B arranged between the first gripping portion 21 and the second gripping portion 22 may also be a rod-shaped member (for example, a rod-shaped member 110 in which the first clamp 120 is arranged at the first end 110a and the second clamp 130 is arranged at the second end 110b), or a member of other shapes.
[0205] In the first step ST1, the fixture 1 may be prepared in a state where the object B is preliminarily placed between the first gripping portion 21 and the second gripping portion 22. Fig.16 In the described example, the object B is placed between the first grip 21 and the second grip 22 in advance, and the holder 1B is prepared in a state where the first engagement portion 32 of the lever 3 is engaged with the second engagement portion 23 of the second grip 22 .
[0206] Alternatively, in the first step ST1, the fixture 1 and the object B may be prepared separately, and then the object B may be placed between the first gripping portion 21 and the second gripping portion 22. Figure 3 In the example described in (a), a fixture 1A is prepared in which no object B is arranged between the first gripping portion 21 and the second gripping portion 22, and then the object B is arranged between the first gripping portion 21 and the second gripping portion 22, and then the first engaging portion 32 of the lever 3 is engaged with the second engaging portion 23 of the second gripping portion 22 (see Figure 3 (b)).
[0207] exist Figure 3 In the example described in (a), the engagement between the first engagement portion 32 and the second engagement portion 23 is performed by operating the operating portion 53 in the first operating direction MR1. More specifically, by operating the operating portion 53 in the first operating direction MR1 around the operating axis AX, the lever 3 rotates in the first rotation direction R1 around the first axis AX1. By rotating the lever 3 in the first rotation direction R1, the lever 3 is released from the first position P1 (refer to Figure 3 (a)) moves to the second position P2 (refer to Figure 3 (b)).
[0208] In the second step ST2, the pressing member 4 is moved in the second direction DR2 by operating the operating portion 53. The second step ST2 is a pressing member moving step. In the pressing member moving step, the operating portion 53 is operated in the first operating direction MR1.
[0209] exist Figure 1 or Fig.17 In the described example, when the operating portion 53 is operated in the first operating direction MR1 around the operating axis AX, the pressing member 4 moves in the second direction DR2. More specifically, when the operating portion 53 is operated in the first operating direction MR1 around the operating axis AX, the operating member 5 moves in the second direction DR2, and the operating member 5 presses the pressing member 4 in the second direction DR2. As a result, the pressing member 4 moves in the second direction DR2.
[0210] exist Figure 3 In (a), when the lever 3 is rotated around the first axis AX1, the operating direction of the operating portion 53 is the first operating direction MR1. Figure 1 In the embodiment, the operation direction of the operating portion 53 when the pressing member 4 moves in the second direction DR2 is the first operation direction MR1. Therefore, by operating the operating portion 53 in the first operation direction MR1, the lever 3 rotates around the first axis AX1 and the pressing member 4 moves in the second direction DR2 can be performed simultaneously or continuously.
[0211] In the third step ST3, the movement of the pressing member 4 in the second direction DR2 is converted into the movement of the lever 3 in the first direction DR1 which is different from the second direction DR2. The third step ST3 is a conversion step.
[0212] exist Figure 1 or Fig.17 In the example described, when the pressing member 4 moves in the second direction DR2, the pressing member 4 presses the pressed portion 35 of the lever 3 (more specifically, the pressed portion 35 provided at the bottom end portion 34 of the lever 3). The pressing force of the pressing member 4 pressing the lever 3 has a component force in the second direction DR2 and a component force F1 in the first direction DR1. The component force F1 in the first direction DR1 acts on the lever 3, and the lever 3 moves in the first direction DR1. Figure 7 or Fig.18 In the example described, the pressing member 4 has a first inclined surface 421 for pressing the pressed portion 35. The first inclined surface 421 decomposes the pressing force of the pressing member 4 pressing the lever 3 into a force component in the second direction DR2 and a force component in the first direction DR1. Figure 7 or Fig.18In the example described, the pressed portion 35 of the lever 3 has the second inclined surface 352 pressed by the pressing member 4. The second inclined surface 352 decomposes the pressing force of the pressing member 4 pressing the lever 3 into a component force in the second direction DR2 and a component force in the first direction DR1.
[0213] In the fourth step ST4 , the second gripping part 22 is displaced toward the first gripping part 21 . The fourth step ST4 is a displacement process. In the displacement process, the second gripping part 22 is displaced toward the first gripping part 21 by pulling the second gripping part 22 in the first direction DR1 by the lever 3 .
[0214] exist Figure 2 or Fig.18 In the example described, the lever 3 moves in the first direction DR1, and the first engaging portion 32 of the lever 3 pulls the second engaging portion 23 of the second gripping portion 22 in the first direction DR1. In this way, the second gripping portion 22 is displaced toward the first gripping portion 21. The displacement of the second gripping portion 22 toward the first gripping portion 21 is as follows: Figure 2 As shown, it can also be achieved by elastic deformation of the holding member 2. Alternatively, the second holding portion 22 is displaced toward the first holding portion 21, as shown in FIG. Fig.14 As shown, this can also be achieved by rotating the second holding portion 22 relative to the first holding portion 21 around the axis of the hinge 29 .
[0215] In the fifth step ST5 , the object B is gripped by the first gripping portion 21 and the second gripping portion 22 displaced toward the first gripping portion 21 . In this way, the fixture 1 is fixed to the object B.
[0216] The fixing method in the embodiment can easily fix the fixture 1 to the object B. More specifically, the fixture 1 can be easily fixed to the object B by operating the operating portion 53 in the first operating direction MR1.
[0217] The fixing method in the embodiment may also include a second fixing step (sixth step ST6) of fixing the object B to the fixture 1. The second fixing step includes a gripping release step of releasing the grip of the object B provided by the first gripping portion 21 and the second gripping portion 22 (sub-step ST6-1); a posture changing step of changing the posture of the fixture 1 relative to the object B (sub-step ST6-2); and a second object holding step of holding the object B by the first gripping portion 21 and the second gripping portion 22 displaced toward the first gripping portion 21 (sub-step ST6-3).
[0218] The grip release process (in other words, sub-step ST6-1) is performed by operating the operating unit 53. Figure 2 or Fig.18In the described example, in the grip release step, the operation portion 53 is operated in the second operation direction MR2 (more specifically, the direction opposite to the first operation direction MR1 ).
[0219] When the operating part 53 is operated in the second operating direction MR2, the pressing part 4 can move in the fourth direction DR4 (more specifically, the direction opposite to the second direction DR2), and the lever 3 can move in the third direction DR3 (more specifically, the direction opposite to the first direction DR1). As a result, the second gripping part 22 is displaced in the direction away from the first gripping part 21, and the grip of the object B provided by the first gripping part 21 and the second gripping part 22 can be released. In addition, in this specification, the so-called "releasing of grip" means a state in which the posture of the fixture 1 can be changed relative to the object B. Therefore, in the state of "releasing of grip", it does not matter how much gripping force is applied from the gripping part 2 to the object B.
[0220] The fixture 1 may include a first urging member 81 for urging the pressing member 4 in the fourth direction DR4. In this case, when the operating portion 53 is operated in the second operating direction MR2, the pressing member 4 is moved in the fourth direction DR4 by the urging of the first urging member 81.
[0221] The posture changing process (in other words, sub-step ST6-2) is performed by moving the fixture 1 relative to the object B (for example, rotating the fixture 1 relative to the object B). Fig.21 In the described example, the posture changing step includes rotating the fixture 1 relative to the object B (more specifically, the rod-shaped member 110) about the longitudinal axis L1 of the object B. Fig.21 In the described example, the first cut end of the wire positioned in a predetermined range by the holder 1 is separated from the second cut end of the wire positioned in a predetermined range by the second holder 1 ′ by execution of the posture changing step.
[0222] The posture changing step may also include rotating the fixture 1 around the longitudinal axis L1 of the object B using a remote control tool.
[0223] The second object holding process (in other words, sub-step ST6-3) is performed by operating the operating unit 53. Figure 1 or Fig.17 In the described example, in the second object grasping step, the operating portion 53 is operated in the first operating direction MR1.
[0224] exist Figure 1 or Fig.17In the described example, in the second object holding process, when the operating portion 53 is operated in the first operating direction MR1 around the operating axis AX, the pressing member 4 moves in the second direction DR2. When the pressing member 4 moves in the second direction DR2, the pressing member 4 presses the pressed portion 35 of the lever 3. The pressing force of the pressing member 4 pressing the lever 3 has a component force in the second direction DR2 and a component force F1 in the first direction DR1. The component force F1 in the first direction DR1 acts on the lever 3, and the lever 3 moves in the first direction DR1. As the lever 3 moves in the first direction DR1, the first engaging portion 32 of the lever 3 pulls the second engaging portion 23 of the second holding portion 22 in the first direction DR1. As a result, the second holding portion 22 is displaced toward the first holding portion 21. In this way, the object B is held again by the first holding portion 21 and the second holding portion 22 displaced toward the first holding portion 21.
[0225] In the fixing method of the embodiment, it is easy to change the posture of the fixture 1 relative to the object B and fix the object B to the fixture 1 again. More specifically, by operating the operating portion 53 in the second operating direction MR2, the grip of the object B provided by the first gripping portion 21 and the second gripping portion 22 can be released. In addition, after the posture of the fixture 1 is changed relative to the object B, the object B can be easily fixed to the fixture 1 again by operating the operating portion 53 in the first operating direction MR1.
[0226] In addition, the fixing method in the embodiment includes a conversion step of converting the movement of the pressing member 4 toward the second direction DR2 into the movement of the lever 3 toward the first direction DR1 different from the second direction DR2. Therefore, it is not necessary to arrange the operating part 53 on the extension line of the length direction of the lever 3, and the degree of freedom of arrangement of the operating part 53 in the fixing device 1 is large.
[0227] The present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments or variations. It is obvious that the embodiments or variations can be appropriately modified or changed within the scope of the technical concept of the present invention. In addition, any structural element used in each embodiment or variation can be combined with other embodiments or other variations. In addition, any structural element can be omitted in each embodiment or variation.
