[0038] In industrial production, flues are crucial channels for discharging flue gas and particulate matter generated during combustion. Over time, a certain amount of soot and other deposits accumulate inside the flue. These deposits not only affect equipment efficiency but also pose safety hazards. Therefore, the inventors have innovated a flue cleaning tool that can safely and reliably clean deposits inside flues while improving cleaning efficiency and reducing labor intensity.

[0039] like Figure 1 and Figure 2 As shown, this application provides a flue cleaning tool, including a main body 1. The main body 1 includes a gripping part 11, an extension part 12, and a cleaning part 13. The extension part 12 is a long rod extending along a first direction A. The gripping part 11 and the cleaning part 13 are respectively disposed at both ends of the extension part 12. The cleaning part 13 includes a cleaning plate 131, which is connected to one end of the extension part 12. The cleaning plate 131 has an arc-shaped outer edge 1311, which protrudes away from the connection position 1312 between the extension part 12 and the cleaning plate 131.

[0040] Specifically, this application provides a flue cleaning tool to enable operators to clean accumulated soot and other deposits within the flue. The flue cleaning tool includes a main body 1, which comprises a grip 11, an extension 12, and a cleaning part 13. The grip 11 is the part held by the operator and can be a sleeve type, handle type, T-shaped structure, ring structure, etc., as long as it is easy for the operator to hold. The cleaning part 13 is the working part of the tool that extends into the flue and contacts the deposits to scrape and pull them away. The cleaning part 13 can be a flat plate type, scraper type, shovel type, etc., as long as it can clean accumulated soot and other deposits within the flue. The extension 12 is a long rod extending along a first direction A and can be a round rod, triangular rod, square rod, etc., as long as it provides a suitable length so that the cleaning part 13 can reach the area within the flue that needs cleaning.

[0041] The cleaning unit 13 includes a cleaning plate 131, which can be of various forms such as a flat plate, a scraper, or a shovel, etc. This application designs an arc-shaped outer edge 1311 on the cleaning plate 131, allowing it to more smoothly cut into and scrape away deposits when it contacts the inner wall of the flue. Furthermore, during the cleaning process, when the cleaning plate 131 encounters uneven areas or curved sections of the inner wall of the flue, the arc-shaped outer edge 1311 provides better adaptability to conform to the inner wall for cleaning, thus improving the thoroughness and comprehensiveness of the cleaning. Simultaneously, the arc-shaped outer edge 1311 design reduces the impact force of the cleaning plate 131 on the inner wall of the flue, improves a more uniform pressure distribution, and reduces frictional resistance between the cleaning plate and the inner wall of the flue, making the cleaning operation smoother and reducing the labor intensity of the operator.

[0042] In the embodiment of cleaning the flue gas duct of the pool furnace provided in this application, the pressure control of the pool furnace production control system is first adjusted to manual control. Before opening the flue gas duct opening, the operator must wear protective equipment including a light filter face shield, safety helmet, mask, cotton-padded clothes, cotton-padded trousers, work shoes, and thermal stability gloves, and use a flame observation lens to observe the accumulation of soot inside the flue gas duct opening. During cleaning, the operator only needs to pick up the flue gas cleaning tool provided in this application through the grip part 11 and insert it into the flue gas duct opening. The accumulated soot and other deposits are scraped and shoveled from the inner wall of the flue gas duct using the cleaning plate 131. Then, the loose soot and other deposits are pulled to the ash discharge port set in advance at the flue gas duct opening for discharge. Before the cleaning is finished, a bucket of water needs to be prepared in advance. After the cleaning is finished, the tool is removed from the flue gas duct opening, and the tool is inserted into the bucket of water by holding the grip part 11 to cool it down.

[0043] The flue cleaning tool provided in this application includes a main body 1, which includes a gripping part 11, an extension part 12, and a cleaning part 13. The extension part 12 is a long rod extending along a first direction A. The gripping part 11 and the cleaning part 13 are respectively disposed at both ends of the extension part 12. The cleaning part 13 includes a cleaning plate 131 connected to one end of the extension part 12. The cleaning plate 131 has an arc-shaped outer edge 1311, which protrudes away from the connection position 1312 between the extension part 12 and the cleaning plate 131. By providing a long rod-shaped extension part 12 to the main body 1 of the flue cleaning tool, this application allows the cleaning part 13 located at the end of the extension part 12 to be delivered to the cleaning operation position with more deposits in the flue as needed. The cleaning unit 13 includes a cleaning plate 131. This application designs an arc-shaped outer edge 1311 for the cleaning plate 131, providing better structural adaptability so that the cleaning plate 131 can conform to the inner wall of the flue for cleaning, improving cleaning efficiency and comprehensiveness. Simultaneously, the arc-shaped outer edge 1311 of the cleaning plate 131 provides a more uniform pressure distribution during cleaning in contact with the flue, reducing friction, facilitating smooth operation, and reducing operator workload. Through the application of this application, the technical problem of accumulated soot and other deposits in flues affecting equipment efficiency and posing safety hazards in industrial production is solved.

[0044] like Figure 1 As shown, in some embodiments, the cleaning plate 131 extends along the second direction B and one end is connected to one end of the extension portion 12, and the second direction B forms a preset angle R with the first direction A.

[0045] Specifically, by extending the cleaning plate 131 along the second direction B and forming a preset angle R with the first direction A, the flue cleaning tool of this application can more flexibly adapt to the complex and varied geometry inside the flue, allowing the cleaning plate 131 to cover a larger area and improving the efficiency of cleaning soot and other deposits. When the second direction B of the cleaning plate 131 forms different angles with the first direction A, the contact angle of the cleaning plate 131 when contacting the inner wall of the flue changes. The preset angle R can be adjusted according to the deposit blockage situation in the flue, allowing the cleaning plate 131 to apply cutting forces in different directions, so as to remove stubborn deposits attached to the flue wall more efficiently and stably.

[0046] In some embodiments, the preset included angle R is 90°.

[0047] Specifically, in order to improve the cleaning efficiency of flue cleaning tools and reduce tool wear, this application sets a preset angle of 90°. When the preset included angle R between the cleaning plate 131 and the extension 12 is 90°, the cleaning plate 131 can perform scraping operations perpendicular to the inner wall of the flue. Furthermore, when the operator pulls the tool along the first direction A to move the deposits, the vertically set cleaning plate 131 can provide a larger contact area, increase the amount of deposits moved, and improve cleaning efficiency.

[0048] Furthermore, the 90° angle design reduces the lateral force exerted on the inner wall of the flue during operation by the flue cleaning tool, reducing tool wear caused by friction. It also reduces the potential risk of damage to the flue structure itself, ensuring production safety. Additionally, the 90° angle design makes the force transmission of the cleaning plate 131 in the second direction B more stable, facilitating the operator's tool handling during cleaning operations.

[0049] like Figure 3 and Figure 4 As shown, in some embodiments, the cleaning part 13 further includes an extension plate 132, which is disposed along the first direction A and has its two ends connected to the end of the extension part 12 away from the gripping part 11 and the cleaning plate 131, respectively.

[0050] Specifically, by providing the extension plate 132, the cleaning plate 131 can perform cleaning operations at more distant points within the flue, expanding the cleaning range that the flue cleaning tool of this application can cover in a single cleaning operation and improving cleaning efficiency. In some embodiments, the present application may employ a cylindrical extension 12, with the extension plate 132 being sheet-like and having a cross-sectional dimension smaller than that of the extension 12. This allows the extension plate 132 to occupy less space when cleaning soot and other deposits, facilitating the operational flexibility of the cleaning plate 131. Furthermore, the smaller size of the extension plate 132 also increases the volume of deposits that the cleaning plate 131 can subsequently pull, further improving cleaning efficiency.

[0051] In some embodiments, the extension 12, the extension plate 132, and the cleaning plate 131 are integrally formed.

[0052] Specifically, this application improves the overall rigidity and strength of the structure by integrally molding the extension 12, extension plate 132, and cleaning plate 131, reducing the risk of fracture caused by local stress concentration and improving stability. Furthermore, for cleaning the high-temperature flue environment, the integrally molded extension 12, extension plate 132, and cleaning plate 131 help provide thermal stability, reducing local inconsistencies in thermal expansion, thereby ensuring reliable operation of the tool under high-temperature conditions. The extension 12, extension plate 132, and cleaning plate 131 can be integrally molded using casting, forging, powder metallurgy, additive manufacturing, or other processes, and the specific method is not limited.

[0053] like Figure 1 , Figure 3 and Figure 4 As shown, in some embodiments, the gripping part 11 is sleeved on the extension part 12 at the end opposite to the cleaning part 13.

[0054] Specifically, this application allows the grip portion 11, made of heat-insulating material, to be fitted onto the end of the extension 12 opposite to the cleaning portion 13 to ensure the operator's safety. The grip portion 11 provides stable heat insulation to ensure the operator's cleaning operation. The surface of the grip portion 11 can be treated with abrasion or raised dots to provide a non-slip effect and prevent operational errors.

[0055] like Figure 5 As shown, in some embodiments, the cleaning plate 131 is arc-shaped and protrudes along the first direction A toward the side away from the grip portion 11.

[0056] Specifically, considering that the operator picks up the flue cleaning tool provided in this application through the grip part 11 and inserts it into the flue opening, scrapes and shovels the accumulated soot and other deposits from the inner wall of the flue using the cleaning plate 131, and then pulls the loose soot and other deposits to the ash discharge port pre-set in the flue opening for discharge, in order to increase the volume content of soot and other deposits processed in a single discharge, this application provides an arc-shaped cleaning plate 131 that protrudes away from the grip part 11 along the first direction A, so that the arc-shaped cleaning plate 131 can form an additional accommodating space to increase the volume content of deposits that can be processed. Furthermore, the arc-shaped cleaning plate 131 can provide a larger contact area with the deposits, ensuring a stable and reliable thrust during the pulling process and improving cleaning efficiency.

[0057] The arc-shaped cleaning plate 131 also has an arc-shaped outer edge 1311 that protrudes away from the connection position 1312 between the extension 12 and the cleaning plate 131. The arc-shaped outer edge 1311 provides better structural adaptability so that the cleaning plate 131 can fit against the inner wall of the flue for cleaning, improving the efficiency and comprehensiveness of the cleaning operation. At the same time, the arc-shaped outer edge 1311 can provide a more uniform pressure distribution during the cleaning process in contact with the flue, reducing friction, facilitating smooth operation, and reducing the labor of operators.

[0058] like Figure 6 As shown, in some embodiments, the extension 12 includes nested multi-stage rods 121 that can extend or shorten along a first direction A to move the cleaning part 13 away from or closer to the gripping part 11.

[0059] Specifically, to improve the flexibility and adaptability of the flue cleaning tool, this application provides an extension section 12 comprising nested multi-stage rods 121. The extendable design of the multi-stage rods 121 allows the extension section 12 to change its length within a certain range, meeting the cleaning needs of flue openings of different lengths and improving the versatility and applicability of the flue cleaning tool. Furthermore, the design of the multi-stage rods 121 enables the cleaning section 13 to perform cleaning operations at a greater distance, expanding the cleaning area that can be covered in a single cleaning operation and improving cleaning efficiency.

[0060] In some embodiments, the grip portion 11 is made of heat-insulating material, and the extension portion 12 and the cleaning portion 13 are both made of thermally stable material.

[0061] Specifically, this application includes a grip portion 11 made of heat-insulating material. This material reduces heat conduction to ensure operator safety, and the grip portion 11 provides stable heat insulation for easy cleaning. The surface of the grip portion 11 can be treated with abrasion or raised dots to provide a non-slip effect and prevent operational errors. The heat-insulating material used in the grip portion 11 can be carbon fiber, carbon fiber composite, glass fiber plastic, polyamide, or polyetheretherketone engineering plastic, etc., with no specific limitation, as long as it provides a stable and reliable heat insulation effect.

[0062] Both the extension section 12 and the cleaning section 13 are made of thermally stable materials to ensure that the flue cleaning tool maintains structural stability and physical properties in the high-temperature environment inside the flue, preventing softening or melting. In one embodiment, the working temperature of the furnace can reach 1600°C, and the temperature inside the flue connected to the furnace can reach 1200°C. The thermally stable material used in this application needs to be able to withstand temperatures above 1200°C, i.e., have a melting point above 1200°C. The thermally stable material can be nickel or a nickel-based alloy with a melting point above 1200°C.

[0063] In some embodiments, the grip portion 11 is made of carbon fiber; the extension portion 12 and the cleaning portion 13 are both made of nickel.

[0064] Specifically, carbon fiber material has extremely low thermal conductivity. The use of carbon fiber material in the grip part 11 can effectively prevent heat from being transferred from the cleaning plate 131 and the extension part 12 to the operator's hand, significantly reducing the risk of burns. In addition, carbon fiber material also has good mechanical strength and corrosion resistance, providing a reliable grip experience.

[0065] Nickel has a high melting point, allowing it to maintain its physical properties at high temperatures. The use of nickel in both the extension section 12 and the cleaning section 13 ensures the flue cleaning tool maintains structural stability and physical properties in the high-temperature environment of the flue, preventing softening or melting. Furthermore, nickel exhibits excellent corrosion resistance, particularly in flue environments containing sulfides and oxides. This not only extends the service life of the flue cleaning tool but also reduces maintenance requirements.
