Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: Vibration decoupling system and transport vehicle comprising such a system
[0001] The present invention relates to a vibration decoupling system for a transport vehicle.
[0002] The present invention also relates to a transport vehicle comprising such a decoupling system.
[0003] Known transport vehicles, in particular railway vehicles, comprise at least one body forming a structure for a passenger compartment intended to receive passengers and / or goods. An interior trim is generally arranged on an inner side of the body for the comfort and safety of the passengers. The interior trim comprises, for example, wall elements and ceiling elements.
[0004] The body is subject to vibrations during operation of the vehicle. To decouple the vibrations of the body from the interior trim, vibration decoupling systems are known, such as rubber decoupling pads or metal springs.
[0005] However, such known systems have a complex structure. In addition, they have a large footprint, in order to ensure sufficient mechanical strength and good vibration performance for decoupling semi-structural parts.
[0006] An aim of the present invention is thus to obtain a decoupling system having a simple structure and a good compromise between vibration performance and size.
[0007] For this purpose, the invention relates to a vibration decoupling system for a transport vehicle, the decoupling system being configured to connect a body element of the vehicle to an interior trim element of the vehicle, the decoupling system comprising: a first part configured to be fixed to the body element, the first part comprising a mechanical assembly system intended to be fixed to the body element, the assembly system comprising a rod projecting in an assembly direction; and a second part configured to be fixed to the trim element, the second part comprising a decoupling support in which is provided a housing delimited in part by an internal face of the support;the rod being received in the housing of the decoupling support and connecting the first part to the second part, the decoupling support being made of a material suitable for damping vibrations of the mechanical assembly system.;
[0008] A decoupling system according to the invention may further comprise one or more of several of the following characteristics, taken alone or in any technically feasible combination:
[0009] - the decoupling support is made of cork or a cork-based material; and
[0010] - the decoupling support is a pad having an interface with the system mechanical assembly, the interface preferably being a bore in which the rod is received.
[0011] The invention also relates to a transport vehicle comprising a body element; an interior trim element; and a decoupling system as defined above, the first part and the second part of the decoupling system being respectively fixed to the body element and to the trim element.
[0012] According to particular embodiments, the vehicle comprises one or more of the following characteristics, taken in isolation or in all technically possible combinations:
[0013] - the decoupling support is a pad having an external face opposite the face internal of the decoupling support, the covering element comprising a panel having a first face oriented towards the body element and a second opposite face, the covering element further comprising a facing element glued to the second face of the panel, the decoupling support being glued to the panel at its first face;
[0014] - the panel has a cavity opening onto the first face, the stud being received and preferably glued inside said cavity, the panel preferably being made of cork;
[0015] - the vehicle further comprises a sealing mastic arranged on the external face of the plot ;
[0016] - which the stud has a height of between 10 mm and 50 mm, preferably between 20 mm and 30 mm, the height being measured in the assembly direction;
[0017] - the decoupling support is a panel, preferably made of cork, having a first face oriented towards the body element and a second opposite face, the cladding element being a facing element, preferably a laminate, said facing element being glued to the second face of the panel;
[0018] - the vehicle further comprises an insulating element arranged on an internal face of the body element facing the cladding element, the insulation element comprising an insulation panel preferably comprising cork and melamine, the insulation panel preferably being glued to the body element;
[0019] - the external face of the pad defines a substantially circular cross-section according to a plane perpendicular to the assembly direction, the cross-section having an external diameter of between 2 and 50 mm, preferably between 6 and 30 mm.
[0020] The invention will be better understood in the light of the following description, given solely by way of non-limiting example and with reference to the appended figures, among which:
[0021] [Fig-1] [Fig.l] is a schematic sectional view of part of a vehicle comprising a decoupling system according to a first embodiment of the invention;
[0022] [Fig.2] [Fig.2] is a schematic, sectional view of the decoupling system of [Fig.l];
[0023] [Fig.3] [Fig.3] is a schematic sectional view of a decoupling system according to a second embodiment; and
[0024] [Fig.4] [Fig.4] is a schematic sectional view of a decoupling system according to a third embodiment.
[0025] The terms "substantially parallel", "substantially along" and "substantially perpendicular" mean respectively "parallel", "along" and "perpendicular" with an angular error margin of less than or equal to 10°, preferably less than 5°.
[0026] [Fig. 1] shows a transport vehicle 8 according to a first embodiment. The transport vehicle 8 is, for example, a railway vehicle, a guided land vehicle, a bus or a naval vehicle.
[0027] The vehicle 8 comprises a body element 10, an interior trim element 12 and at least one vibration decoupling system 14. Preferably, the vehicle 8 further comprises a complementary insulation element 16 arranged between the body element 10 and the interior trim element 12.
[0028] The body element 10 and the interior trim element 12 define between them an intermediate space 17 in which the vibration decoupling system 14 is received at least in part, as well as the insulation element 16 when the latter is present.
[0029] The body element 10 is part of a body of the vehicle 8. The body comprises, for example, a frame defining an interior space 18 of the body and an exterior space 19 of the body. The interior space 18 of the body forms, for example, a passenger compartment, in which passengers and / or operators of the vehicle 8 are received. In addition or as a variant, the interior space 18 receives equipment of the vehicle 8.
[0030] The body element 10 comprises, for example, an element of a side wall of the vehicle 8. As a variant, the body element 10 comprises an element of a roof or a floor of the vehicle 8.
[0031] The body element 10 extends substantially along a plane PL. The body element 10 comprises an internal face 20 oriented towards the intermediate space 17 and a face external 21 oriented towards the external space 19 of the box.
[0032] The interior trim element 12 is visible from the interior space 18 of the body and extends substantially parallel to the plane PL
[0033] According to the first embodiment, shown in more detail in [Fig. 2], the interior trim element 12 comprises a panel 22 having a first face 24 oriented towards the intermediate space 17 and a second opposite face 25 oriented towards the interior space 18 of the body.
[0034] The interior trim element 12 preferably comprises a facing element 26 glued to the second face 25 of the panel 22 so as to be visible from the interior space 18 of the body. In the example of [Fig. 2], the panel 22 further comprises a laminate 27 glued to the first face 24. The panel 22 is here interposed between the facing element 26 and the laminate 27.
[0035] For example, the panel 22 has a thickness Ei of between 1 mm and 50 mm, the thickness Ei being measured between the first and second faces 24, 25 of the panel 22, perpendicular to these faces 24, 25.
[0036] The panel 22 can be made of numerous materials. In the example of [Fig. 2], the panel 22 is a “honeycomb” type panel made of metal, for example aluminum. Alternatively, the panel 22 is made of cork, the cork having for example a density of between 200 kg / m3 and 500 kg / m3.
[0037] Preferably, the vehicle 8 comprises several vibration decoupling systems 14 configured to connect the body element 10 to the interior trim element 12 of the vehicle 8. In the remainder of the description, a single vibration decoupling system 14, also called “decoupling system 14” will be described in detail.
[0038] The decoupling system 14 is configured to decouple vibrations of the body element 10 relative to the interior trim element 12.
[0039] By "decoupling" and "decouple", it is understood that vibrations are at least partially attenuated between the elements connected by the decoupling system 14. For example, when the body element 10 receives vibrations, these vibrations are at least partially attenuated by the decoupling system 14 relative to the interior trim element 12. For example, the decoupling system 14 is configured to attenuate predefined frequency ranges. The comfort of the passengers in the interior space of the body is thus enhanced.
[0040] A decoupling system 14 according to the first embodiment is shown in more detail in [Fig.2].
[0041] The decoupling system 14 comprises a first part 30 configured to be fixed to the body element 10 and a second part 32 configured to be fixed to the interior trim element 12.
[0042] The first part 30 comprises a mechanical assembly system intended to be fixed to the body element 10. The assembly system comprises at least one rod 52 projecting in an assembly direction X.
[0043] In the embodiment shown in [Fig.2], the mechanical assembly system comprises for example a profile 34 intended to be fixed to the body element 10 and a screw 36 received partly in the profile 34.
[0044] The profile 34 extends along the plane PL. The profile 34 has an opening 38 configured to face the interior trim element 12. By the expression “opening configured to face the interior trim element”, it is understood that the opening 38 extends opposite the interior trim 12.
[0045] The profile 34 is for example C-shaped in a plane perpendicular to the plane PL
[0046] The profile 34 comprises for example a base 40, two sides 42 connected to ex opposite ends of the base 40, and two end portions 44 each connected to one of the two sides 42.
[0047] The two end portions 44 extend for example parallel to the base 40 and each comprise a free edge 46 facing each other. Preferably, the opening 38 is delimited by the free edges 46 of the two end portions 44.
[0048] The profile 34, and in particular the base 40, the two flanks 42 and the two end parts 44 define a receiving space 48. The receiving space 48 is for example configured to partially receive the screw 36.
[0049] According to the example of [Fig.2], the profile 34 is fixed to the body element 10, and in particular to the internal face 20, by screwing, gluing or welding, for example at the level of the base 40
[0050] Alternatively, the profile 34 is fixed to an intermediate part (not shown), which is itself fixed to the internal face 20 of the body element 10.
[0051] Alternatively, the profile 34, and more particularly the base 40, is made in one piece with the body element 10.
[0052] The profile 34 is for example made of metallic material.
[0053] As shown in [Fig.2], the screw 36 has a head 50 received in the receiving space 48 of the profile 34, and the rod 52 projecting through the opening 38 of the profile 34 in the assembly direction X substantially perpendicular to the plane PL
[0054] To position the screw 36 relative to the profile 34, the screw 36 is for example inserted into the profile 34, and then positioned so that the rod 52 extends in the assembly direction X.
[0055] The head 50 of the screw 36 defines a stop surface 54. When the screw 36 is in position, the stop surface 54 bears on the end parts 44 of the profile 34.
[0056] The screw 36 is then locked in translation in the assembly direction X by tightening.
[0057] The rod 52 has a substantially circular section along a perpendicular plane to the assembly direction X.
[0058] The rod 52 preferably has a thread (not shown).
[0059] The second part 32 of the decoupling system 14 is configured to be connected to the first part 30 via screw 36.
[0060] The second part 32 preferably defines with the first part 30 a non-rigid interface, that is to say having a static stiffness less than 3.105 N / m.
[0061] The second part 32 comprises a decoupling support 60 in which a housing is provided, delimited in part by an internal face of the support 60.
[0062] According to the first embodiment shown in [Fig.2], the decoupling support 60 is a stud 70 having a bore 72, which corresponds to the housing, complementary to the rod 52 of the screw.
[0063] For example, the bore 72 is tapped and the rod 52 of the screw 36 is screwed inside said bore 72.
[0064] Alternatively, an insert (not shown) is received in the bore 72. The insert has an internal housing, defining a thread, and the rod 52 of the screw 36 is screwed inside said internal housing. The insert is for example made of steel, in particular zinc-plated steel or stainless steel.
[0065] The pad 70 has an internal face 74, corresponding to the internal face of the support 60, and an external face 75 opposite the internal face 74. The pad 70 has a bottom wall 76 and at least one side wall 77 extending from the bottom wall 76 to a free edge 78.
[0066] Preferably, the screw 36 is mounted in the stud 70, optionally comprising an insert) and the profile 34.
[0067] Preferably, as shown in [Fig. 2], the side wall 77 defines a cylinder of revolution. Thus, the internal face 74 and the external face 75 of the side wall 77 each have a substantially circular cross-section along a plane perpendicular to the assembly direction.
[0068] For example, the cross-section defined by the internal face 74 has a tapped internal diameter d; between M4 and M10. For example, the cross-section defined by the external face 75 has an external diameter d; between 2 and 50 mm, preferably between 6 and 30 mm.
[0069] The stud 70 has a height h of between 15 mm and 50 mm, preferably between 20 and 30 mm, the height h being measured along the assembly direction X between the bottom wall 76 and the free edge 78 of the stud 70. The decoupling system 14 therefore has a reduced size.
[0070] The stud 70 is fixed to the first face 24 of the panel 22, preferably by gluing using an epoxy or polyurethane glue.
[0071] In the first embodiment, the bottom wall 76 of the pad 70 is glued to the first face 24, at the level of the laminate 27 when the latter is present.
[0072] The stud 70 is made of a material suitable for damping vibrations of the rod, the material preferably being cork or a cork-based material.
[0073] For example, the pad 70 is made of agglomerated cork, formed from cork granules and a binder. The size of the granules, the choice of binder and the density of the agglomerated cork can be chosen to cover a wide range of technical needs.
[0074] Cork is a lightweight, elastic, resilient and compressible material. Cork also has very good thermal, acoustic and vibration insulation properties.
[0075] For example, cork is a material with low thermal conductivity (of the order of 0.04 W / mK), lower for example than that of rubber. Cork is therefore a more thermally insulating material than rubber.
[0076] Cork is therefore a very advantageous material.
[0077] The pad 70 thus allows vibrational, but also thermal, decoupling between the body element 10 and the interior trim element 12, while being compact and light, typically having a weight of between 1 kg and 50 kg.
[0078] The pad 70 also has good mechanical strength, which allows it to decouple semi-structural parts having a significant weight, for example greater than 50 kg.
[0079] Preferably, a sealing mastic 80 is arranged on the external face 75 of the stud 70, preferably over the entire circumference of the stud 70. The sealing mastic 80 is preferably flush with the first face 24, so as to prevent the penetration and stagnation of water and / or dust between the stud 70 and the panel 22.
[0080] The sealing mastic 80 is made for example of polyurethane or silicone, in particular modified silicone (commonly designated by the acronym MS).
[0081] When present, the insulation element 16 is arranged in the intermediate space 17 between the body element 10 and the interior trim element 12.
[0082] The insulation element 16 comprises for example an insulation panel 82. The panel 82 is preferably glued to the internal face 20 of the body element 10, for example between two profiles 34.
[0083] The panel 82 is made of an insulating material, comprising for example cork and melamine.
[0084] [Fig. 3] illustrates a second embodiment of a decoupling system 114 and a vehicle 108 according to the invention. Only the elements by which the second embodiment differs from the first embodiment will be described in the remainder of the description. Identical or similar elements will have the corresponding reference of the first embodiment incremented by 100.
[0085] The vehicle 108 comprises a body element 110, an interior trim element 112 and at least one vibration decoupling system 114.
[0086] The body element 110 and the interior trim element 112 define between them an intermediate space 117 in which the vibration decoupling system 114 is received at least in part, as well as optionally a complementary insulation element (not shown).
[0087] According to the second embodiment, shown in more detail in [Fig. 3], the interior trim element 112 comprises a panel 122 having a first face 124 oriented towards the intermediate space 117 and a second opposite face 125 oriented towards an interior space 118 of the body of which the body element 110 forms part.
[0088] The interior trim element 112 preferably comprises a facing element (not shown) glued to the second face 125 of the panel 122 so as to be visible from the interior space 118 of the body, and optionally a laminate 127 glued to the first face 124. The panel 122 is interposed between the facing element and the laminate 127
[0089] The panel 122 has at least one cavity 128 opening onto the first face 124. The cavity 128 is delimited by a bottom wall 131 and at least one side wall 132. In the example of [Fig.3], the cavity 128 comprises a side wall 132 defining a cylinder of revolution with a diameter D of between 10 mm and 100 mm.
[0090] Preferably, the panel 122 is made and has a sandwich-type structure, comprising a plurality of superimposed layers. Advantageously, the panel 122 has a honeycomb layer and / or a cork layer.
[0091] In this way, the panel 122 also acts as a thermal and sound insulator. It is therefore possible to use a complementary insulation element that is less bulky than in the first embodiment, or even to do without it.
[0092] In addition, the panel 122 also contributes to vibration decoupling. Advantageously, the density of the cork is modified locally to ensure the required decoupling performance.
[0093] According to the second embodiment, the panel 122 has a thickness E2 of between 10 mm and 50 mm, the thickness E2 being measured between the first and second faces 124, 125 of the panel 122.
[0094] The vibration decoupling system 114 according to the second embodiment is configured to decouple vibrations of the body element 110 relative to the interior trim element 112.
[0095] The decoupling system 114 also comprises a first portion 130 configured to be attached to the body element 110 and a second portion 132 configured to be attached to the interior trim element 112.
[0096] The first part 130 comprises a profile 134 intended to be fixed to the element of box 110 and a screw 136 received partly in the profile 134. The screw 136 comprises a head 150 and a rod 152, as in the first embodiment.
[0097] The second part 132 comprises a decoupling support 160 in which a housing is provided, delimited in part by an internal face of the support 160.
[0098] The decoupling support 160 is a pad 170 similar to the pad 70 of the decoupling system 14 according to the first embodiment.
[0099] The stud 170 thus has a bore, which corresponds to the housing of the support 160, complementary to the rod 152 of the screw 136. For example, the bore is tapped and the rod 152 of the screw 136 is screwed inside said bore.
[0100] Alternatively, an insert (not shown) is received in the bore. The insert has an internal housing, defining a thread, and the rod 152 of the screw 136 is screwed inside said internal housing. The insert is for example made of zinc-plated or stainless steel.
[0101] The pad 170 has an internal face 174, corresponding to the internal face of the support 160, and an external face 175 opposite the internal face 174. The pad 170 has a bottom wall 176 and at least one side wall 177 extending from the bottom wall 176 to a free edge 178.
[0102] The pad 170 has a height h' of between 10 mm and 50 mm, preferably of between 15 mm and 30 mm, the height h' being measured along the assembly direction X between the bottom wall 176 and the free edge 178 of the pad 170.
[0103] For example, the cross-section defined by the internal face 174 has a normal internal threaded diameter d / between M4 and M10. For example, the cross-section defined by the external face 175 has an external diameter d' between 2 and 50 mm, preferably between 6 and 30 mm.
[0104] In the example of [Fig.3], the diameter D of the cylinder of revolution defined by the side wall 132 of the cavity 128 is strictly greater than the external diameter d' of the stud 170, so that there is a space located between the side wall 177 of the stud 170 and the side wall 132 of the cavity 128.
[0105] The stud 170 is fixed to the first face 124 of the panel 122, preferably by gluing.
[0106] In the second embodiment, the stud 170 is received and glued inside a cavity 128 of the panel 122.
[0107] The bottom wall 176 of the stud 170 is for example glued to the bottom wall 131 of the cavity 128.
[0108] The intermediate space 117 is therefore reduced compared to the first embodiment. The size of the assembly formed by the decoupling system 114 and the interior trim element 112 is therefore reduced compared to the first embodiment.
[0109] Preferably, a sealing mastic 180 is disposed on the external face 175 of the stud 170 in the space located between the side wall 177 of the stud 170 and the side wall 132 of the cavity 128 when the latter is present. The mastic 180 is thus interposed between the stud 170 and the panel 122. The sealing mastic 180 is preferably flush with the first face 124.
[0110] The sealing mastic 180 thus prevents the penetration and stagnation of water and / or dust between the stud 170 and the panel 122.
[0111] Preferably, the sealant 180 is made of polyurethane or silicone, in particular modified silicone.
[0112] The mastic 180 advantageously has a stiffness lower than the stiffness of the cork to avoid a vibratory short circuit.
[0113] The decoupling system 114 according to the second embodiment is particularly suitable for decoupling low frequencies.
[0114] [Fig.4] illustrates a third embodiment of a decoupling system and of a vehicle according to the invention. Only the elements by which the third embodiment differs from the second embodiment will be described in the remainder of the description. Identical or similar elements will have the corresponding reference of the first embodiment incremented by 200.
[0115] The vehicle 208 comprises a body element 210, an interior trim element 212 and at least one vibration decoupling system 214.
[0116] In the third embodiment, the decoupling system 214 is without a pad.
[0117] The decoupling system 214 comprises a first portion 230 configured to be attached to the body element 210 and a second portion 232 configured to be attached to the interior trim element 212.
[0118] The first part 230 comprises a profile 234 intended to be fixed to the body element 210 and a screw 236 received partly in the profile 234. The screw 236 comprises a head 250 and a rod 252, as in the first and second embodiments.
[0119] The second part 232 comprises a support 260 for ensuring decoupling, in which a housing is provided, delimited in part by an internal face of the support 260.
[0120] In the third embodiment, the decoupling support 260 is a panel 222 made of a material suitable for damping vibrations, the material preferably being cork or a cork-based material.
[0121] The panel 222 having a first face 224 oriented towards the body element 210 and a second opposite face 225.
[0122] The panel 222 has at least one bore 272, which corresponds to the housing of the support 260, opening onto the first face 224. Each bore 272 is delimited by an internal face having a bottom wall 276 and at least one side wall 277 extending from the bottom wall 276 to a free edge 278 flush with the first face 224. The internal face corresponds to the internal face of the support 260.
[0123] Preferably, the bore 272 is complementary to the rod 252 of the screw 236. For example, the bore 272 is tapped and the rod 252 of the screw 236 is screwed inside said bore 272.
[0124] Alternatively, an insert (not shown) is received in the bore 272. The insert has an internal housing, defining a thread, and the rod 252 of the screw 236 is screwed inside said housing. The insert is for example made of zinc-plated and stainless steel.
[0125] Preferably, a sealing mastic (not shown) is disposed in the bore 272 between the insert and the internal face.
[0126] In the third embodiment, the interior cladding element 212 comprises a facing element 226, for example a laminate. The facing element 226 is glued to the second face 225 of the panel 222.
[0127] The absence of pads makes it possible to further reduce the size compared to the second embodiment. The decoupling system 214 according to the third embodiment is particularly suitable for decoupling high frequencies.
[0128] The decoupling systems 14, 114, 214 according to the invention have simple and compact structures.
[0129] The use of cork makes it possible to ensure both vibration and thermal decoupling, as well as better thermal and acoustic insulation. The good mechanical strength of cork makes it possible to decouple heavy parts. The use of cork panels 122, 222 also makes it possible to reduce the weight of the vehicle 108, 208.
[0130] It will be easily understood that other embodiments are possible. In particular, the first part 30, 130, 230 may have different shapes than those described previously. For example, the mechanical assembly system may comprise a support element other than a profile 34, 134, 234, the rod 52, 152, 252 projecting from said support element. Said element is for example a plate. Preferably, said support element has a male-female type interface capable of cooperating with the rod 52, 152, 252.
[0131] Similarly, as a variant, the mechanical assembly system comprises a fixing means other than a screw 36, 136, 236. For example, said fixing element comprises the rod 52, 152, 252 on which a nut is mounted.
