DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0014] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS A frame unit opening system according to an embodiment of the present invention and a building equipped with the same will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings.

[0015] A building 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention shown in Fig. 1 is a building made of reinforced concrete, such as an office building. A frame unit opening system 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided in an exterior wall 2 of the building 1.

[0016] In this embodiment, a plurality of frame unit opening systems 10 are arranged vertically and horizontally on the exterior wall 2. Fig. 1 shows some of the frame unit opening systems 10 provided on the exterior wall 2.

[0017] It is sufficient that at least one frame unit opening system 10 is provided on the exterior wall 2 of the building 1. Furthermore, when a plurality of frame unit opening systems 10 are provided on the exterior wall 2 of the building 1, the arrangement of these frame unit opening systems 10 is not limited to the arrangement shown in FIG. 1 and can be changed in various ways.

[0018] The frame unit opening system 10 includes an outer frame body 20 and an inner module unit 30. For convenience, only some of the outer frame bodies 20 and the inner module units 30 are labeled with reference numerals in FIG.

[0019] The outer frame body 20 has an annular shape with an opening on the inside, and is supported by the skeleton 3 of the building 1 with the opening penetrating the exterior wall 2 of the building 1 in the inward / outward direction (perpendicular to the exterior wall 2). In this embodiment, the outer frame body 20 has a rectangular shape with a pair of vertical frame parts 20a extending in the up-down direction and parallel to each other, and a pair of horizontal frame parts 20b extending in the horizontal direction and parallel to each other, when viewed from the front as shown in Fig. 1. In this embodiment, a plurality of outer frame bodies 20 corresponding to a plurality of frame unit opening systems 10 are integrally connected to each other, and are configured in a grid shape as a whole.

[0020] In addition, the outer frame body 20 may be configured to be supported by the structure 3 of the building 1 by being directly fixed to the structure 3, or may be configured to be supported by the structure 3 of the building 1 via other members such as a steel frame.

[0021] The inner module unit 30 includes an inner frame body 31 and a functional section 32 attached to the inside of the inner frame body 31 .

[0022] 1, 2, and 3, the inner module unit 30 is detachably fitted inside the outer frame body 20. In this embodiment, in each of the plurality of frame unit opening systems 10, two inner module units 30 are fitted inside one outer frame body 20 in a vertically aligned manner.

[0023] The inner frame bodies 31 of the two inner module units 30 are each annular in shape with an opening on the inside, and are rectangular in shape with a pair of vertical frame parts 31a extending in the vertical direction and parallel to each other, and a pair of horizontal frame parts 31b extending in the horizontal direction and parallel to each other, as viewed from the front in FIG. 1. The horizontal width of each inner frame body 31 at the outer peripheral surface 31d corresponds to the horizontal width at the inner peripheral surface 20c of the outer frame body 20. Meanwhile, the vertical height dimension at the outer peripheral surface 31d of each inner frame body 31 is smaller than the vertical height dimension at the inner peripheral surface 20c of the outer frame body 20. That is, the vertical dimension obtained by adding the vertical height dimensions of the two inner frame bodies 31 fitted inside one outer frame body 20 corresponds to the vertical height dimension at the inner peripheral surface 20c of the outer frame body 20. In this embodiment, of the two inner module units 30 fitted inside one outer frame body 20, the vertical height dimension of the inner module unit 30 fitted on the upper side is half the vertical height dimension of the inner module unit 30 fitted on the lower side.

[0024] The functional part 32 attached to the inside of the inner frame body 31 is, for example, a plate glass, a louver, a solar panel, or an exterior wall panel. Note that the functional part 32 is not limited to the plate glass, the louver, the solar panel, or the exterior wall panel.

[0025] In this embodiment, in one frame unit opening system 10 (the frame unit opening system 10 at the center in the vertical direction and second from the left in FIG. 1), the functional part 32 of the upper inner module unit 30 fitted inside the outer frame body 20 is a louver 32a, and the functional part 32 of the lower inner module unit 30 fitted inside the outer frame body 20 is a glass plate 32b. In addition, in this embodiment, in another frame unit opening system 10 (the frame unit opening system 10 at the center in the vertical direction and second from the right in FIG. 1), the functional part 32 of the upper inner module unit 30 fitted inside the outer frame body 20 is a solar panel 32c, and the functional part 32 of the lower inner module unit 30 fitted inside the outer frame body 20 is an exterior wall panel 32d. Similarly, the frame unit opening systems 10 having the above-mentioned two patterns are arranged alternately in the horizontal direction. The combination of the types of the multiple functional parts 32 in each inner module unit 30 is not limited to the above, and can be changed in various ways.

[0026] As shown in FIG. 2, when the functional portion 32 is a louver 32a, a duct 33 may be attached to the inner frame body 31 on the indoor side of the louver 32a.

[0027] 3, when the functional part 32 is a glass sheet 32b, the glass sheet 32b may be attached doubly to the inner frame body 31. When the functional part 32 is a glass sheet 32b, a blind 34 may be attached to the outer frame body 20 on the indoor side of the glass sheet 32b.

[0028] When the functional section 32 is the solar panel 32c, a plate material having a predetermined strength may be attached to the inside of the inner frame 31 together with the solar panel 32c.

[0029] When the functional part 32 is the exterior wall panel 32d, the exterior wall panel 32d may be made of various materials. In addition, by providing a plurality of inner module units 30 each having the exterior wall panel 32d as the functional part 32, the exterior wall 2 may be configured as a curtain wall.

[0030] As shown in FIG. 4, in order to detachably fix the inner module unit 30, the outer frame body 20 is provided with a locking portion 21 and a circumferential groove 22 on its inner circumferential surface 20c.

[0031] The locking portion 21 protrudes from the inner peripheral surface 20c of the outer frame body 20 and locks one end (one end facing the inside and outside of the building 1) of the inner frame body 31 of the inner module unit 30 fitted into the outer frame body 20 in the inside and outside directions of the building 1. In this embodiment, the locking portion 21 is provided on the outside of the building 1 relative to the inner frame body 31 and locks one end of the inner frame body 31 facing the outside of the building 1.

[0032] In this embodiment, the locking portion 21 is in the form of a slot frame. More specifically, the locking portion 21 has an L-shaped cross section including a first wall portion 21a that protrudes perpendicularly from the inner peripheral surface 20c of the outer frame body 20 to the inner peripheral surface 20c, and a second wall portion 21b that is integrally connected to the tip of the first wall portion 21a and is arranged parallel to the inner peripheral surface 20c. The locking portion 21 opens toward the interior side of the building 1, and is provided with a uniform cross-sectional shape around the entire circumference of the inner peripheral surface 20c of the outer frame body 20.

[0033] The circumferential groove 22 is disposed at a distance from the locking portion 21 on the indoor side of the building 1. The distance between the locking portion 21 and the circumferential groove 22 in the interior / exterior direction of the building 1 is approximately the same as the thickness dimension of the inner frame body 31 of the inner module unit 30 in the interior / exterior direction of the building 1.

[0034] In this embodiment, the circumferential groove 22 has a rectangular cross-sectional shape and is formed with a pair of side walls 22a and a bottom wall 22b, and opens to the inner peripheral surface 20c of the outer frame body 20. The circumferential groove 22 is provided with a uniform cross-sectional shape around the entire circumference of the inner peripheral surface 20c of the outer frame body 20.

[0035] An insertion protrusion 31c having a shape corresponding to the locking portion 21 having the form of a slot frame is integrally provided on one end surface of the inner frame body 31 of the inner module unit 30. The insertion protrusion 31c is a plate-like shape having the same surface as the outer peripheral surface 31d of the inner frame body 31, and is inserted from the opening of the locking portion 21 and disposed between the inner peripheral surface 20c and the second wall portion 21b. As shown in FIG. 5, the inner module unit 30 is positioned inside the outer frame body 20 by inserting the inner frame body 31 from the room side into the inside of the outer frame body 20, and the insertion protrusion 31c abuts against the first wall portion 21a of the locking portion 21 and being locked to the locking portion 21. Note that the insertion protrusion 31c is provided along the vertical frame portion 31a and the horizontal frame portion 31b of the inner frame body 31, but is not provided at the boundary portion between the vertical frame portion 31a and the horizontal frame portion 31b.

[0036] As described above, the waterproofing between the outer frame body 20 and the inner frame body 31 can be improved by inserting and locking the insertion protrusion 31c provided on the inner frame body 31 into the locking portion 21 in the form of a slot frame. In this case, as shown in Fig. 4, a waterproof sealant 35 made of synthetic rubber such as chloroprene rubber may be attached between the surface of the insertion protrusion 31c facing the second wall portion 21b. This can further improve the waterproofing between the outer frame body 20 and the inner frame body 31.

[0037] A synthetic rubber sheet material 36 may be disposed between the insertion protrusion 31c and the first wall portion 21a. A fixing rubber 37 may be disposed between the inner peripheral surface 20c of the outer frame body 20 and the outer peripheral surface 31d of the inner frame body 31.

[0038] A pressing member 40 is attached to the circumferential groove 22. As shown in FIG. 1, the pressing member 40 has an annular shape extending along the inner circumferential surface 20c of the outer frame body 20. As shown in FIG. 4, in this embodiment, the pressing member 40 has a square tube shape with a rectangular cross section, and is detachably fixed to the outer frame body 20 by a screw member 41 so that a part of the pressing member 40 is disposed inside the circumferential groove 22 and the other part protrudes from the circumferential groove 22. The pressing member 40 is supported by the outer frame body 20 at a part disposed inside the circumferential groove 22, and is fixed by sandwiching the inner frame body 31 between the pressing member 40 and the engaging part 21 at a part protruding from the circumferential groove 22.

[0039] Rubber sheets 38 may be disposed between the pair of side walls 22a of the circumferential groove 22 and the pressing member 40. In this case, the rubber sheet 38 disposed on the exterior side of the pressing member 40 may extend over the entire side surface of the pressing member 40, with a portion of it disposed between the pressing member 40 and the inner frame body 31. This can further improve the waterproofing between the outer frame body 20 and the inner frame body 31.

[0040] As shown in Fig. 4, in this embodiment, the inner frame body 31 has a pair of side walls 31e and an outer peripheral wall 31f, and has a U-shaped cross section that opens inward. When the functional part 32 is a pair of glass sheets 32b, the pair of glass sheets 32b are inserted into the inside of the U-shape of the inner frame body 31 while being spaced apart with a spacer 50 sandwiched therebetween. In addition, a support rubber 51 is disposed between each glass sheet 32b and the side wall 31e of the inner frame body 31, and a rubber body 52 against which the pair of glass sheets 32b abut is disposed on the inner surface of the outer peripheral wall 31f.

[0041] An opening attachment 53 may be attached between one side wall 31e of the inner frame body 31 and the supporting rubber 51 and rubber body 52. By using a plurality of types of opening attachments 53 with different widths, a plurality of types of functional parts 32 with different widths can be attached inside one type of inner frame body 31 of the same shape.

[0042] The shape of the inner frame 31 is not limited to the above and can be modified in various ways as long as the functional section 32 can be attached to the inside.

[0043] In the building 1 or the frame unit opening system 10 according to the present embodiment having the above configuration, if the outer frame body 20 is fixed to the building frame 3 of the building 1 and supported in advance, the inner module unit 30 having various functional parts 32 can be provided on the outer wall 2 of the building 1 by simply fitting the inner module unit 30 having the functional part 32 attached to the inner side of the inner frame body 31 inside the outer frame body 20 and attaching the shim member 40 to the circumferential groove 22 provided in the outer frame body 20. In addition, when providing the inner module unit 30 having another functional part 32 on the outer wall 2 or replacing the inner module unit 30 during renovation of the building 1, the inner module unit 30 can be easily removed from the outer frame body 20 by removing the shim member 40 from the circumferential groove 22 without removing the outer frame body 20 from the outer wall 2. This makes it easy to replace the inner module unit 30 of the outer wall 2 with an inner module unit 30 having another functional part 32 or with a new inner module unit 30.

[0044] In this way, according to the building 1 or the frame unit opening system 10 according to the present embodiment having the above configuration, the inner module units 30 having various functions according to the functions required for the exterior wall 2 can be easily provided on the exterior wall 2 with a simpler method and labor than before. Therefore, it is possible to easily improve the functionality of the building 1 and change the functions according to the user's requests.

[0045] Furthermore, in the building 1 or frame unit opening system 10 according to this embodiment, the locking portion 21 of the outer frame body 20 is provided on the outdoor side of the building 1 relative to the inner frame body 31, so that the inner module unit 30 can be attached and detached to the indoor side of the outer frame body 20. This makes it possible to carry in and install the inner module unit 30 inside a room of the building 1 with a floor, without using heavy machinery such as a crane truck or constructing scaffolding on the outside of the exterior wall 2, and makes it possible to easily perform installation and replacement work of the inner module unit 30.

[0046] Furthermore, in the building 1 or frame unit opening system 10 of this embodiment, multiple inner module units 30 are fitted inside a single outer frame body 20, so that inner module units 30 having various functions depending on the functions required of the exterior wall 2 can be even more easily installed in the exterior wall 2.

[0047] The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and it goes without saying that various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.

[0048] For example, in the above embodiment, the outer frame 20 has a rectangular shape when viewed from the front as shown in FIG. 1, but the shape can be modified in various ways as long as the inner module unit 30 can be fitted inside.

[0049] In addition, in the above embodiment, two inner module units 30 are fitted inside one outer frame body 20, but the number of inner module units 30 fitted inside one outer frame body 20 can be changed in various ways as long as at least one inner module unit 30 is fitted inside one outer frame body 20.

[0050] Furthermore, in the above embodiment, the louver 32a, the glass plate 32b, the solar panel 32c, and the exterior wall panel 32d are exemplified as the functional portion 32, but the present invention is not limited to these.

[0051] Furthermore, in the above embodiment, the locking portion 21 is provided on the outdoor side of the building 1 relative to the inner frame body 31, so that the inner module unit 30 can be attached and detached from the outdoor side, but the present invention is not limited to this. The locking portion 21 may be provided on the indoor side of the building 1 relative to the inner frame body 31, so that the inner module unit 30 can be attached and detached from the outdoor side. Even in this configuration, the inner module unit 30 can be easily removed from the outer frame body 20 by removing the batten member 40 from the circumferential groove 22, as in the case of the above-mentioned configuration in which the inner module unit 30 is attached and detached from the indoor side, without the need for work to remove the outer frame body 20 from the exterior wall 2 or the building structure 3 or work to apply finishing materials. This makes it easy to replace the inner module unit 30 of the exterior wall 2 with an inner module unit 30 having a different functional portion 32, or with a new inner module unit 30.
