Description

Industrial cut-off switch that provides visual information on the high-current status of the hull

[0001] The present invention relates to an industrial cut-off switch.

[0002] Generally, a circuit breaker is a device that cuts off the current being supplied. Workers use the circuit breaker to cut off the current supplied to the machine in order to safely inspect or repair the machine being supplied with current.

[0003] Conventional circuit breakers used a push-button switch to turn them on and off, thereby cutting off external power. Their small size and structural characteristics made it difficult to detect when the push-button switch was pressed. This made it difficult for workers inspecting machinery from a distance to discern whether the circuit breaker was on or off.

[0004] In addition, workers can easily be exposed to the risk of electric shock when they touch the busbar or come into contact with the wires while operating the push-button switch exposed to the outside, and when a leakage current occurs in the circuit breaker, a large current can flow through the enclosure.

[0005] Accordingly, the inventor of the present invention completed the present invention after a long period of research and development through trial and error to solve the above-mentioned problems.

[0006] The present invention aims to solve the above-described problems by providing an industrial cut-off switch that can easily detect from the outside with the naked eye whether power is cut off and whether there is a current leak in the enclosure.

[0007] In addition, the present invention aims to provide a method that can be safely operated without the risk of electric shock during the process of cutting off power.

[0010] According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, it may include an electric shock prevention unit that is connected to an external power source and controls the supply of power to the external power source by opening and closing the door.

[0011] According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a door door comprising: a protruding member arranged on an inner surface of a door; and a fixing member arranged on an inner surface of a main body so as to face the protruding member when the door is closed, wherein the electric shock prevention unit comprises: a body fitted and fixed to the fixing member; a pair of conductive bars arranged on one side of the body and extending in one direction; and a push bar arranged on the other side of the body and inserted by external pressure to generate current from an external power source, wherein the push bar of the fixing member is pressed during the closing process of the door to maintain current from the external power source when the door is closed, and the release of pressure on the push bar during the opening process of the door to block current from the external power source when the door is open.

[0012] According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the present invention may include a stopper device which is disposed adjacent to the other end of the main body and the door where the hinge joint is not formed and which, when operated, keeps the door in an open state, and the stopper device moves in the direction of the contact surface between the main body and the door on the other side when the stopper device is operated to separate the main body and the door from each other and keep the door in an open state; and a stopper driving unit which, when a set trigger is activated, uses an internal elastic device to fire a plurality of stopper units to move in the direction of the contact surface between the main body and the door on the other side.

[0013] According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, each of the main body and the door is formed to include a guide portion and a fixing jaw for assisting the operation of the stopper device at the other end where the hinge joint is not formed, the guide portion reduces friction with the entry portion of the advancing stopper unit and guides the tip of the entry portion to advance between the main body and the door, and the fixing jaw collides with the braking portion of the advancing stopper unit to limit the movable range of the stopper unit to a certain range, and a contact prevention portion of the actuated stopper unit can be positioned between the contact surfaces located at the other end.

[0014] According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a stopper operating plate may be formed to have a certain area or more on the side or lower portion of the main body, and is drawn into the interior of the body by external pressure applied to the formed area, thereby activating a trigger to operate the stopper device.

[0015] The present invention has the effect of providing an industrial cut-off switch that can easily check with the naked eye from a distance whether an external power source is cut off and whether there is a current leak in the enclosure.

[0016] In addition, the present invention has the effect of providing an industrial cut-off switch that enables safe work without electric shock accidents during the process of cutting off power.

[0026] In describing the present invention, if it is judged that the detailed description of related known functions that are obvious to those skilled in the art and may unnecessarily obscure the gist of the present invention, will be omitted.

[0027]

[0028] Fig. 1 is a drawing showing the front of a blocking switch (1000) according to the present invention. Fig. 2 is a drawing showing the side of a blocking switch (1000) according to the present invention. As can be seen from Figs. 1 and 2, the blocking switch (1000) according to the present invention includes a body (1100), a handle (3000), and a switch unit (1300).

[0029] The body (1100) includes a space therein for accommodating devices or apparatuses. The shape of the body (1100) may vary, and in the cut-off switch (1000), the body (1100) has a rectangular parallelepiped shape and includes a switch section (1300) or a busbar (1510), which will be described later, in the space therein.

[0030] The handle (3000) controls the switch unit (1300) to be described later, and is arranged on the outer surface of the housing (1100). The handle (3000) has a shape that extends in one direction so that it can be easily held by a user's hand. The handle (3000) is connected to the housing (1100) so as to be rotatable around a point attached to the outer surface of the housing (1100). The handle (3000) turns the switch unit (1300) on and off at a predetermined rotational position, so that the user can easily recognize whether the switch unit (1300) is on or off. In addition, the user can also check the inside of the housing (1100) through the window (1124) of the door (1120) to be described later at a close distance to confirm whether the switch unit (1300) is on or off.

[0031] The switch unit (1300) is placed inside the body (1100) and is connected to the handle (3000) to control the on / off of the external power supply by operating the handle (3000) placed on the outer surface of the body (1100).

[0032]

[0033] Fig. 3 is a drawing showing the front view of the inside of a blocking switch (1000) according to the present invention. As can be seen in Fig. 3, the switch unit (1300) includes a first connection unit (1310) and a second connection unit (1320) that are connected to a busbar (1510) to be described later.

[0034] The first connection part (1310) extends upward from the upper surface of the switch part (1300), and the second connection part (1320) extends downward from the lower surface of the switch part (1300). The first connection part (1310) is electrically connected to an external power source, and the second connection part (1320) is electrically connected to a power supply device. That is, the switch part (1300) is positioned between a line electrically connected to the external power source and a line electrically connected to the power supply device. The switch part (1300) turns the electrical connection between the external power source and the power supply device on and off by operating the handle (3000). Although the connection targets of the first connection part (1310) and the second connection part (1320) are specified in the above-described cut-off switch (1000), the connection targets are not necessarily limited thereto. The first connection part (1310) may be electrically connected to a power supply, and the second connection part (1320) may be electrically connected to an external power source.

[0035] The handle (3000) includes a shaft portion (1220) that penetrates the body (1100) and is connected to the switch portion (1300) and extends in one direction. The shaft portion (1220) transmits the rotational energy of the handle (3000) to the switch portion (1300), thereby controlling the on / off of the switch portion (1300).

[0036]

[0037] The housing (1100) of the cut-off switch (1000) according to the present invention can completely block the inflow of external substances through a unique sealing structure. The housing (1100) includes a main body (1110) having an open side and an accommodation space on the inside. The main body (1110) can be fixed to a wall through a bracket (1130) coupled to one side. The housing (1100) includes a door (1120) that is arranged to open and close on the open side of the main body (1110) and is hingedly coupled to one side of the main body (1110). Through the door (1120), the housing (1100) can seal the accommodation space.

[0038] Compared to one side of the main body (1110) on which the door (1120) is arranged, the main body (1110) includes a step (1112) on the other side. As can be seen in FIG. 2, the step (1112) extends inward from one side that contacts the door (1120) in a closed state. The step (1112) is bent at least once so as to face the door (1120). The step (1112) of the cutoff switch (1000) is bent toward the door (1120) and further bent at an angle on the end side to secondarily prevent the inflow of external substances.

[0039]

[0040] In addition, the above-described cut-off switch (1000) includes a busbar (1510) connected to the connection portion (1310, 1320) of the switch portion (1300). In addition, as can be seen in FIG. 3, the above-described cut-off switch (1000) includes an insulating plate (1520) disposed in front of the connection portion (1310, 1320) to prevent electric shock accidents from the busbar (1510) and the connection portion (1310, 1320). The insulating plate (1520) prevents user contact with the connection portion (1310, 1320) and the busbar (1510), thereby preventing electric shock accidents. The insulating plate (1520) is a material that makes it difficult to conduct electricity, and may be, for example, an acrylic plate. In addition, the above-mentioned cut-off switch (1000) includes a terminal block (1530) that can be connected to other wires to form a circuit, and an earth bar (1540) that serves as a ground.

[0041]

[0042] In addition, the blocking switch (1000) according to the present invention uses a YD (Why Delta) actuation method consisting of 6 poles, and thus can perform the role of two blocking switches using a conventional 3-pole YD (Why Delta) actuation method. Accordingly, even in a place where installation space is limited, it is possible to generate an effect that can be operated as in the conventional case by installing only one blocking switch.

[0043] For example, in the past, two 200A type or 400A type blocking switches had to be operated depending on the load, which increased the cost and resulted in space constraints. However, when installing the blocking switch (1000) according to the present invention, the cost can be reduced by 80% compared to the past, and it can be made easier to secure installation space.

[0044]

[0045] The vessel (1100) includes a loop portion (1114) to prevent the inflow of materials falling from the upper side. As can be seen in FIGS. 2 and 4, the loop portion (1114) extends horizontally from the upper side of the vessel (1100) and is bent at least once to extend downwardly.

[0046] Fig. 4 is a side view of the interior of a cut-off switch according to the present invention. As can be seen in Fig. 4, the busbar (1510) connected to the first connection portion (1310) extends downward in a 'ㄷ' shape. The busbar (1510) connected to the second connection portion (1320) extends downward. Since the ends of the busbars (1510) connected to the cables are positioned close to the lower portion of the housing (1100), it is convenient to manage the connection of the busbars (1510) of cables entering the housing (1100) from the outside.

[0047]

[0048] FIG. 5 is a drawing showing a modified example of part A of FIG. 2. In FIG. 5, (a) shows a state in which the door (1120) is closed, and (b) shows a state in which the door (1120) is open. As can be seen in FIG. 5, the present invention may include an electric shock prevention unit (1600) that is connected to an external power source and controls the supply of the external power source by opening and closing the door (1120). The external power source is connected to the electric shock prevention unit (1600) before being connected to the switch unit (1300). Since the electric shock prevention unit (1600) cuts off the external power source when the door (1120) is opened, power is not supplied to the switch unit (1300) when the door (1120) is open.

[0049] Specifically, the electric shock prevention unit (1600) includes a body (1610), a current-carrying bar (1620), and a push bar (1630). The body (1610) is fitted and fixed to a fixing member (1116) disposed on the inner surface of the main body (1110). The fixing member (1116) is disposed to face a protruding member (1122) disposed on the inner surface of the door (1120) when the door (1120) is closed. The current-carrying bar (1620) is disposed on one side of the body (1610) and extends in one direction. The current-carrying bars (1620) are provided in pairs, and each is electrically connected to an external power source. The push bar (1630) is disposed on the other side of the body (1610) and is inserted into the body (1610) by external pressure to generate current from the external power source. That is, as shown in (a) of FIG. 5, the electric shock prevention unit (1600) applies pressure to the push bar (1630) of the fixed member (1116) during the closing process of the door (1120) to supply external power, and as shown in (b) of FIG. 5, the external power is cut off by releasing the pressure on the push bar (1630) during the opening process of the door (1120). Accordingly, the user can open the door (1120) to safely inspect the interior of the housing (1100).

[0050]

[0051] [Example of leakage warning and leakage prevention]

[0052] According to one embodiment of the present invention, a leakage current in a cut-off switch (1000) can be detected and information about it can be transmitted to a user, thereby preventing an electric shock accident caused by a leakage current.

[0053] First, referring to FIGS. 1 and 3, the cut-off switch (1000) can allow an external user to check the leakage alarm through a window (1125) formed in the door (1120) of the body (1100).

[0054] Here, the leakage notification is provided by the leakage notification unit (1290), which detects the high current flow of the body and generates and provides visual information that allows the high current flow status of the body (1100) to be confirmed from the outside through the window (1125) formed in the door (1120).

[0055] Specifically, the leakage alarm unit (1290) may be equipped with a lamp to notify of a leakage, and when a leakage is detected, the lamp may be turned on to allow an external user to confirm the leakage.

[0056] In addition, if the external power is configured to be connected to or cut off from the cut-off switch (1000) through the above-described electric shock prevention unit (1600), the external power is cut off from the moment the door (1120) is opened, thereby preventing the risk of electric shock during work. However, it may be difficult to deal with a situation of electric leakage due to a large current that is passed while the door (1120) is closed.

[0057] For example, a current leak may occur as the insulation of components of the electric shock prevention unit (1600) is destroyed, and in this case, a large current may flow to the main body (1110) and the door (1120), causing a user who comes into contact with the cut-off switch (1000) to operate or manage the switch to be electrocuted.

[0058] The cut-off switch (1000) according to the present invention may include a stopper device (1250) to prevent electric shock accidents caused by the above-described leakage current.

[0059] Referring to FIG. 3, the stopper device (1250) is positioned adjacent to the other end of the body (1110) and the door (1120) where the hinge connection is not formed, and when operated, can keep the door (1120) in an open state.

[0060] Specifically, if the external power is configured to be connected to or cut off from the cut-off switch (1000) through the electric shock prevention unit (1600), the external power is cut off from the moment the door (1120) is opened, thereby preventing the risk of electric shock during work. However, if the door (1120) is closed again during work, the worker may be exposed to the risk of electric shock again.

[0061] In addition, if a current leakage has already occurred when the user approaches and tries to contact the initial cut-off switch (1000), an electric shock accident may occur before the door (1120) is opened and the external power is cut off, so the current leakage must be confirmed in advance and taken action.

[0062] To this end, the leakage alarm unit (1290) enables the user to check in advance the fact of leakage of the cut-off switch (1000), and the stopper device (1250) safely opens the door (1120) of the cut-off switch (1000) where leakage has occurred without direct contact by the user, and maintains the door (1120) in an open state so that the electric shock prevention unit (1600) can continuously cut off the external power during operation.

[0063] In this regard, FIGS. 6 to 8 are reference drawings specifically explaining the leakage prevention configuration of the stopper device (1250) according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0064] Referring to FIG. 6, the blocking switch (1000) according to the present invention may include a stopper operating plate (1280).

[0065] The stopper operating plate (1280) is formed to have a certain area or more on the side or bottom of the main body (1110), and can operate the stopper device (1250) by activating a trigger as it is drawn into the body (1100) by external pressure applied to the formed area.

[0066] In addition, the stopper operating plate (1280) may be made of an insulating material such as rubber to minimize the risk of electric shock to the user, and may be formed flat so that the user can easily apply pressure using a kicking motion or a bar-shaped tool.

[0067] FIGS. 7 and 8 are cross-sectional views of the other side of the main body (1110) and the door (1120) that are not hinged when viewed from above. Referring to FIGS. 7 and 8, the stopper device (1250) may include a stopper unit (1270) that moves in the direction of the contact surface (T) between the main body (1110) and the door (1120) on the other side when the stopper device (1250) is operated to separate the main body (1110) and the door (1120) from each other and maintain the door (1120) in an open state. Referring to FIG. 3, the stopper unit (1270) may be configured in multiple units to stably maintain the open state of the door (1120), and may be vertically arranged along the contact surface (T) between the main body (1110) and the door (1120) on the other side.

[0068] In addition, the stopper device (1250) may include a stopper driving unit (1260) that, when a trigger set by pressure applied to the stopper operating plate (1280) is activated, uses an internal elastic device to fire a plurality of stopper units (1270) to advance in the direction of the contact surface (T) between the main body (1110) and the door (1120) on the other side.

[0069] Additionally, each of the main body (1110) and the door (1120) may be formed to include a guide portion (1111) and a fixing jaw (1113) to assist the operation of the stopper device (1250) at the other end where the hinge connection is not formed.

[0070] Specifically, the stopper unit (1270) may be configured to include an entry portion (1271), a contact prevention portion (1272), a support portion (1273), and a braking portion (1274).

[0071] The entry portion (1271) may be formed in a shape to enter between the contact surfaces (T) of the main body (1110) and the door (1120) as the stopper unit (1270) advances, thereby spacing the two contact surfaces (T) apart from each other. For example, it may be formed in a cone shape with an inclined surface.

[0072] The contact prevention unit (1272) is positioned to prevent the two contact surfaces (T) from making contact when the stopper unit (1270) enters through the entry unit (1271), thereby maintaining the door (1120) in an open state.

[0073] The support member (1273) serves to support the structure formed at the other end of the body (1110) and the door (1120) where the hinge connection is not formed so that it does not become deformed.

[0074] Specifically, the support portion (1273) can be formed to have an incline that is the same as the incline angle of the entry portion (1271). Accordingly, when the door (1120) rotates in the closing direction and collides with the stopper unit (1270), the guide portion (1111) can be stably supported, and a situation in which the shape of the end structure is deformed, such as when the incline angle of the guide portion (1111) is distorted, can be prevented.

[0075] The braking unit (1274) serves to prevent the stopper unit (1270) from moving any further by colliding with a structure at the end, such as a fixed jaw (1113) described later. The rear of the braking unit (1274) can be directly or indirectly connected to the elastic device of the stopper driving unit (1260) to apply pressure to launch the stopper unit (1270).

[0076] The guide portion (1111), which is a structural component of the end, is formed to have a slope corresponding to the entry portion (1271) of the progressing stopper unit (1270), thereby reducing friction with the entry portion (1271), and can guide the tip of the entry portion (1271) to progress between the main body (1110) and the door (1120).

[0077] The fixed jaw (1113), which is a structural component of the end, collides with the braking part (1274) of the moving stopper unit (1270) to limit the operating range of the stopper unit (1270) to a certain range, and the contact prevention part (1272) of the operated stopper unit (1270) can be positioned between the contact surfaces (T) located at the end on the other side.

[0078]

[0079] [Example of a handle using multiple objects]

[0080] FIG. 9 and FIG. 10 are reference drawings for explaining a handle according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0081] Referring to FIGS. 9 and 10, the handle (3000) includes a fixing portion (3100) formed on the outer surface of the housing (1100) of the industrial cutoff switch.

[0082] In addition, the handle (3000) is formed to be rotatable while covering one side of the fixed part (3100), and includes a rotating part (3200) that is connected to a shaft part (1220) extended from a switch part (1300) inside the body (1100) and rotates the shaft part (1220) together with the rotation to change the on / off state of the switch part (1300).

[0083] In addition, the handle (3000) is provided with a plurality of locking means (3250), and when all of the provided locking means (3250) are released, the rotating part (3200) is formed to rotate in one direction to the limit of the rotational range so that the switch part (1300) can be changed to the on state.

[0084] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the rotating part (3200) is set to be able to gradually rotate by a certain range by an external force whenever each locking means (3250) provided in the handle is released, so that the degree of unlocking of the handle (3000) can be visually confirmed.

[0085] For example, as shown in Fig. 10, when the switch unit (1300) is set to be turned off while the grip portion of the handle (3000) is facing downwards perpendicular to the ground, and the switch unit (1300) is set to be turned on while the grip portion of the handle (3000) is facing upwards perpendicular to the ground, the total rotational movement range of the rotation unit (3200) is 180 degrees. Here, if a total of three locking means are provided, it can be set to be able to gradually rotate by 60 degrees each time the lock of each locking means (3250) is released.

[0086] In addition, when unlocking of all locking means (3250) provided on the handle (3000) is performed according to the unlocking sequence set for the plurality of locking means (3250), the switch unit (1300) can be set to be changed to the on state.

[0087] For example, if a total of three locking means are provided on the handle, a unique unlocking order may be set for each locking means. Specifically, if the locking means set as the first priority is not unlocked first, the rotating part (3200) of the handle will be in a state where it cannot rotate at all. In this case, all locking means may need to be locked again and then unlocking may need to be performed starting with the locking means set as the first priority.

[0088] In addition, the fixed part (3100) may include an inner rotation locking ring in which a plurality of first locking holes (3251) are horizontally arranged in correspondence with the curvature, and the rotating part (3200) may include an outer rotation locking ring (3210) formed in a form that covers the inner rotation locking ring and in which a second locking hole (3252) is horizontally arranged in correspondence with the first locking holes (3251).

[0089] Here, a pair of first locking holes (3251) and second locking holes (3252) corresponding to each other constitute one locking means (3250), and a locking function can be provided using a locking device that is fastened while passing through a pair of first locking holes (3251) and second locking holes (3252).

[0090] In addition, the inner rotation locking ring rotates together with the rotation of the rotating part (3200), detects the unlocking whenever each locking means (3250) is unlocked, and allows the rotation of the rotating part (3200) by a certain range in one direction, and as the rotation of the rotating part (3200) is allowed, whenever the rotating part (3200) rotates by a certain range in one direction, the first locking hole (3251) of the most recently unlocked locking means (3250) is closed, and whenever it rotates by a certain range in the other direction, the first locking hole (3251) can be opened in the reverse order of the order in which the first locking holes (3251) were closed.

[0091] Accordingly, multiple users who wish to fasten the locking device to the locking means (3250) of the handle can avoid confusion about the location of the locking means they need to lock after completing work at an industrial site.

[0092] For example, in the process of changing the switch unit (1300) from the on state to the off state, a specific first locking hole (one of 3151-1 to 3151-3) may be opened at a certain rotation range. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 4, if a total of three locking means (3250) are provided, and the first locking hole (3151-1) of the locking means (3250) consisting of the first locking hole (3151-1) and the second locking hole (3152-1) is opened first in the process of changing the switch unit (1300) of the cut-off switch to the off state, the worker who unlocked the lock last can confirm the locking means (3250) with the first locking hole (3151-1) opened, and fasten the locking device that passes through the first locking hole (3151-1) and the second locking hole (3152-1). Afterwards, the worker who performed the unlocking in the intermediate sequence will check the open first locking hole (3251-2 or 5251-3) and engage the locking device.

[0093]

[0094] Fig. 11 is a reference diagram for explaining a leakage prevention configuration through a handle according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0095] Referring to FIG. 11, when the rotating part (3200) of the handle (3000) is rotated in the other direction to the limit of the rotational range due to external pressure applied to the grip part (3220), the stopper device (1250) can be operated to open the door and cut off the external power.

[0096] In addition, the handle (3000) may be made of a material such as rubber to minimize the user's risk of electric shock and provide a certain level of friction, thereby allowing the user to easily apply pressure and rotate it using a kicking motion or a bar-shaped tool.
