[0068] The above camera unit (140) is connected to the fourth extension unit (116) of the body unit (110). The camera unit (140) photographs the plurality of solar panels (P).

[0069] The above rotating part (127) is connected between the moving part (120) and the body part (110). The rotating part (127) can rotate the body part (110) clockwise or counterclockwise.

[0070] In this way, as the body part (110) is rotated by the rotation part (127), the cutting part (130), the camera (160), the soldering part (140) and the second cutting part (150) selectively face the solar panel (P).

[0071] In addition, the body part (110) is rotatably connected to the fourth rotation part (125). As the body part (110) rotates while being supported by the fourth rotation part (125), the cutting part (130), the camera (160), and the soldering part (140) selectively face the solar panel (P).

[0072] For example, as shown in FIG. 3, as the body part (110) rotates around the fourth rotating part (125), the cutting part (130) faces the solar panel (P).

[0073] And, the body part (110) is moved along the first direction (①) toward the solar panel (P) by the moving part (120). That is, the moving part (120) moves the body part (110) in the up-and-down direction above the plurality of solar panels (P).

[0074] Accordingly, the cutting part (130) can approach the wire of the solar panel (P) by movement of the body part (110).

[0075] The above cutting part (130) is connected to the body part (110). In addition, the cutting part (130) can come close to the wire and cut the wire according to the up and down movement of the body part (110).

[0076] Accordingly, the wire connected to the defective panel among the solar panels (P) can be cut to replace the defective panel with a normal panel. The cutting unit (130), the camera unit (160), the soldering unit (140), and the second cutting unit (150) will be described in detail later with reference to the drawings.

[0077] FIG. 5 is a drawing showing the appearance of a cutting part of a wire cutting device for a solar panel according to an embodiment of the present invention before cutting a wire, FIG. 6 is a drawing showing the appearance of a cutting part of a wire cutting device for a solar panel according to an embodiment of the present invention before moving upwards on a solar panel, and FIG. 7 is a side view focusing on the cutting part of a wire cutting device for a solar panel according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0078] Referring to FIGS. 5 to 7, the cutting portion (130, see FIG. 3) includes a cutting housing (131), a cutting slope (132), and a cutting blade (133).

[0079] The above cutting housing (131) is connected to the body part (110, see Fig. 1). The cutting housing (131) is provided with a driving part (not shown) for driving the cutting blade (133).

[0080] The above cutting slope (132) extends from the cutting housing (131). In addition, according to various embodiments of the present invention, the cutting slope (132) may be provided separately from the cutting housing (131) and coupled to the cutting housing (131).

[0081] And, the cutting slope (132) has an inclined surface (132a) formed at an angle with one side of the cutting housing (131).

[0082] The above cutting blade (133) is connected to the cutting slope (132). In addition, the cutting blade (133) protrudes from the cutting slope (132). At this time, the cutting blade (133) is formed parallel to the slope (132a).

[0083] And, as shown in Fig. 5, when one side of the cutting housing (131) is moved parallel to the first direction (①), the cutting blade (133) is placed at an angle to the solar panel (P).

[0084] In this way, the cutting blade (133) is positioned at an angle to the solar panel (P), so that the cutting blade (133) can approach the wire (W) while preventing it from coming into contact with the solar panel (P).

[0085] In addition, as the cutting blade (133) is placed at an angle to the solar panel (P), the cross-sectional area through which the cutting blade (133) cuts the wire (W) increases, thereby stably cutting the wire (W).

[0086] Additionally, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the cutting unit (130) can be selectively brought into proximity with at least one of the plurality of wires (W) by the moving unit (120, see FIG. 1).

[0087] Specifically, the wire (W) is composed of a plurality of wires, and the plurality of wires (W) are arranged parallel to each other.

[0088] In addition, the cutting blades (133) are configured in plurality, and the spacing between the plurality of cutting blades (133) corresponds to the spacing between the plurality of wires (W). For example, the plurality of wires (W) is 12, and the plurality of cutting blades (133) is 4. Accordingly, the plurality of cutting blades (133) can cut the 12 wires (W) in 3 steps while being moved by the moving part (120, see FIG. 1).

[0089] In addition, the second cutting section (150, see FIG. 2) may be formed by a single cutting blade. Accordingly, when some of the plurality of wires are not cut, the second cutting section (150) may be brought closer to the solar panel (P) by the rotation of the rotating section (127) to cut the uncut wires among the plurality of wires.

[0090] In addition, according to various embodiments of the present invention, the plurality of wires (W) may be configured as an even number, and the plurality of cutting blades (133) may be configured as a divisor of the even number of wires (W).

[0091] Specifically, the moving part (120, see FIG. 1) can move the body part (110) in a third direction (③) that is perpendicular to the plurality of wires (W). In addition, the cutting part (130) can be moved from one of the plurality of wires (W) to another of the plurality of wires (W) by the moving part (120).

[0092] In addition, the moving part (120) can move the body part (110) in a fourth direction (④) which is the opposite direction to the third direction (③).

[0093] In addition, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the cutting part (130) includes a first cover part (134) covering the other side of the cutting housing (131) and a second cover part (135) extending from the first cover part (134).

[0094] The above first cover part (134) is formed parallel to the other side of the cutting housing (131).

[0095] The second cover portion (135) is formed parallel to the inclined surface (132a). In addition, the second cover portion (135) covers the inclined surface (132a).

[0096] Accordingly, the second cover part (135) prevents the cutting housing (131) from moving in the first direction (①) and the cutting slope part (132) from coming into contact with the solar panel (P).

[0097] In addition, the second cover portion (135) covers a portion of the plurality of cutting blades (133), thereby preventing the plurality of cutting blades (133) from coming into contact with the solar panel (P).

[0098] FIG. 8 is a drawing showing a camera unit of a wire cutting device for solar panels according to an embodiment of the present invention photographing a plurality of panels.

[0099] As illustrated in FIG. 8, as the rotating part (127, see FIG. 2) rotates the body part (110), the camera part (160) can photograph the plurality of solar panels (P).

[0100] The above camera unit (160) checks for a defective panel among the plurality of solar panels before cutting the wire with the cutting unit (130, see FIG. 2).

[0101] And, the camera unit (160) checks the wire cut by the cutting unit (130). Accordingly, the camera unit (160) checks whether the wire connected to a defective panel among the plurality of solar panels is cut.

[0102] In this way, the camera unit (160) can check whether a defective panel among the plurality of solar panels is ready to be separated.

[0103] FIG. 9 is a drawing showing a soldering portion of a wire cutting device for a solar panel according to an embodiment of the present invention facing a plurality of panels, and FIG. 10 is a drawing showing a soldering portion of a wire cutting device for a solar panel according to an embodiment of the present invention soldering wires to a plurality of panels.

[0104] As shown in Fig. 9, as the rotating part (127) rotates the body part (110), the soldering part (140) can face the plurality of solar panels (P).

[0105] And, the soldering part (140) is moved in the first direction (①) by the moving part (120, see FIG. 1) and comes into contact with the plurality of solar panels (P).

[0106] And, the soldering unit (140) can solder the wire (W) to the plurality of solar panels (P).

[0107] Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described, the spirit of the present invention is not limited to the embodiments presented in this specification, and those skilled in the art who understand the spirit of the present invention will be able to easily propose other embodiments by adding, changing, deleting, or adding components within the scope of the same spirit, but this will also be considered to fall within the spirit of the present invention.
