Abstract
Description
Air conditioning control system
[0001] The present disclosure relates to an air conditioning management system that manages air conditioners.
[0002] Management devices that manage various histories related to air conditioners have been known for some time. For example, Japanese Patent No. 6192455 (Patent Document 1) describes a log data collection device that can prevent storage area congestion while maintaining the characteristics and trends of the data as a whole, including the operating history of the air conditioner.
[0003] Patent No. 6192455
[0004] In recent years, the variations in command paths for issuing commands to air conditioners have been diversifying. In the past, users would issue commands directly to air conditioners using a remote control attached to the air conditioner. However, nowadays, users may issue commands to air conditioners from remote locations via the cloud using a mobile device such as a smartphone. Alternatively, a manager who manages the air conditioning system of an office building may issue commands to air conditioners installed in the office building using a management device located in a manager's office or the like. As the variations in command paths have become more diverse, the history corresponding to commands issued to air conditioners must also be managed taking such variations into account.
[0005] An object of the present disclosure is to manage history corresponding to commands via the cloud separately from history corresponding to commands not via the cloud.
[0006] The present disclosure relates to an air conditioning management system that manages air conditioners, comprising an air conditioning management device that communicates with the air conditioners, and a cloud computer that communicates with the air conditioning management device via a network, wherein the air conditioning management device comprises an air conditioning control device that controls the air conditioners, and a first processing device that outputs a first command to the air conditioning control device to the air conditioning control device, the cloud computer comprises a second processing device that outputs a second command to the air conditioner to the air conditioning control device, the air conditioning control device controls the air conditioners based on the first command and the second command, and one of the air conditioning management device and the cloud computer further comprises a first storage device, and the first storage device stores a first history corresponding to the first command and a second history corresponding to the second command separately.
[0007] According to the present disclosure, it is possible to manage history corresponding to commands via the cloud separately from history corresponding to commands not via the cloud.

The caretaker may access the air conditioning management device 20 via a web browser displayed on the command device 210.
[0013] The cloud computer 10 includes a processing device 100 and a display device 104. The processing device 100 includes a processor 101, a memory 102, and an interface (I / F) 103. The processing device 100 is, for example, a microcomputer. The display device 104 may be a liquid crystal display device or an organic EL display device. The memory 102 includes an area in which programs executed by the processor 101 are stored, and an area in which the processor 101 temporarily stores program code, work memory, etc. Note that the cloud computer 10 does not necessarily have to include the display device 104. In this case, the cloud computer 10 may transmit display data generated by the cloud computer 10 to a computer such as a tablet terminal connected to the cloud computer 10 via a network.
[0014] The air conditioning management device 20 includes a processing device 200, a display device 204, a storage device 205, and an air conditioning control device 50. The processing device 200 includes a processor 201, a memory 202, and an interface (I / F) 203. The processing device 200 is, for example, a microcomputer. The display device 204 may be a liquid crystal display device or an organic EL display device. The storage device 205 may be a hard disk drive, a solid state drive, or the like. The memory 202 includes an area in which programs executed by the processor 201 are stored, and an area in which the processor 201 temporarily stores program code, work memory, etc.
[0015] The processors 101 and 201 are typically configured with a central processing unit (CPU) or a multi-processing unit (MPU). The processors 101 and 201 are examples of arithmetic units. The memories 102 and 202 include volatile memory such as dynamic random access memory (DRAM) and static random access memory (SRAM), read-only memory (ROM), and non-volatile memory such as flash memory. [0016] The air conditioning control device 50 is typically a microcomputer. The air conditioning control device 50 communicates with the air conditioner 60. The air conditioning control device 50 controls the air conditioner 60 according to commands from the processing devices 100 and 200. The air conditioner 60 communicates with a remote control 61. The remote control 61 is placed in a room to be air-conditioned by the air conditioner 60. The air conditioner 60 changes the operation mode (cooling, heating, etc.), set temperature, set humidity, etc. according to commands from the remote control 61.
[0017] 2 is a diagram showing the configuration of an air conditioning management system 1 according to the first embodiment and an overview of the processing of the air conditioning management system 1. As shown in Fig. 2, the air conditioning control device 50 receives commands from the processing device 100 and commands from the processing device 200. Hereinafter, commands from the processing device 100 may be referred to as "cloud commands," and commands from the processing device 200 may be referred to as "edge commands."
[0018] The processing device 100 transmits a cloud command to the air conditioning control device 50 based on a command from the command device 110, for example. The processing device 100 may transmit the cloud command to the air conditioning control device 50 based on an instruction from a person who directly operates the cloud computer 10. The processing device 100 may transmit the cloud command to the air conditioning control device 50 periodically or irregularly according to a preset program.
[0019] The processing device 100 may determine the state of the air conditioner 60 and transmit an appropriate cloud command according to the determination result to the air conditioning control device 50. In this case, the processing device 100 may receive information indicating the state of the air conditioner 60 from the air conditioning control device 50.
[0020] The processing device 200 transmits an edge command to the air conditioning control device 50 based on, for example, a command from the command device 210. The processing device 200 may transmit the edge command to the air conditioning control device 50 based on instructions from a manager who directly operates the air conditioning management device 20. The processing device 200 may transmit the edge command to the air conditioning control device 50 periodically or irregularly according to a preset program.
[0021] The processing device 200 may determine the state of the air conditioner 60 and transmit an appropriate edge command according to the determination result to the air conditioning control device 50. In this case, the processing device 200 may receive information indicating the state of the air conditioner 60 from the air conditioning control device 50.
[0022] Each of the cloud commands and edge commands includes a command based on a human operation, a command based on the control of the processing devices 100, 200, and a command related to the settings of the air conditioner 60. The air conditioning control device 50 controls the air conditioner 60 based on the edge commands and the cloud commands.
[0023] The processing device 200 receives a cloud command from the processing device 100. The processing device 200 stores a history corresponding to the edge command and a history corresponding to the cloud command in the storage device 205. The storage device 205 stores the history corresponding to the edge command and the history corresponding to the cloud command separately. Hereinafter, the "history corresponding to the edge command" may be referred to as the "edge history," and the "history corresponding to the cloud command" may be referred to as the "cloud history." The edge history includes information such as the time when the edge command was issued, information indicating the source of the edge command, and the content of the edge command. The cloud history includes information such as the time when the cloud command was issued, information indicating the source of the cloud command, and the content of the cloud command.
[0024] The processing device 200 outputs part or all of the history stored in the storage device 205 in response to a user request, for example. A request to output the history may be input to the processing device 200 based on a user operation on the air conditioning management device 20 or the command device 210. A request to output the history may be input to the processing device 200 based on a user operation on the cloud computer 10 or the command device 110.
[0025] The output destination of the history may be the display device 204 or the command device 210. The output destination of the history may be the display device 104 or the command device 110.
[0026] When a request to output a history is input to the processing device 200 based on a user operation on the air conditioning management device 20 or the command device 210, the history may be output to the display device 204 and the command device 210. In this case, the history according to the request is displayed on the display of the command device 210 and the display device 204.
[0027] When a request to output a history is input to the processing device 200 based on a user operation on the cloud computer 10 or the command device 110, the history may be output to the display device 104 and the command device 110. In this case, the history according to the request is displayed on the display of the command device 110 and the display device 104.
[0028] The processing device 200 may store a history corresponding to the command from the remote control 61 in the storage device 205, separately from the edge history and the cloud history. In this case, the air conditioning control device 50 may acquire the command from the remote control 61 via the air conditioner 60, and transmit information for identifying the acquired command to the processing device 200.
[0029] 3 is a diagram showing the functional configuration of the air conditioning management system 1 according to the first embodiment. The cloud computer 10 includes a communication management unit 11, a display unit 12, a control unit 17, and an input unit 18. These functional components are realized by the processing device 100 and the display device 104.

Communication management unit 11 manages communication between cloud computer 10 and air conditioning management device 20. Control unit 17 gives commands to air conditioning control device 50 to control air conditioners 60.
[0031] The input unit 18 receives information related to the control of the control unit 17. The information related to the control of the control unit 17 includes information related to schedule control and information related to energy saving control.
[0032] The information related to schedule control includes the content of control (power on / off, change of set temperature, etc.) and the time when the control is to be applied. If multiple air conditioners 60 are connected to the air conditioning control device 50, the information related to schedule control further includes information specifying the air conditioner 60 to which the control is to be applied.
[0033] The information related to energy saving control includes the content of the control (such as capacity saving and change in set temperature) and the amount of power corresponding to the threshold value for applying the control. If multiple air conditioners 60 are connected to the air conditioning control device 50, the information related to energy saving control further includes information for specifying the air conditioner 60 to which the control is to be applied.
[0034] The input unit 18 receives, for example, command information from the command device 110. The input unit 18 also receives command information from an operator who directly operates the cloud computer 10.
[0035] The air conditioning management device 20 includes a communication management unit 21, a display unit 22, a history data processing unit 23, a history storage unit 250, a control unit 27, and an input unit 28. These functional components are realized by the processing device 200 and the display device 204. The history storage unit 250 stores edge history and cloud history separately. The history storage unit 250 is particularly configured by the storage device 205. The history storage unit 250 includes an operation history storage unit 24, a control history storage unit 25, and a setting history storage unit 26.
[0036] The communication management unit 21 manages communication between the air conditioning management device 20 and the cloud computer 10. The display unit 22 displays the status of the air conditioners 60 managed by the air conditioning control device 50, the control content held by the control unit 27, and the processing results of the history data processing unit 23.
[0037] The operation history storage unit 24 saves the operation history. The operation history relates to commands based on user operations to change the state of the air conditioner 60. The operation history includes at least the user name related to the operation, the operation date and time (date and time (HH:MM:SS)), the operation location, the operation item, and the operation content. The operation history storage unit 24 stores edge history and cloud history separately.
[0038] The "operation location" is information indicating the source of the command. More specifically, the "operation location" is information indicating whether the command is an edge command or a cloud command.
[0039] For example, consider a case where the air conditioning management device 20 is configured as a tablet terminal that functions as a system controller, the command device 210 is configured as a personal computer, and the command device 110 is configured as a smartphone. In such a case, the "operation location" may indicate that the user operated the screen of the system controller to input a command. The "operation location" may indicate that the user operated a personal computer to input a command to the system controller. The "operation location" may indicate that the user operated a smartphone to input a command to the cloud computer 10 (a command via the cloud).
[0040] If the air conditioning control device 20 is configured as a building management system, the "operation location" may indicate that the user operated the building management system to input a command.
[0041] The "operation content" indicates the content of the command to the air conditioner 60. The "operation content" is, for example, an instruction to turn the air conditioner 60 on / off, or to switch the operation mode of the air conditioner 60 (cooling / heating), etc.
[0042] The operation history storage unit 24 may further store a history of spontaneous changes in the air conditioner 60 .
[0043] The control history storage unit 25 stores the history of controls executed by the air conditioning management system 1. The control history storage unit 25 stores, for example, the control content of the cloud computer 10 and the air conditioning management device 20. The control history storage unit 25 stores at least the control content, control date and time, and control item as the control history. The control content includes, for example, energy saving control and schedule control. The control date and time includes the date and time (HH:MM:SS). The control history storage unit 25 stores edge history and cloud history separately.
[0044] The setting history storage unit 26 stores the setting history of the air conditioning management system 1. The setting history storage unit 26 stores edge history and cloud history separately. The setting history includes at least the user name related to the setting, the setting date and time (date and time (HH:MM:SS)), setting location information, and setting content. The setting location information is information that indicates the output source of the setting. More specifically, the "setting location" is information that indicates whether the setting is an edge command or a cloud command.
[0045] For example, consider a case where the air conditioning management device 20 is configured as a tablet terminal that functions as a system controller, the command device 210 is configured as a personal computer, and the command device 110 is configured as a smartphone. In such a case, the "setting location" may indicate that a user operated the screen of the system controller to input a setting-related command. The "setting location" may also indicate that a user operated a personal computer to input a setting-related command to the system controller. The "setting location" may also indicate that a user operated a smartphone to input a setting-related command to the cloud computer 10 (a command via the cloud).
[0046] The history data processing unit 23 displays the history stored in the history storage unit 250 on the display unit 22. More specifically, the history data processing unit 23 acquires history according to a user request from the history storage unit 250, generates history data in a display format from the acquired history, and displays the generated history data on the display unit 22. The history data processing unit 23 executes acquisition processing, combination processing, and recording processing on the history stored in the history storage unit 250. When the user request includes data stored in the operation history storage unit 24, data stored in the control history storage unit 25, and data stored in the setting history storage unit 26, the combination processing includes processing for combining these three types of data.
[0047] For example, the user may operate the command device 110, 210 to instruct the history data processing unit 23 on the range of history to be displayed. The user may also directly operate the cloud computer 10 or the air conditioning management device 20 to instruct the history data processing unit 23 on the range of history to be displayed. The range of history to be displayed may include a time range (when the history is), a type of command related to the history (edge command / cloud command), etc.
[0048] When the history data processing unit 23 receives an instruction to display the history from the command device 210, it may display the history data on the display of the command device 210. When the history data processing unit 23 receives an instruction to display the history via the cloud computer 10, it may display the history data on the display of the command device 110 or the display device 104.
[0049] The history data processing unit 23 may be configured by code written in a programming language, and may operate using a database language such as SQL (Structured Query Language).
[0050] The control unit 27 controls the entire air conditioning management device 20 and instructs the air conditioning control device 50 to control the air conditioning of the air conditioner 60. The input unit 28 accepts operations related to air conditioning commands. Furthermore, the input unit 28 accepts inputs for various settings including control settings. The input unit 28 accepts information related to the control of the control unit 27. The information related to the control of the control unit 27 includes information related to schedule control and information related to energy-saving control, similar to the information related to the control of the control unit 17. The control unit 17 may further perform optimal control using AI (artificial intelligence), emergency stop control, etc.
[0051] The air conditioning control device 50 includes a communication management unit 51 and a management unit 52. These functional components of the air conditioning control device 50 are realized by the hardware and software that make up the air conditioning control device 50. The communication management unit 51 manages communication between the air conditioning control device 50 and the air conditioners 60. The management unit 52 manages the status of the air conditioners 60. The management unit 52 controls the air conditioners 60 in accordance with commands from the control units 17 and 27.
[0052] According to the first embodiment described above, history corresponding to commands via the cloud and history corresponding to commands not via the cloud can be managed separately in the storage device 205 (history holding unit 250). According to the first embodiment, information indicating the types of operation, control, and setting related to the air conditioner 60, as well as information indicating the source of the command for operation, control, and setting, is stored in the storage device 205 (history holding unit 250). This can contribute to improving the quality of the air conditioning management system 1.
[0053] In the first embodiment, instead of providing the storage device 205 (history storage unit 250) in the air conditioning management device 20, the storage device 205 (history storage unit 250) may be provided in the cloud computer 10A. In FIG. 1 , a modified example in which the storage device 205 is provided in the cloud computer 10 is indicated by a dashed frame. In such a case, the cloud computer 10, instead of the air conditioning management device 20, stores edge history and cloud history separately in the storage device 205 (history storage unit 250). [Embodiment 2] Embodiment 2 will be described using FIGS. 4 to 9. FIG. 4 is a diagram showing the configuration of an air conditioning management system 1A according to the second embodiment and an overview of the processing of the air conditioning management system 1A. The air conditioning management system 1A according to the second embodiment differs from the air conditioning management system 1 according to the first embodiment in that a cloud computer 10A is used instead of the cloud computer 10.
[0054] 4, cloud computer 10A includes a storage device 105. In this respect, cloud computer 10A differs from cloud computer 10. In cloud computer 10A, processing device 100 stores cloud commands sent to air conditioning management device 20 in storage device 105. Storage device 105 stores cloud history. Therefore, in embodiment 2, cloud history is stored in a superimposed manner in storage device 105 included in cloud computer 10A and storage device 205 included in air conditioning management device 20.
[0055] 5 is a diagram showing the functional configuration of an air conditioning management system 1A according to embodiment 2. In the air conditioning management system 1A, a cloud computer 10A includes a history data processing unit 13 and a history storage unit 150. The cloud computer 10A differs from the cloud computer 10 in that it includes the history data processing unit 13 and the history storage unit 150.
[0056] The history data processing unit 13 and the history holding unit 150 are realized by the processing device 100 and the storage device 105. In particular, the history holding unit 150 is realized by the storage device 105. The history holding unit 150 includes an operation history holding unit 14, a control history holding unit 15, and a setting history holding unit 16.
[0057] The operation history storage unit 14 stores a history of cloud commands among the data stored in the operation history storage unit 24 on the air conditioning management device 20 side. In other words, the operation history storage unit 14 stores operation instructions related to air conditioning that have been accepted on the cloud computer 10A side.
[0058] The control history storage unit 15 stores history related to cloud commands among the data stored in the control history storage unit 25 on the air conditioning management device 20 side. In other words, the control history storage unit 15 stores the control content of the cloud computer 10A related to air conditioning.
[0059] The setting history holding unit 16 holds a history of cloud commands among the data held in the setting history holding unit 26 on the air conditioning management device 20 side. In other words, the setting history holding unit 16 holds the air conditioning settings accepted on the cloud computer 10A side.
[0060] In this way, the history holding unit 150 holds, from among the data held by the history holding unit 250 on the air conditioning management device 20 side, data in which the cloud computer 10A has affected the state of the air conditioner 60. On the other hand, the history holding unit 250 separately holds data in which the cloud computer 10 has affected the state of the air conditioner 60 and data in which the air conditioning management device 20 has affected the state of the air conditioner 60. In this way, in the second embodiment, the cloud history is superimposed and held in the history holding unit 150 included in the cloud computer 10A and the history holding unit 250 included in the air conditioning management device 20.
[0061] For long-term data storage, the cloud computer 10A may receive history from the history storage unit 250 from the air conditioning management device 20 and store the received history in the history storage unit 150. In this case, data that may violate various laws such as the Personal Information Protection Act may be excluded from storage in the cloud computer 10A.
[0062] In the second embodiment, the history data processing unit 13 has a processing capability significantly higher than that of the history data processing unit 23, and the storage capacity of the history holding unit 150 is significantly larger than that of the history holding unit 250. The reasons for this are as follows.
[0063] Generally, a cloud must accept access from a large number of edge devices under the cloud and process a large number of tasks. Therefore, the cloud has significantly higher processing power and storage capacity than edge devices. In the second embodiment, the cloud computer 10A constitutes the cloud, and the air conditioning management device 20 corresponds to an edge device. Therefore, the history data processing unit 13 has significantly higher processing power than the history data processing unit 23, and the storage capacity of the history storage unit 150 is significantly larger than the storage capacity of the history storage unit 250. In other words, the processing device 100 has significantly higher processing power than the processing device 200, and the storage capacity of the storage device 105 is significantly larger than the storage capacity of the storage device 205.
[0064] The history data processing unit 13 displays the history stored in the history storage unit 150 on the display unit 12. More specifically, the history data processing unit 13 acquires history according to a user request from the history storage unit 150, generates history data from the acquired history data, and displays the generated history data on the display unit 12. The history data processing unit 13 executes acquisition processing, combination processing, and recording processing on the history stored in the history storage unit 150. When the user request includes data stored in the operation history storage unit 14, data stored in the control history storage unit 15, and data stored in the setting history storage unit 16, the combination processing includes processing for combining these three types of data.
[0065] For example, the user may operate the command device 110, 210 to instruct the history data processing unit 13 on the range of history to be displayed. The user may also directly operate the cloud computer 10A or the air conditioning management device 20 to instruct the history data processing unit 13 on the range of history to be displayed. The range of history to be displayed may include a time range (when the history is), a type of command related to the history (edge command / cloud command), etc.
[0066] When the history data processing unit 13 receives an instruction to display the history from the command device 110, it may display the history data on the display of the command device 110. When the history data processing unit 13 receives an instruction to display the history via the air conditioning management device 20, it may display the history data on the display of the command device 110 or the display device 104.
[0067] The history data processing unit 13 may be configured by code written in a programming language, and may operate using a database language such as SQL (Structured Query Language).
[0068] The history data processing unit 13 has a function of displaying the history held by the history holding unit 250 of the air conditioning management device 20 on the display unit 12. The history data processing unit 13 has a function of combining the history held by the history holding unit 150 and the history held by the history holding unit 250 of the air conditioning management device 20, and displaying the combined history on the display unit 12.
[0069] As in the first embodiment, the history data processing unit 23 of the air conditioning management device 20 extracts history from the history storage unit 250 according to the user's request and processes the extracted data. The history data processing unit 23 displays the history data acquired by the processing on the display unit 22. The processing volume of the history data processing unit 23 varies depending on the user's request. If the history period specified by the user is long, the processing volume of the history data processing unit 23 may become extremely large. If the user specifies both edge history and cloud history, the processing volume of the history data processing unit 23 may become extremely large.
[0070] When the processing volume is large, the history data processing unit 23 instructs the history data processing unit 13 to perform some or all of the processing. The history data processing unit 13 receives instructions from the history data processing unit 23 and executes some or all of the processing on behalf of the history data processing unit 23. In this way, the history data processing unit 23 optimizes the processing. According to the air conditioning management system 1A, the high processing capacity of the cloud computer 10A can be utilized to efficiently generate history data including history according to user requests.
[0071] Fig. 6 is a diagram showing an example of a history stored in the cloud computer 10A and an example of a history stored in the air conditioning management device 20. Fig. 7 is a diagram showing definitions of the histories shown in Fig. 6. In the cloud computer 10A, the history is stored in the history storage unit 150. In the air conditioning management device 20, the history is stored in the history storage unit 250.
[0072] One unit of history includes information on "time," "type," "user," "item," "content," and "target." FIG. 6 illustrates three histories stored in the history storage unit 150 and four histories stored in the history storage unit 250. Note that each of the edge history and cloud history in the first embodiment may include information on "time," "type," "user," "item," "content," and "target" shown in FIG. 6.
[0073] "Time" includes information indicating the hour, minute, and second, as well as information about the source of the operation (the source of the command). "C" indicates that the source of the operation (the source of the command) is the cloud computer 10A, and "E" indicates that the source of the operation (the source of the command) is the air conditioning management device 20. "Hour, minute, and second" indicate the time when the command was issued.
[0074] "Type" indicates the type of command. "Type" includes operation (command based on user operation), control (command for automatic control based on a control program installed in the cloud computer 10A or the air conditioning management device 20), and setting (command related to changing various settings). Note that users include administrators, service personnel, etc.
[0075] "User" indicates the source of the operation (the source of the command) and the user ID. For example, "C_A" indicates that the source of the command is the cloud computer 10A and the ID of the user involved in the operation is "A." "E_B" indicates that the source of the command is the air conditioning management device 20 and the ID of the user involved in the operation is "B."
[0076] "Item" indicates the command item (operation, control, and setting). "Content" indicates the specific content of the command. "Target" indicates the target device to which the command is given. The target device is the air conditioner 60. "Target" includes information such as G (group number), A (device address), and S (system number).
[0077] In the history 191 shown in FIG. 6 , the "target" is "G1." In this case, the command shown in the history 191 is a command that targets all of the air conditioners 60 that belong to group number 1. In the history 193 shown in FIG. 6 , the "target" is "A51." In this case, the command shown in the history 193 is a command that targets the air conditioner 60 identified by the device address of A51. For example, the history 191 shown in FIG. 6 indicates that a user with "user ID=A" issued an operation command at 7 p.m. on the cloud computer 10A (the source of the command), that the content of the operation command was an "operation stop command," and that the target of the command was all of the air conditioners 60 that belong to group number 1.
[0078] As already explained, in the second embodiment, the cloud history is stored in a superimposed manner in the history storage unit 150 included in the cloud computer 10A and the history storage unit 250 included in the air conditioning management device 20. In FIG. 6 , the history 191 stored in the history storage unit 150 is stored in the history storage unit 250 as the history 291, and the history 192 stored in the history storage unit 150 is stored in the history storage unit 250 as the history 292. There is a time difference between the history 191 and the history 291, and there is a time difference between the history 192 and the history 292. This is because it takes time from when a command is issued in the cloud computer 10A until the command is completely transmitted to the air conditioning management device 20. In other words, the time difference occurs due to a delay time during communication.
[0079] (Merge Processing) When generating history data using the history held in the history holding unit 150 and the history held in the history holding unit 250, the history data processing unit 13 acquires the history held in the history holding unit 250 from the air conditioning management device 20. This allows the history data processing unit 13 to refer to the histories held in the history holding units 150 and 250. As a result, for example, the history data processing unit 13 can provide the user with the seven histories shown in FIG. 6 (including histories 191, 192, 193, 291, and 292).
[0080] However, history 191 and history 291 are substantially the same, and history 192 and history 292 are substantially the same. Providing such duplicate data to the user complicates the user's history analysis. Furthermore, the duplicate data increases the amount of data processing required to generate the history data. Therefore, the history storage unit 150 performs a "merge process" to reduce the amount of substantially duplicate data.
[0081] FIG. 8 is a diagram showing an example of history records merged by the merge process. A specific example of the merge process will be described using FIG. 8 . Here, the merge process will be described using an example in which the history data processing unit 13 processes the seven history records shown in FIG. 6 . As shown in FIG. 8 , the history record set before the merge process includes history records 191, 192, 193, 291, and 292. Of these, history records 191 and 291 are duplicated, and history records 192 and 292 are duplicated. In this case, the history data processing unit 13 deletes one of the two duplicated history records before generating history data from the acquired history records. FIG. 8 shows an example in which history records 291 and 292 are deleted. As a result, as shown in FIG. 8 , the history record set after the merge process does not include history records 291 and 292. The history data processing unit 13 generates history data to be provided to the user based on the history record set after the merge process.
[0082] Here, the history data processing unit 13 is given as an example of an entity that executes the merge process. However, the history data processing unit 23 also executes the merge process in the same way.
[0083] When two histories are compared, if only "time" differs between the two histories among "time," "type," "user," "item," "content," and "target," the history data processing units 13 and 23 may determine that the two histories are substantially identical and execute a merge process. However, even if only "time" differs when two histories are compared, if the difference in "time" exceeds a reference value, the history data processing units 13 and 23 may exclude such two histories from the targets of the merge process. The reason for this is that if a time difference exceeding a reference value occurs when two histories are compared, this may be grounds for indicating a quality problem.
[0084] As shown in FIG. 8 , the history data includes information indicating whether the command to the air conditioner 60 is an edge command or a cloud command ("C", "E"), and the time the command was issued. The history data includes information indicating whether the command item is the first item, the second item, or the third item, information indicating the content of the command, and information indicating the target of the command. The first item is a command related to operation, the second item is a command related to automatic control, and the third item is a command to change various settings.
[0085] When the history data includes a first history of an edge command and a second history of a cloud command, the history data processing unit 13, 23 (processing device 100, 200) may determine whether the difference between the occurrence time of the edge command and the occurrence time of the cloud command exceeds a reference value, and if the difference between the occurrence time of the edge command and the occurrence time of the cloud command does not exceed the reference value, may determine that the first history and the second history are histories of the same command. In this case, the above-mentioned merging process may be executed. The air conditioning management system 1 may also accept a user operation to set the reference value.
[0086] 9 to 11 are flowcharts for explaining the processing content of the cloud computer 10A and the air conditioning management device 20. In the air conditioning management system 1A, the cloud computer 10A and the air conditioning management device 20 cooperate to execute history-related processing, thereby providing the user with a history that meets the user's request from among the histories stored in the history storage units 150 and 250. In explaining these flowcharts, the overall processing of the air conditioning management system 1A will be explained from the perspective of the air conditioning management device 20, out of the cloud computer 10A and the air conditioning management device 20. For this reason, in these flowcharts, the processing of the cloud computer 10A is shown within a dashed frame.
[0087] First, the air conditioning management device 20 receives a request from the user to display history (step S201). Next, the air conditioning management device 20 references the user's request and confirms the history to be displayed (step S202). There are three history patterns to be displayed that are confirmed in step S202. That is, the first pattern is edge history. The second pattern is cloud history. The third pattern is both edge history and cloud history.
[0088] (First Pattern: Edge History) The first pattern will be described with reference to FIG. 10 . When the air conditioning management device 20 determines that the history to be displayed is edge history, it determines whether the processing volume of the edge history exceeds threshold A (step S203). The designer sets threshold A according to the processing capacity of the air conditioning management device 20. The designer may design threshold A taking into consideration the communication environment (wired, wireless, communication speed, etc.) and communication capacity between the cloud computer 10A and the air conditioning management device 20. The air conditioning management device 20 may accept a user operation to set threshold A.
[0089] If the processing volume of the edge history does not exceed the threshold A, the air conditioning management device 20 acquires the edge history in response to the user request from the history storage unit 250 (step S204). Next, the air conditioning management device 20 executes a first generation process (step S205). The first generation process includes a process of generating history data based on the acquired edge history. After acquiring the edge history in response to the user request from the history storage unit 250, the air conditioning management device 20 may determine whether the processing volume of the edge history exceeds the threshold A.
[0090] After step S205, the air conditioning management device 20 executes a display process (step S210 in FIG. 9 ) and ends the process based on this flowchart. The display process includes a process of displaying the history data on the display unit 22 (display device 204). The display process may include a process of displaying the history data on the display of the command device 210, the command device 110, or the display unit 12 (display device).
[0091] If the air conditioning management device 20 determines in step S203 that the processing volume of the edge history corresponding to the user request exceeds threshold A, it instructs the cloud computer 10A to perform a first generation process (step S206). Step S206 includes a process of acquiring the edge history corresponding to the user request from the history storage unit 250 and then transmitting the acquired history to the cloud computer 10A. Upon acquiring the edge history transmitted in step S206, the cloud computer 10A executes step S101 to generate history data. The air conditioning management device 20 calculates the processing volume of the edge history using the specified number of search target periods, target tables, target items, etc., included in the user request.
[0092] In step S206, the air conditioning management device 20 may transmit all of the history stored in the history storage unit 250 to the cloud computer 10A. In this case, the cloud computer 10A may specify the range of history required to create the history data based on an instruction from the air conditioning management device 20.
[0093] Step S101 includes steps S1011, S1012, and S1013. First, the cloud computer 10A receives edge history from the air conditioning management device 20 (step S1011). Next, the cloud computer 10A executes a first generation process (step S1012). This generates history data including history according to the user's request. Next, the cloud computer 10A transmits the generated history data to the air conditioning management device 20 (step S1013).
[0094] The air conditioning management device 20 receives the history data from the cloud computer 10A (step S207). Thereafter, the air conditioning management device 20 executes a display process (step S210) and ends the process based on this flowchart.
[0095] (Second Pattern: Cloud History) The second pattern will be described with reference to Figure 9. If the air conditioning management device 20 determines that the history to be displayed is cloud history, it instructs the cloud computer 10A to perform a second generation process (step S208). Step S208 includes a process of notifying the cloud computer 10A of the range of cloud history requested by the user. Upon receiving the instruction in step S208, the cloud computer 10A executes step S102 to generate history data within the range of cloud history requested by the user.
[0096] Step S102 includes steps S1021, S1022, and S1023. First, the cloud computer 10A acquires a cloud history corresponding to the user's request from the history storage unit 150 (step S1021). Next, the cloud computer 10A executes a second generation process (step S1022). This generates history data including a cloud history corresponding to the user's request. Next, the cloud computer 10A transmits the generated history data to the air conditioning management device 20 (step S1023).
[0097] The air conditioning management device 20 receives the history data from the cloud computer 10A (step S209). Thereafter, the air conditioning management device 20 executes a display process (step S210) and ends the process based on this flowchart.
[0098] (Third Pattern: Edge History and Cloud History) The third pattern will be described with reference to FIG. 11 . When the air conditioning management device 20 determines that the history to be displayed is edge history and cloud history, it determines whether the processing volume of the history (edge history and cloud history) exceeds threshold B (step S211). The designer sets threshold B according to the processing capacity of the air conditioning management device 20. Threshold B may be the same as threshold A. The air conditioning management device 20 may accept a user operation to set threshold B.
[0099] If the processing volume of the history does not exceed threshold B, the air conditioning management device 20 acquires edge history in response to the user request from the history storage unit 250 (step S212). Next, the air conditioning management device 20 acquires cloud history in response to the user request from the cloud computer 10A (step S213). Note that after acquiring the cloud history from the cloud computer 10A, the air conditioning management device 20 may determine whether the processing volume of the history (edge history and cloud history) exceeds threshold B.
[0100] In step S213, the air conditioning management device 20 may instruct the cloud computer 10A to transmit all of the history stored in the history storage unit 150 to the air conditioning management device 20. In this case, the air conditioning management device 20 may extract history necessary for creating history data from the received history.
[0101] Next, the air conditioning management device 20 executes a third generation process (step S214). The third generation process includes the merge process already described. By executing the third generation process, history data is generated based on the acquired edge history and cloud history. After step S214, the air conditioning management device 20 executes a display process (step S210 in FIG. 9 ) and ends the processing based on this flowchart.
[0102] If the air conditioning management device 20 determines in step S211 that the processing volume of the history exceeds threshold B, it instructs the cloud computer 10A to perform a third generation process (step S215).
[0103] Step S215 includes a process of sending the edge history requested by the user to the cloud computer 10A and a process of sending an acquisition of the cloud history requested by the user to the cloud computer 10A. Upon receiving the instruction of step S215, the cloud computer 10A executes step S103 for generating history data within the range of the history requested by the user.
[0104] In step S215, the air conditioning management device 20 may transmit all of the history stored in the history storage unit 250 to the cloud computer 10A. In this case, the cloud computer 10A may specify the range of history required to create the history data based on an instruction from the air conditioning management device 20.
[0105] Step S103 includes steps S1031, S1032, S1033, and S1034. First, the cloud computer 10A receives an edge history from the air conditioning management device 20 (step S1031). Next, the cloud computer 10A acquires a cloud history according to a user request from the history storage unit 150 (step S1032). Next, the cloud computer 10A executes a third generation process (step S1033). The third generation process includes the merge process already described. By executing the third generation process, history data is generated based on the acquired edge history and cloud history. Next, the cloud computer 10A transmits the generated history data to the air conditioning management device 20 (step S1034).
[0106] The air conditioning management device 20 receives the history data from the cloud computer 10A (step S216). Thereafter, the air conditioning management device 20 executes a display process (step S210 in FIG. 9) and ends the process based on this flowchart.
[0107] According to the second embodiment, usability can be improved by storing history not only in the air conditioning management device 20 but also in the cloud computer 10A. The entity that processes the history can be selected between the cloud computer 10 and the air conditioning management device 20 depending on the processing performance and cost of the equipment. According to the second embodiment, the history can be easily utilized by optimizing the history data according to the application. For example, an administrator who accesses the cloud computer 10 can utilize only the operation history.
[0108] For large volumes of data, processing the data, including edge history, in the cloud computer 10A can improve the processing speed of the entire system. Furthermore, by providing areas for storing history in the cloud computer 10A and the air conditioning management device 20, various information can be stored in either the cloud computer 10 or the air conditioning management device 20, whichever is most appropriate for the type of information. For example, a user's name, email address, etc. can be stored only in the air conditioning management device 20. This can protect personal information, for example. As a result, security can be improved.
[0109] The method of storing history between the cloud computer 10A and the air conditioning management device 20 may be changed as appropriate. For example, some or all of the history stored in the air conditioning management device 20 may be stored in the cloud computer 10A. The setting history may be stored in the cloud computer 10A regardless of whether the setting history corresponds to edge history or cloud history. This allows for optimization of equipment specifications and costs. Note that some of the various types of history may not be stored in the air conditioning management system 1A. For example, the control history may be excluded from the history stored in the air conditioning management system 1A. This allows for reduction in system costs.
[0110] (Modification) FIG. 12 is a diagram showing a modification of the history shown in FIG. 6. As shown in histories 191A, 192A, 291A, and 292A in FIG. 12, "time" may include information indicating the year, month, and day. For example, "20240501" in history 191A indicates that the command corresponding to history 191A was generated on May 1, 2024. [Embodiment 3] Embodiment 3 will be described using FIG. 13. FIG. 13 is a diagram showing the functional configuration of an air conditioning management system 1B according to embodiment 3. The air conditioning management system 1B according to embodiment 3 differs from the air conditioning management system 1A according to embodiment 2 in that an air conditioning management device 20A is employed instead of the air conditioning management device 20.
[0111] Air conditioning management device 20A differs from air conditioning management device 20 in that history storage unit 250A is employed instead of history storage unit 250. History storage unit 250A differs from history storage unit 250 in that it includes air conditioning operation data storage unit 29 and abnormality history storage unit 30.
[0112] The air conditioning operation data storage unit 29 stores detailed operation data of the air conditioner 60. The operation data includes various pressures, data from temperature and humidity sensors, refrigerant temperature, and compressor operation frequency. The control unit 27 acquires such operation data from the air conditioning control device 50 at regular intervals (for example, every minute) and stores the acquired data in the air conditioning operation data storage unit 29.
[0113] The abnormality history storage unit 30 stores a history of abnormalities that have occurred in the air conditioner 60. When an abnormality occurs in the air conditioner 60, the air conditioning control device 50 transmits data indicating the details of the abnormality that has occurred to the control unit 27. The control unit 27 stores the received data as abnormality history in the air conditioning operation data storage unit 29. The abnormality history includes at least the details of the abnormality, the date and time (date and time (HH:MM:SS)) when the abnormality occurred, and the address of the air conditioner 60 in which the abnormality occurred.
[0114] The history data processing unit 23 combines the abnormality history, operation history, control history, and air conditioning operation data to generate data for history display, and displays the generated data on the display unit 22. For example, the history data processing unit 23 displays the operating status of the air conditioner 60, the operation status of the air conditioner 60, and the control status of the air conditioner 60 before and after the time when the abnormality occurred. Alternatively, the history data processing unit 23 may acquire the operation history, control history, and air conditioning operation data before and after the time when the abnormality occurred, and display on the display unit 22 the information necessary to identify the cause of the abnormality.
[0115] According to the third embodiment, when an abnormality occurs in the air conditioner 60, air conditioning operation data can be displayed on the display unit 22 along with various operation information and control information acquired. This allows the service technician to quickly identify the cause of the abnormality (user operation, control, or abnormality in the air conditioner itself). As a result, the quality of the air conditioning management system 1B can be improved. [Fourth Embodiment] The fourth embodiment will be explained using FIG. 14. FIG. 14 is a diagram showing the functional configuration of an air conditioning management system 1C according to the fourth embodiment. The air conditioning management system 1C according to the fourth embodiment differs from the air conditioning management system 1B according to the third embodiment in that an air conditioning management device 20B is used instead of the air conditioning management device 20A.
[0116] The air conditioning management device 20B differs from the air conditioning management device 20A in that a history storage unit 250B is employed instead of the history storage unit 250A. The history storage unit 250B differs from the history storage unit 250A in that the history storage unit 250B includes an inoperable history storage unit 32.
[0117] The operation failure history storage unit 32 stores a history of control conflicts and a history of processes that could not be executed due to operation conflicts, etc. Control conflicts occur, for example, when emergency stop control is executed on the air conditioner 60, which is scheduled to start at a time specified by the user. For example, when the air conditioner 60 operates contrary to the control of the air conditioning management device 20B, or when the control of the air conditioning management device 20 over the air conditioner 60 is disabled midway, the control unit 27 stores a history of processes that were not executed in the operation failure history storage unit 32. The history stored in the operation failure history storage unit 32 includes the date and time of the occurrence, the content of the process that could not be executed, the cause of the conflict, etc.
[0118] According to the fourth embodiment, by having the inoperable history storage unit 32, it is possible to easily investigate the cause when the air conditioner 60 is in a state different from the user's intention, thereby improving the quality of the system.
[0119] The above embodiments will be summarized. (Section 1) The present disclosure provides an air conditioning management system (1, 1A, 1B, 1C) that manages air conditioners (60), the system including an air conditioning management device (20, 20A, 20B) that communicates with the air conditioners, and a cloud computer (10, 10A) that communicates with the air conditioning management device via a network, the air conditioning management device including an air conditioning control device (50) that controls the air conditioners, and a first processing device (200) that outputs a first command (edge command) to the air conditioners to the air conditioning control device, the cloud computer including a second processing device (100) that outputs a second command (cloud command) to the air conditioner to the air conditioning control device, the air conditioning control device controls the air conditioners based on the first command and the second command, and one of the air conditioning management device and the cloud computer further includes a first storage device (205), and the first storage device stores a first history corresponding to the first command and a second history corresponding to the second command in a distinguished manner.

If the first processing volume exceeds the first threshold, the first generation process is instructed to be performed by the second processing device (step S206).
[0123] (Section 5) In the air conditioning management system (1A, 1B, 1C) described in Section 4, when the first processing device instructs the second processing device to perform the first generation process, it sends the first history to the second processing device (step S206).

[0126] (Item 8) In the air conditioning management system (1A, 1B, 1C) described in item 7, the second processing device transmits the history data to the first processing device after executing the second generation process (step S1023).
[0127] (Item 9) In the air conditioning management system (1A, 1B, 1C) described in any one of Items 4 to 8, when it is necessary to generate historical data based on the first history and the second history, the first processing device determines whether the second processing volume of the first history and the second history required for the third generation process to generate the historical data exceeds a second threshold (threshold B) (step S211), and if the second processing volume does not exceed the second threshold, executes the third generation process (step S214), and if the second processing volume exceeds the second threshold, instructs the second processing device to perform the third generation process (step S215).
[0128] (Item 10) In the air conditioning management system (1A, 1B, 1C) described in Item 9, when the first processing device instructs the second processing device to perform the third generation process, it sends the first history to the second processing device (step S215).
