This application provides a shaking
dewatering system for silty soil
layers, relating to the field of
geotechnical engineering technology. The shaking
dewatering system for silty soil
layers includes multiple sets of well pipes and filter pipes. The filter pipes are installed in multiple sets of installation holes drilled in the silty soil layer. Each filter
pipe has a well
pipe welded to its upper end, and each well
pipe has a vibratory hammer installed at its end. The upper ends of the multiple well pipes are connected to a main
water collection pipe via multiple connecting pipes. The outlet of the main
water collection pipe is connected to a negative pressure
vacuum pump via a pipeline. This invention installs the well pipes and filter pipes in the installation holes and installs a vibratory hammer at the end of the well pipe. The vibration force generated by the vibratory hammer effectively breaks down the cohesion and friction between the particles in the silty soil layer, making it easier for water to seep out of the soil and be filtered through the filter pipes. Combined with the suction of the negative pressure
vacuum pump, the water is discharged, accelerating the
water discharge rate and increasing the permeability of the soil, significantly improving the soil
dewatering efficiency.
