The invention discloses a
probiotic feed with high
viable count prepared from baijiu distillers' grains by performing
fermentation with
lactobacillus plantarum and a preparation method thereof. The
probiotic feed with high
viable count is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70-85 parts of dry distiller's grains, 15-30 parts of folium eucommiae
powder, 0-3.0 parts of
ammonium persulphate, 0.5-2 parts of fructo-oligosaccharides, and 0.5-2 parts of
inulin. The preparation method of the
probiotic feed with high
viable count comprises the following steps: adding the foliumeucommiae
powder, the
ammonium persulphate, the fructo-oligosaccharides and the
inulin into the dry distiller's grains, carrying out uniform mixing, moistening the mixture, and carrying out
steaming;and then, inoculating the steamed mixture with a bacterial suspension of
lactobacillus plantarum after completion of the
steaming, and carrying out anaerobic
solid-state
fermentation so as to obtainthe probiotic feed with high viable count. The preparation method of the probiotic feed with high viable count utilizes relatively strong
carbohydrate decomposition ability of the
lactobacillus plantarum to degrade macromolecular carbohydrates in the distiller's grains and the folium eucommiae, so that, contents of crude proteins, small peptides, oligosaccharides and monosaccharides in the feeds are increased; moreover, content of
chlorogenic acid in the feed is also increased by performing
fermentation on the folium eucommiae
powder. In addition, prebiotics are also added, so that, proliferation of the
lactobacillus plantarum in animal intestines is also increased.
