The detector sequentially comprises, from top to bottom, a flexible substrate layer, a metal electrode layer grown on the flexible substrate layer, a dielectric layer covering the metal electrode layer, a graphene layer grown on or transferred to the dielectric layer, and a first metal electrode and a second metal electrode which are arranged at the two ends of the graphene layer respectively, wherein the metal electrode layer is a gate electrode, the first metal electrode is a source electrode, and the second metal electrode is a drain electrode. The change in light current between the source and drain electrodes caused by photo-induced carriers in graphene can be detected quickly. As the band gap width of graphene is zero, the wide-spectrum flexible photoelectric detector has high electron mobility and low resistivity. By adopting the detector of the invention, wide-spectrum and quick-response photoelectric detection can be realized. As the photoelectric detector adopts a flexible substrate, the shape of the photoelectric detector can be bent and stretched to realize flexible detection. The wide-spectrum flexible photoelectric detector has wide application prospect.

The water film on the inner wall of the paper tableware has the advantages of no toxicity and obvious water resistance and capability of postponing transfer and diffusion of water, oil and other components in food; the konjac composite gel can coat a plurality of aromatic substances and improve the sensory quality of product; and the water film also has the advantages of water resistance, high temperature resistance, high mechanical performance, high flexibility, and no generation of harmful substances at high temperature or in the presence of oil.

The method includes: using thermoset unsaturated polyester resin waste material particles as the modification base, using acrylate monomers as the modification monomers, using high-shear emulsifying and dispersing equipment to perform shear dispersion in aqueous dispersion at 80-100 DEG C and in the presence of a catalyst and an alcoholysis agent for 30-180 minutes, performing suspension polymerization or emulsion polymerization, and filtering to obtain modified thermoset unsaturated polyester resin, wherein the particle size of the modification base is 200-600 meshes, the catalyst is one or more of 1, 5, 7-triazabicyclo[4.4.0]dec-5-ene, acetylacetone and zinc acetate, and the alcoholysis agent is one or more of water, alcohol and carboxylic acid. The regenerative modification method has the advantages that a traditional polymerization method is used, large-scale regenerative modification of the thermoset unsaturated polyester resin waste material can be performed under the situation of low equipment investment, modification cost is low, and the thermoset unsaturated polyester resin waste material can be modified into novel thermoset high-molecular polymer capable of being subjected to direct compression molding.
