A scrotum pocket delimitation band is provided around a scrotum pocket formed on the front surface of an underpants body to receive the scrotum, thereby rendering contractibility to the scrotum pocket. The penis and the scrotum are separated from each other by the elasticity of a penis pocket delimitation band.
