The invention has the advantages that automobiles traveling on foggy roads are uniformly spaced, thus the automobiles are prevented from suffering from traffic accidents, i.e. rear-end collisions; and the anti-collision circuit and the devices thereof disclosed by the invention are also suitable for uniformly-spaced traveling of automobiles on a bridge floor, the carrying capacity, and the vibration frequency and the amplitude of vibration of the bridge floor are uniformed and no crowding of the automobiles on the bridge floor is ensured, so that the damage to a bridge is prevented and the service life of the bridge is prolonged.
