Embodiment Construction

[0025] Please refer to figure 2 The suction nozzle 30 according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a suction part 12 , two connecting parts 14 respectively disposed on opposite sides of the suction part 12 and a light-transmitting sheet 16 .

[0026] Please combine image 3 and Figure 4 , the adsorption portion 12 is roughly in the shape of a racetrack, and includes a first end surface 120 and a second end surface 122 facing away from the first end surface 120 . A bearing groove 121 is defined on the first end surface 120 , and in this embodiment, the bearing groove 121 is square. A suction groove 123 is defined on the second end surface 122 , and in this embodiment, the suction groove 123 is circular. A connection through hole 124 is disposed between the bearing groove 121 and the bearing groove 121. In this embodiment, the connection through hole 124 is cylindrical. The bearing groove 121 , the suction groove 123 and the connecting through ho...

Abstract

The invention provides a suction nozzle, which is used for communicating with an external suction force source so as to adsorb an object to be tested. The suction nozzle comprises a transparent sheet, an adsorbing part, and at least one connecting part which is arranged on a side surface of the adsorbing part; a bearing groove and an adsorbing groove for adsorbing the object to be tested are formed on two opposite end surfaces of the adsorbing part; a connecting through hole is formed between the bearing groove and the adsorbing groove; the bearing groove, the adsorbing groove and the connecting through hole are coaxially arranged; a gas through hole for communicating with the connecting through hole is formed on the at least one connecting part; and the transparent sheet is arranged in the bearing groove and is in sealed connection with the connecting through hole. The suction nozzle provided by the invention fixes the object to be tested in an adsorbing way, so that the object to be tested is not required to be provided with an extra clamping part; and light can permeate the transparent sheet and directly test the object to be tested.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a suction nozzle for a test object. Background technique [0002] After the lens is molded or the lens module is assembled, it generally needs to be tested to know whether its performance is qualified. Taking the lens as an example, the lens is usually clamped in such as figure 1 The test is performed directly on the gripping device 10 shown, which includes two grippers 12 . In order to securely clamp the lens 20 , two additional clamping portions 22 matching the clamp 12 are generally required to be provided on both sides of the lens 20 . However, the disposition of the clamping portion 22 increases the manufacturing cost of the lens 20 . In addition, the clamp 12 of the clamping device 10 is easy to damage the lens 20 during the process of clamping the lens 20 , which also increases the manufacturing cost of the lens 20 . The same problem also exists in lens modules and other DUTs that need to be tested. Contents of the...
