A patient can complete operation on application for claim settlement through a network platform, so that labor and time are saved and operation can be completed conveniently and rapidly. According to check on an insurance claim settlement database, the system provided in the invention will automatically prompt the user that what a concrete claim payment standard is met, so that it is saved that the user confirms whether an insurance claim settlement standard is met by a call or a fax.
