The invention discloses a cigarette after-sale tracking system with RFID (Radio Frequency Identification Device) and a tracking method. The system comprises a RFID information generating module, a state recording module, a sale terminal module and a server, wherein the RFID information generating module is used for writing a product information identification code, which represents product uniqueness, into an RFID chip in a cigarette package by using a RFID reader / writer and is used for transmitting the information identification code into a database of the server to be stored; the state recording module is used for respectively identifying the RFID chip of the cigarette product and recording the state information of the cigarette product when the cigarette product is produced, packaged, delivered out of the warehouse and put into the warehouse; the sale terminal module is used for obtaining RFID information of the cigarette product when the cigarette product is sold and is used for inquiring the authenticity of the RFID information through comparing the RFID information with the corresponding information identification code in the database of the server; and the server is used for collecting information transmitted by a state recording module and a sale terminal module, carrying out summary statistic and analyzing the product market situation.
