The system provided by the invention comprises a storage tank used for storing and transporting cryogenic liquefied gas; an inner vessel safety device used for discharging gas during storing, transporting and filling working conditions; an interlayer rupture disc used for performing pressure relieving protection when interlayer pressure increases; and a safe discharging device used for safely discharging small amount of gas during the transportation and storage processes. With the cryogenic insulation mobile storage tank safety system provided by the invention, gas discharged by the safety device passes a flame arrester and is directly discharged. During the filling working state, discharged hydrogen is connected with a system hydrogen row, and is subjected to a safe combustion treatment in the system.
