Abstract

The invention discloses a gradient ramp distributor, comprising machine bodies and a diversion mandril. The machine bodies are divided into a feed end machine body, a shunt machine body and a discharging connecting plate; a diversion mandril is built in the feed end machine body; the shunt machine body is provided with a confluence insert; and the upper surface and the lower surface of the confluence insert are provided with an upper guide groove and a lower guide groove. Melt in a host channel enters into the shunt machine body and flows into the upper guide groove and the lower guide groove, then converges at discharge ends of the upper guide groove and the lower guide groove in a way of coating the confluence insert. An insert auxiliary channel arranged in the confluence insert communicates with an auxiliary channel of the diversion mandril; and a feed outlet end of the insert auxiliary channel converges with the discharge ends of the upper guide groove and the lower guide groove. A combined confluence insert design is used to control different positions of color bars; and the dispenser has simple structure and low cost.
