The method comprises the following main steps: 1) setting a strategy of automatically generating knowledge in a knowledge management system; 2) handling the operation and maintenance work order and transmitting the operation and maintenance work order to the knowledge management system by an operation and maintenance flow system; 3) when receiving the operation and maintenance work order by the knowledge management system, intelligently analyzing according to the strategy set in the step 1); 4) in the intelligent analysis process, matching the operation and maintenance work order with the strategy, and generating corresponding knowledge by the system; 5) generating new knowledge and automatically prompting a knowledge base administrator to audit the validity of the knowledge by the knowledge management system; and 6) logging in the system for auditing the validity of the knowledge by the knowledge management administrator, and marking the audited knowledge as the valid knowledge which can be viewed and used.
