Abstract

The present invention relates to fuel filters. Embodiments provide a fuel filter including a plurality of return fuel conduits axially passing through a filter media. Each conduit includes an inlet in fluid communication with the fuel recirculation passage. Each conduit may have a return fuel line outlet adjacent the distal end of the filter media.

Usually at least one fuel filter is arranged in the fuel system in order to filter out particles that may be present in the diesel fuel.
