When an invoice buying user buys an invoice paper roll successfully, a direct-current motor in the material bowl drives the material bowl to rotate to lead out the bottommost invoice paper roll in the goods channel. The material hopper is used for being installed below the material bowl and receiving the invoice paper roll led out by the material bowl. According to the self-service roll invoice selling machine provided by the embodiment of the invention, full-automatic roll invoice selling is realized, the problem of automatic roll invoice selling can be effectively solved, information of sold invoices can be registered, the labor capacity of tax personnel is reduced, and the work efficiency is improved.
