An area code of a maintenance area in which the current automobile is positioned is judged by the information center via an automobile maintenance responsible area judgment module according to the current GPS position coordinates of the automobile, and under-detection information of the automobile is pushed to a mobile phone of a current maintenance responsible person. A link with the information center is established by maintenance personnel via the mobile phone by aiming at the automobile so that information like automobile numbers can be directly retrieved, then timely maintenance is performed on the automobile and the automobile state can be reset.
