By means of the cloud monitoring system and method for the private cloud, through forecasting the resource needed for the future running of the virtual machine, the normal running of the virtual machine can be guaranteed, the bottle neck of the virtual machine resource can be discovered duly, and the dynamic regulation can be duly performed.
