Contact pins are inserted in an insulator of a plug and a first insulator layer of a socket; jacks are embedded in a second insulator layer; a second spring is mounted between a socket shell and the second insulator layer; a plug cable cover is fixed with a torsion sleeve and a plug shell; a torsion rod sheath is sleeved on a torsion central rod, an inner embedded groove embedded with an outer embedded block of the torsion central rod is formed in the torsion rod sheath; a first spring is arranged between the torsion sleeve and the torsion rod sheath; the two ends of a volute spiral spring are fixed on the inner walls of the torsion central rod and the plug cable cover respectively; a handle passes through a groove of the plug cable cover and the torsion central rod; a locking sleeve passes through the second insulator layer and the first insulator layer, and the tail part of the locking sleeve is connected with a tightening nut.
