Abstract

According to the embodiments of the invention, a business data monitoring method and apparatus are provided, which are applied to a monitoring server. The monitoring server is used to monitor the business data between a user's terminal and a business server. The monitoring server records the business request sent by the user's terminal to the business server and the service response sent by the business server to the user's terminal through the mirror port at the port in connection with the business server and the user's terminal. According to the recorded service request and the service response, the method determines whether there is abnormity in the service provided by the business server to the user's terminal. If there is abnormity, pre-warning information is sent to a management person of the business server.
