Abstract

The VoLTE user state detecting method comprises the steps of modifying a survival period time length T1 transmitted from an IP multimedia subsystem (IMS) to a re-registration period time length T2 by session border control equipment (SBC), and transmitting T2 to user terminal; receiving re-registering request information which is transmitted by the user terminal according to a period of T2, and transmitting the re-registering request information to the IMS according to a period of T1. The VoLTE user state detecting method, the VoLTE user state detecting device and the SBC have advantages of optimizing survival time which is transmitted by a network to a user by the SBC, shortening detecting period for the user state, ensuring user state authenticity on the condition that a burden of the IMS network does not increase, obtaining smooth calling, and realizing domain selection between the VoLTE and a 2G/3G network.
