Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: acquiring the location information of the start point of evacuation, the location information of the end point of evacuation and the total number of vehicles to be evacuated; equally dividing the vehicles to be evacuated into multiple parts, calculating the travel time of each section between the start point of evacuation and the end point of evacuation, and evacuating the first part of vehicles to be evacuated P1; determining effective sections, and calculating the section edge weight, distribution rate and distribution volume of each effective section; calculating the sum of distribution volume of the sections, and updating the travel time of each section between the start point of evacuation and the end point of evacuation according to the total traffic volume of the sections; and re-determining effective sections connected with an evacuation node according to the updated travel time of each section, calculating the section edge weight of each effective section, and evacuating the next part of vehicles to be evacuated.
