The system includes a voltage acquisition unit, a current acquisition unit, a rotation speed acquisition unit, a timing unit, an A/D sampling unit, a data storage unit and a parameter calculation unit; the voltage acquisition unit acquires the phase voltage of a motor and converts the phase voltage into voltage of +5 to -5V; the current acquisition unit acquires the line current of the motor and convert the line current into voltage of +5 to -5V; the rotation speed acquisition unit converts the mechanical rotating speed of the motor into digital signals through an encoder; the timer unit sends a request to the A/D sampling unit and the data storage unit every fixed time; after receiving the request signals of the timer, the A/D sampling unit converts inputted analog signals into digital signals; after receiving commands sent by the timer unit, the data storage unit reads and stores the digital signals outputted by the A/D sampling unit and the rotation speed sampling unit; and the parameter calculation unit calculates completes the online identification of asynchronous motor parameters by using the data in the data storage unit.
