Embodiment Construction

[0030] figure 2 A schematic diagram of a wireless rechargeable energy store 1 is shown, which is embodied here, for example, in the form of a cylinder. A converter 12 , an antenna structure in the form of an induction loop 14 and charging electronics 13 are arranged between the positive pole P and the negative pole N along the longitudinal axis L in the housing 10 formed by the cylindrical housing wall 100 . The memory core 11 is shown here removed from the housing 10 for better illustration.

[0031] The storage core 11 may comprise a battery, a battery pack, in which electrical energy may be stored on an electrochemical substrate, or at least one capacitor or supercapacitor, in which electrical energy is stored in the form of an electric field. The positive pole P is connected to the positive pole of the memory core 11 , the positive pole of the charging electronics 13 and the positive pole of the converter 12 . The negative pole N of the energy store 1 is correspondingly ...

Abstract

A wirelessly rechargeable energy store (1) is desired, comprising a housing (10), having a casing wall (100), in which a converter (12), a storage core (11), charging electronics (13) and an antenna structure are arranged along a longitudinal axis (L), which energy store, independently of the relative alignment of antenna structures used with respect to the acting field direction, achieves an increased recharging efficiency and nevertheless, by virtue of its housing configuration, is diversely usable as a replacement for batteries and battery packs in small electrical devices. This is achievedby virtue of the fact that the antenna structure comprises at least two induction loops (14, 14') shaped from an electrically conductive wire formed as flat coils (14, 14'), which are arranged in a partly overlapping manner on a flexible printed circuit board, wherein the printed circuit board together with the at least two induction loops (14, 14') at least partly encloses the storage core (11)in such a way that loop longitudinal extents (S) run at least approximately parallel to the longitudinal axis (L) and loop transverse extents (Q) run at least approximately perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis (L) and a first pole of the induction loops (14, 14') is connected to a first pole of the converter (12) and a second pole of the induction loops (14, 14') is connected to a second poleof the converter (12).

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a cordless rechargeable energy store comprising a housing with a housing wall in which a converter, a storage core, charging electronics and an antenna structure are arranged along a longitudinal axis, and also relates to A method of manufacturing a cordless rechargeable energy store having a housing and a longitudinal axis, the cordless rechargeable energy store comprising a converter, a memory core, charging electronics and an antenna structure. Background technique [0002] Many batteries and accumulators are commercially available, which can be used in many battery-operated electrical consumers. [0003] The terms "battery" and "battery" are used synonymously in this application to denote rechargeable primary batteries, supercapacitors and rechargeable secondary batteries. If a plurality of batteries are connected together, this is called a battery pack, which is likewise denoted here by the term "battery" synonymously. I...
