The invention provides a physical examination self-service appointment system and method based on the past medical history. The method comprises the steps of obtaining the identity information inputted by a user in a user information collection interface; obtaining the past medical history record of the user from a hospital electronic medical history system; forming a physical examination item setof the user by the identity information of the user and the past medical history record of the user; generating a physical examination item selection interface according to the physical examination item set of the user, receiving the physical examination item selected by the user and sending the physical examination item to the physical examination management platform; receiving the appointment time information determined by the physical examination management platform according to the physical examination item selected by the user and the current appointment condition of the physical examination item, generating a time appointment interface, and obtaining the physical examination time selected by the user in the time appointment interface; and receiving and displaying the user electronictag and the appointment success message sent by the physical examination management platform. By implementing the method and the system, the personalized physical examination self-service appointmentfor the user to select according to the past medical history record of the user is realized.
