Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: obtaining a full-field graph of a digital slice; based on a pre-trained cell detection model, detecting at least one target cell contained in the whole field diagram; positioning a target area containing target cells in the whole field map, the target area comprising one or more target cells; based on a feature fusion model of an attention mechanism, determining features of the full-field image according to features of a target area in the full-field image; and based on a pre-trained full-field graph classification model, determining the type of the digital slice according to the characteristics of the full-field graph. According to the method, the technical effect of classifying the digital slices based on the full-field graph is achieved.
