The method comprises steps of determining a flexible interconnection device of the flexible interconnection power distribution network; utilizing active and reactive power of a converter of the flexible interconnection device as a decision variable, taking the minimum comprehensive power supply cost and the minimum voltage deviation of the flexible interconnection power distribution network as optimization objectives, performing predictive control according to a classic model, and establishing an intra-day optimal scheduling model of the flexible interconnection power distribution network, wherein the intra-day optimal scheduling model comprises a prediction model androlling optimization, the prediction model adopts a voltage sensitivity method to predict a voltage of each node in the flexible interconnection power distribution network, and the rolling optimization adopts an adaptive dynamic weight method to process a multi-objective optimization problem containing comprehensive power supply cost and voltage deviation.
