The method comprises the steps of 1) firstly performing dynamic correction on shot gatherdata after abnormal noise removal, 2) performing TAUP conversion on shot gather time-space domain data, 3) rearranging the data subjected to TAUP conversion in a P-shot-TAU arrangement mode, and 4) effectively removing ship-crossing interference by adopting an abnormal amplitude noise removal method, removing the ship-crossing interference and then performing reverse operations of steps 3), 2) and1), 5) performing P-channel reverse arrangement, and inversely transforming the arrangement mode of P-shot-TAU into the arrangement mode of shot-P-TAU; 6) inversely transforming TAUP into a TX domain; and 7) performing reverse correction, eliminating the influence of dynamic correction, restoring normal shot gather data, and completing the elimination of ship-passing interference noise.
