Abstract

The invention relates to an information hiding method and device. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a to-be-hidden image and a carrier audio; extracting sub-audios of which the quantity is a first numerical value from the carrier audio, wherein the length of the sub-audios is matched with the size of the to-be-hidden image; and inputting the to-be-hidden image and the sub-audio of the first numerical value into an information hiding model assembly, and outputting a secret-carrying audio through the information hiding model assembly. According to the information hiding method and device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the information can be hidden in the audio by taking the audio as a carrier. In the specific embodiment, the multi-level residual information of the image is hidden in different sub-audios, so that the steganography of the image is realized, not only can the steganography amount of the image information be conveniently controlled, but also the hiding of the image information is more efficient.
