Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of filter dams, and in particular to a filter dam body for treating aquaculture wastewater and a use method thereof. Background Art

[0002] During aquaculture, fish and shrimp will produce a large amount of excrement. If the impurities in the aquaculture water are not cleaned and purified regularly, it is easy to affect the health of the fish and shrimp. Directly discharging the aquaculture tail water will easily cause harm to the surrounding environment and pollute the water source in the area. In the existing sewage treatment technology, the aquaculture tail water is generally sent to a sedimentation tank, and the organic residues in the aquaculture tail water are precipitated for a period of time before being sent to a filter tank for filtration. This process is relatively cumbersome.

[0003] However, the cleaning and replacement of existing filter dam nets is a complicated process, requiring divers to dive for a long time to install them. When the water flow is fast and the wind and waves are strong, there are great safety hazards. At the same time, the strength of the nets is not high, and when encountering turbulent water flow, it is easy to cause damage to the filter dam, resulting in irreversible consequences, thereby reducing the utilization efficiency of the filter dam. [0014] In a second aspect, the present invention further provides a method for using a filter dam body for treating aquaculture wastewater, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:

[0015] Step 1: Use cement piles as fixed supports, and use two rows of hollow bricks on their surface to build the external structure to form a filter dam frame, and the direction of the hollow bricks should be consistent with the direction of water flow.

[0016] Step 2: A fine mesh barrier should be set up in front of the dam, with its height level with the filter dam frame, to intercept floating objects such as fallen leaves.

[0017] Step 3: Set three fiberglass grilles in the middle of the filter dam along the width direction. The grilles are 50mm thick and 38*38mm in diameter. The spacing between each block is 0.4m.

[0018] Step 4. Select four kinds of filter media, namely pebbles, expanded clay, zeolite and crushed stone, according to the direction of water flow in the dam body. Divide the filter media particles into four categories from large to small and distribute them vertically into four layers. [0021] 2. The present invention changes the method of random loading of multiple filter materials or horizontal layered loading of multiple filter materials inside the filter dam. This scheme selects four filter materials, namely pebbles, expanded clay, zeolite and crushed stone, according to the direction of water flow, and divides the filter material particles into four categories from large to small and vertically distributes them into four layers. The middle layer is a zeolite layer and a calcium-containing expanded clay layer that have better effects in removing ammonia nitrogen, phosphorus and other substances in the water body. When the tail water after natural river sedimentation passes through the filter dam, the larger suspended particles are removed first, and then the ammonia nitrogen, phosphorus and other substances are removed through the slow decomposition of the effective substances of expanded clay and zeolite. Finally, the crushed stone is further filtered to remove tiny particles, so that the filter dam not only has an effective filtering function, but also has the decomposition and adsorption functions of organic matter.

Then, the positioning rod 74 is placed inside the positioning frame 71, and the positioning clamp 73 is driven by the rotating adjusting screw 72 to limit the positioning rod 74. The installation is completed, and the height is level with the filter dam frame 2 to intercept floating objects such as fallen leaves.
