By utilizing original warm-rolling and asymmetrical rolling methods, composite boards for flue can be continuously produced. The composite board comprises a titanium layer, an aluminum layer and a steel layer overlapped and compounded in sequence, wherein the thickness of the aluminum layer is 0.5-1mm, the total thickness of the aluminum layer and the titanium layer is 1-2mm, and the thickness of the steel layer is 3-40mm. By utilizing the board, an effect of reaching corrosion-resistant life of 10 years or longer of the flue can be achieved, the service life is greatly prolonged, and the composite board has extremely high popularization value.
