Abstract

The left and right sides of the inclined transmission type climbing liquid pouring mechanism are respectively connected to the horizontal transmission mechanism, the swinging spray mechanism is also located between the first inclined transmission type climbing liquid pouring mechanism and the second inclined transmission type climbing liquid pouring mechanism, the water curtain mechanism is evenly arranged side by side above the horizontal transmission mechanism, the water curtain mechanism is respectively located between the second inclined transmission type climbing liquid pouring mechanism and the third inclined transmission type climbing liquid pouring mechanism, and the swinging spray mechanism and the water curtain mechanism are respectively connected to the automatic constant temperature mechanism through pipelines. The invention performs frosting, polishing and cleaning processes on mobile phone glass in a centralized integrated design of the overall structure, streamlined production, reduced product handling turnover, saved manpower, improved production efficiency, and reduced production costs.
