The invention discloses a device unlocking method and device, a readable medium and an electronic device, and the method comprises the steps: displaying a keyboard region on a graphical user interface of a device based on a device wake-up instruction, the keyboard region comprising a standard keyboard array and a random keyboard array; the random keyboard array comprises a plurality of standard keys, and numbers corresponding to the standard keys cannot be repeated; the random keyboard array comprises a plurality of random keys, and the number corresponding to each random key is randomly generated and can be repeated; generating an equipment unlocking password based on an input operation of a user for the keyboard area, and determining a password type of the equipment unlocking password according to a keyboard array corresponding to the input operation; and performing unlocking operation on the equipment according to the equipment unlocking password and the password type of the equipment unlocking password. According to the method and the device, the device unlocking password corresponding to each time of unlocking is random, so that the situation that the device is misused due to password leakage can be effectively prevented, and the use safety of the device is improved.
