Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The invention relates to the field of wire cutting machines, and in particular to a double-wire system of a wire cutting machine, a wire cutting machine and a wire changing method thereof. Background Art
[0002] Wire cutting is a process that uses a high-speed moving electrode wire to generate spark discharge between the electrode wire and the workpiece when electricity is applied to the electrode wire and the workpiece, thereby cutting the workpiece using high temperature. Currently, there are two commonly used electrode wires: molybdenum wire and copper wire. The cutting accuracy of molybdenum wire is generally lower than that of copper wire, but molybdenum wire can generally be recycled, while copper wire is generally scrapped after cutting.
[0003] At present, a Chinese invention patent with the announcement number CN116213858A discloses an automatic wire threading and wire removal device for wire cutting, including a machine body, a wire threading mechanism arranged on the machine body, a wire feeding mechanism, a wire reel, a constant tension adjustment mechanism and a controller. The constant tension adjustment mechanism includes a tension sensor and a tensioning wheel. The tension sensor is used to detect the tension of the electrode wire. The tensioning wheel can move to adjust the position and tension of the electrode wire. A wire clamping mechanism is arranged on the wire reel.
[0004] An existing wire cutting automatic wire threading and wire removal device is a common wire cutting device. However, due to the different costs and precisions of cutting with molybdenum wire and cutting with molybdenum wire, general manufacturers will prepare cutting equipment with copper wire and cutting equipment with molybdenum wire respectively and use them according to demand, which increases the procurement cost of the equipment. Therefore, a cutting device that can install both molybdenum wire and copper wire is needed to reduce the procurement cost of the equipment. Summary of the invention

[0007] A third aspect of the present invention provides a wire changing method for a wire cutting machine.
[0008] The first aspect of the present invention provides the following technical solution: a double-wire system of a wire cutting machine, comprising:

[0010] A molybdenum wire winding drum containing molybdenum wire;
[0011] A molybdenum wire introduction module, used for driving the molybdenum wire led out from the molybdenum wire winding drum to move and introduce the molybdenum wire into the limiting assembly, and driving the molybdenum wire to retreat to the molybdenum wire introduction module when changing the type of electrode wire;
[0012] a copper wire reel containing copper wire; and,

The molybdenum wire introduction module and the copper wire introduction module cooperate with the limiting component alternately.
[0014] Through the above technical scheme, when the molybdenum wire cutting is replaced by the copper wire cutting, the molybdenum wire introduction module drives the molybdenum wire to retract into the molybdenum wire introduction module, and then the molybdenum wire introduction module is disengaged from the limiting component, and the copper wire introduction module reaches the position cooperating with the limiting component, and then the copper wire introduction module drives the copper wire led out from the copper wire winding drum to move, so as to introduce the copper wire into the limiting component; when the copper wire cutting is replaced by the molybdenum wire cutting, the copper wire introduction module drives the copper wire to retract into the copper wire introduction module, and then the copper wire introduction module is disengaged from the limiting component, and the molybdenum wire introduction module reaches the position cooperating with the limiting component, and then the molybdenum wire introduction module drives the molybdenum wire led out from the molybdenum wire winding drum to move, so as to introduce the molybdenum wire into the limiting component, thereby realizing the switching between molybdenum wire cutting and copper wire cutting, so that there is no need to purchase molybdenum wire cutting equipment and copper wire cutting equipment separately, thereby reducing the equipment procurement cost.

[0042] The third aspect of the present invention provides the following solution: a wire changing method for a wire cutting machine, using the above-mentioned wire cutting machine, comprising the following steps:

After the molybdenum wire passes through the limiting component and the wire conveying tube, it is pressed and fixed on the molybdenum wire winding drum by the pressing plate. If the molybdenum wire is switched to copper wire, the copper wire introduction module introduces the copper wire into the limiting component. After the copper wire passes through the limiting component and the copper wire driving wheel, it enters the waste collection area.
