Material storage and release device and component and packaging composition thereof

Abstract

A material storing and releasing device is composed of a cover component, a releasing component and a sealing piece, the cover component is provided with a cover surrounding structure and a cavity cylinder structure, threads are arranged on the inner wall of the cover surrounding structure, the tail end of the cavity cylinder structure is in an opening shape, and the head end of the cavity cylinder structure is provided with a sealing piece with a thinning connecting structure and a breakthrough structure. The cover component, the sealing piece of the cover component or the independent component with the cavity cylinder structure and the sealing piece are made of a low-density polyethylene material with the tensile strength of 7.1-8.9 MPa and the elongation at break of 50%-220% in an injection molding mode through a mold. The release component is provided with a push piece structure and a bursting structure of a sharp structure or a cylindrical structure. The sealing piece can seal an opening in the tail end of the cavity cylinder structure; the material storing and releasing device has the functions of sealing, storing and releasing materials, and can be mounted at a neck opening of a container; the invention further provides a component comprising the material storing and releasing device, a packaging container, a packaging composition, an assembling method of the material storing and releasing device and application of the material storing and releasing device.
