Liquid placed in an annular area formed by the sealing container and the consumable bottle communicates with the liquid outlet assembly, a sealing assembly is arranged in the fixing base cover and used for sealing channels between the two kinds of liquid and the liquid outlet assembly, the channels of the two kinds of liquid can be sealed at the same time, meanwhile, the flow adjusting function is achieved, and the sealing effect is good. The use is convenient.
