[0005] Patent Document 1: Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 2016-157536 Summary of the invention
[0006] Problems to be solved by the invention
[0007] In the switch device, since the connection state is switched by the movable contact member moving relative to the switching contact member, ensuring the conductivity at the operating fulcrum of the movable contact member is related to the operating reliability of the switch device.
[0008] An object of the present invention is to provide a switch device capable of improving the stability of conduction at an operating fulcrum of a movable contact member.
[0009] Means for solving problems
[0010] A switch device of one embodiment of the invention comprises: a switching contact component; a common contact component; a movable contact component, which is arranged between the switching contact component and the common contact component and can electrically connect the switching contact component to the common contact component; and a holding component, which holds the movable contact component. The switch device is characterized in that the movable contact component comprises: a switching side sliding contact portion, which can slide in contact with the switching contact component; and a common side elastic contact portion, which elastically contacts with the common contact component, and the holding component can rotate around a rotation axis along a direction intersecting with the extension direction of the movable contact component. By rotating the holding component, switching between a first connection state and a second connection state can be performed, and the rotation axis of the holding component passes through the common contact component.
[0011] According to such a configuration, since the rotation axis of the holding member passes through the common contact member, sliding of the common-side elastic contact portion is reduced or suppressed, and thus the common contact member and the common-side elastic contact portion can be brought into contact with each other stably.
[0012] In the switch device described above, the rotation axis of the holding member may pass through the common side elastic contact portion. In this way, since the rotation axis passes through not only the common contact member but also the common side elastic contact portion, when the holding member rotates, even if the movable contact member vibrates, especially vibrates along the extension direction of the holding member, the contact state between the common side elastic contact portion and the common contact member is unlikely to become unstable.
[0013] It is also possible to configure that, in the first connection state of the above-mentioned switch device, when the direction along the moving direction of the movable contact member is set as the first direction, the direction orthogonal to the first direction and the extending direction of the movable contact member is set as the second direction, and the direction orthogonal to both the first direction and the second direction and along the rotation axis is set as the third direction, the common side elastic contact portion has a pair of clamping pieces arranged in the third direction in a manner that can clamp the common contact member. Thus, the rotation axis is along the third direction, so even if the movable contact member generates vibration in the in-plane direction of the surface including the first direction and the second direction, the conduction between the common side elastic contact portion and the common contact member will not be unstable. Furthermore, since the common side elastic contact portion clamps the common contact member through the pair of clamping pieces arranged in the third direction, even if the movable contact member generates vibration in the third direction, the instability of the conduction between the common side elastic contact portion and the common contact member can be suppressed.
[0014] In the switch device, the rotation axis of the holding member may pass through at least one of the pair of clamping pieces. In this way, the rotation axis passes through the clamping piece, and when the holding member rotates, even if the movable contact member vibrates, the contact state between the clamping piece and the common contact member is unlikely to become unstable. Of course, it is more stable when the rotation axis passes through both sides of the clamping piece.
[0015] In the switch device described above, the holding member may hold a plurality of movable contact members arranged in a third direction. The holding member may hold a plurality of movable contact members, thereby improving redundancy of the switch operation.
[0016] In the switch device, the common contact member may be fixed relative to the housing, and the rotation axis of the holding member may be set by rotating the contact end portion of the holding member while contacting the receiving portion of the housing. In such a configuration, since the contact portion defining the rotation axis is not the conducting portion, even if vibration occurs at the contact portion, it will not affect the conducting state.
[0017] In the above switch device, the switching contact member may have two contact portions independent of each other, the first connection state is a first conduction state in which one of the two contacts is electrically connected to the movable contact member, and the second connection state is a second conduction state in which the other of the two contacts is electrically connected to the movable contact member. Thus, the switching between the first conduction state and the second conduction state is performed by switching the contact between the movable contact member and the two contact portions.
[0018] In the switch device, a snap action mechanism may be provided. When the snap action mechanism is provided, the movable contact member is likely to vibrate relative to the common contact member during snap action operation, but even in such a case, the vibration is unlikely to affect the conduction state between the movable contact member and the common contact member.
[0019] In the switch device, the first connection state may be a conductive state in which the movable contact member is electrically connected to the contact, and the second connection state may be a non-conductive state in which the contact is not electrically connected.

[0044] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the following description, the same reference numerals are given to the same components, and the description of components that have been described once will be appropriately omitted.
[0045] (Overview of switchgear)
[0046] Figure 1 This is a perspective view of the appearance of a switch device according to one embodiment.
[0047] Figure 2 is a side view of a switch device according to an embodiment.
[0048] Figure 3 is a top view of a switch device according to an embodiment.
[0049] Figure 4 It is an exploded perspective view of a switch device according to an embodiment.
[0050] In the following description, for convenience, the Z1-Z2 direction in the figure is set as the Z-axis direction (up and down direction), the X1-X2 direction in the figure is set as the X-axis direction (front and back direction), and the Y1-Y2 direction in the figure is set as the Y-axis direction (left and right direction). In addition, the Z-axis direction is taken as an example of the "first direction", the X-axis direction is taken as an example of the "second direction", and the Y-axis direction is taken as an example of the "third direction".
[0051] like Figures 1 to 3 As shown, the switch device 100 includes a housing 110 , a slider 130 , and a bracket 150 . The housing 110 is a hollow structure with an upper opening and has a rectangular parallelepiped shape. The upper opening of the housing 110 is closed by a flat plate-shaped cover 112 .
[0052] like Figure 4 As shown in the figure, a circular opening 112A for the slider 130 to pass through is formed in the cover 112. A columnar shaft support 112B is provided downwardly on the lower surface of the cover 112. A first shaft portion 112C having a bent front end and convex downward is formed at the lower end of the shaft support 112B. The first shaft portion 112C abuts against an upper bearing surface 161A of a first actuator 161 provided in the movable unit 160, thereby axially supporting the first actuator 161 from the upper side of the first actuator 161 so as to be rotatable.
[0053] The slider 130 is a generally cylindrical component that is pressed and operated. The slider 130 is provided through the opening 112A of the cover 112, and a portion thereof is provided to protrude upward from the upper surface of the cover 112. The slider 130 is provided to be slidable in the vertical direction (Z-axis direction) relative to the housing 110.
[0054] The switch device 100 can switch the conduction state by pressing the slider 130. Specifically, the switch device 100 is in the first connection state when the slider 130 is not pressed. Furthermore, the switch device 100 switches to the second connection state when the slider 130 is pressed. The first connection state may be the first conduction state, and the second connection state may be the second conduction state, or the first connection state may be the conduction state and the second connection state may be the non-conduction state.
[0055] The bracket 150 is an annular member covering the upper surface of the cover 112 and surrounding the slider 130. The bracket 150 has a pair of hooks 152 hanging downward from the outer peripheral edge thereof. The bracket 150 is mounted on the housing 110 by engaging each of the pair of hooks 152 with each of the pair of claws 114 provided on a pair of mutually parallel side surfaces of the housing 110. Thus, the bracket 150 fixes the cover 112 to the housing 110. For example, the bracket 150 is formed by processing a metal plate.
[0056] (Switch Device Configuration)
[0057] The switch device 100 is configured to include a bracket 150, a cover 112, a slider 130, a movable unit 160, and a housing 110. Figures 1 to 3 In addition to the structure described in the above, the housing 110 is also provided with Figure 4 The movable unit 160 is shown.
[0058] The housing 110 has a space 110A with an upper opening. A portion of the lower side (Z2 side) of the slider 130 and the movable unit 160 are accommodated in the space 110A. For example, the housing 110 is formed by injection molding using a relatively hard insulating material (for example, hard resin).
[0059] The movable unit 160 is formed by combining a plurality of movable members and is actuated by the up-and-down movement of the slider 130 in response to the pressing operation, and switches the switch device 100 between the first connection state and the second connection state by snap action.
[0060] The movable unit 160 includes a switching contact member 170 , a movable contact member 165 , and a holding member 166 .
[0061] Figure 5 It is a perspective view of a holding member and a movable contact member.
[0062] like Figure 5 As shown, the movable contact member 165 and the holding member 166 are arranged to be movable relative to the switching contact member 170. For example, the movable contact member 165 and the holding member 166 are swingably supported by the housing 110, and are arranged to slide relative to the switching contact member 170 by the up-and-down movement of the slider 130 accompanying the pressing operation.
[0063] The base member 180 formed of an insulating material is provided with at least two contacts (first contact 171, second contact 172) of the switching contact member 170, a common contact member 173, and a terminal 175. The two contacts (first contact 171, second contact 172) of the switching contact member 170 and the common contact member 173 are respectively connected to one of the plurality of terminals 175. When the movable unit 160 is accommodated in the space 110A of the housing 110, the plurality of terminals 175 are arranged to be exposed from the bottom surface of the housing 110.
[0064] The movable contact member 165 is disposed between the switching contact member 170 and the common contact member 173, and is provided so as to be able to electrically connect the switching contact member 170 to the common contact member 173. The two contacts (the first contact 171 and the second contact 172) of the switching contact member 170 are disposed apart from each other in the Z-axis direction, and the movable contact member 165 moves (e.g., slides) between the two contacts (the first contact 171 and the second contact 172) in the Z-axis direction (the first direction), thereby switching the electrical connection between the common contact member 173 and any one of the two contacts (the first contact 171 and the second contact 172).
[0065] For example, Figure 5 As shown, the state in which the movable contact member 165 is in contact with the first contact 171 is a first connection state in which the first contact 171 is electrically connected to the common contact member 173 via the movable contact member 165. On the other hand, the state in which the movable contact member 165 is in contact with the second contact 172 is a second connection state in which the second contact 172 is electrically connected to the common contact member 173 via the movable contact member 165. The switching of the connection state is performed by the up-and-down movement of the slider 130 accompanying the pressing operation.
[0066] The movable contact member 165 that switches the connection state is held by a holding member 166 formed of an insulating material. The holding member 166 is supported to be swingable relative to the housing 110, and the connection position of the movable contact member 165 relative to the switching contact member 170 is switched by the swing.
[0067] The movable contact member 165 has a main body 165C extending along the X-axis direction (the second direction), a switching side sliding contact portion 165A, and a common side elastic contact portion 165B. The switching side sliding contact portion 165A is arranged to be able to slide in contact with the switching contact member 170. The switching side sliding contact portion 165A has a pair of contact pieces 165Aa. The pair of contact pieces 165Aa are arranged on one end side (the X1 side in the X1-X2 direction) of the main body 165C, extend along the X-axis direction, and are arranged side by side in the Y-axis direction (the third direction) in a manner that can clamp the switching contact member 170. The common side elastic contact portion 165B is a portion that elastically contacts the common contact member 173, and is arranged in a portion of the main body 165C that is different from the portion where the pair of contact pieces 165Aa are arranged (for example, the other end side (the X2 side in the X1-X2 direction)) of the main body 165C. The common side elastic contact portion 165B may also have a pair of clamping pieces 165Ba. The pair of clamping pieces 165Ba of the common-side elastic contact portion 165B are arranged side by side in the Y-axis direction so as to be able to clamp the common contact member 173 .
[0068] The movable contact member 165 is formed by, for example, stamping a metal material having elasticity. The movable contact member 165 is formed of a member different from the holding member 166 formed of an insulating material and is assembled to the holding member 166. A plurality of movable contact members 165 may be mounted on one holding member 166.
[0069] In this embodiment, two movable contact members 165 are arranged side by side in the Y-axis direction on the holding member 166. In addition, two switching contact members 170, a common contact member 173, and a terminal 175 are also provided corresponding to each movable contact member 165. By providing two movable contact members 165, etc. in one holding member 166, the redundancy of the switch action is improved. In addition, the movable contact member 165, etc. provided in one holding member 166 is not limited to two, and can be one, or can be three or more.
[0070] (Action of the movable contact part)
[0071] Figure 6 This is a side view for explaining the operation of the movable contact member.
[0072] exist Figure 6 , for convenience of explanation, the base member 180, the switching contact member 170, the common contact member 173, the terminal 175, the movable contact member 165, and the holding member 166 are shown.
[0073] Figure 7 It is an enlarged side view of the common-side elastic contact portion.
[0074] Figure 8 It is an enlarged perspective view of the common side elastic contact portion.
[0075] The holding member 166 can rotate about the Y axis. By rotating the holding member 166, the switching side sliding contact portion 165A of the movable contact member 165 is moved as shown in FIG. Figure 6 The device swings as shown by arrow A.
[0076] The pair of contact pieces 165Aa of the switching side sliding contact portion 165A clamp the switching contact member 170 from both sides in the Y direction, and elastically contact the first contact 171 or the second contact 172 of the switching contact member 170. Therefore, by the swinging of the movable contact member 165, the pair of contact pieces 165Aa slide and contact with the first contact 171 and the second contact 172, and the connection position of the pair of contact pieces 165Aa is switched. When the pair of contact pieces 165Aa contact the first contact 171, it is in the first connection state, and when the pair of contact pieces 165Aa contact the second contact 172, it is in the second connection state.
[0077] The common side elastic contact portion 165B of the movable contact member 165 is in elastic contact with the common contact member 173. That is, a pair of clamping pieces 165Ba of the common side elastic contact portion 165B clamps the common contact member 173 from both sides in the Y direction and is in elastic contact with the common contact member 173. As the holding member 166 rotates, the movable contact member 165 swings, and when switching between the first connection state and the second connection state, the elastic contact state of the common side elastic contact portion 165B and the common contact member 173 is maintained.
[0078] Here, the contact stability between the common side elastic contact portion 165B and the common contact member 173 is easily affected by the vibration caused by the movement of the movable contact member 165, especially the vibration along the direction in which the front end of the common side elastic contact portion 165B extends (that is, the extending direction (X direction) of the movable contact member 165). As in the present embodiment, in the configuration in which the common contact member 173 is clamped in the Y direction (the direction orthogonal to the extending direction of the movable contact member 165) by a pair of clamping pieces 165Ba of the common side elastic contact portion 165B, even if there is vibration along the extending direction of the movable contact member 165, it is easy to maintain the contact between the common side elastic contact portion 165B and the common contact member 173, and the contact stability is improved.
[0079] In the configuration for switching between the first connection state and the second connection state as described above, the rotation axis AX of the holding member 166 is configured to pass through the common contact member 173. The rotation axis AX of the holding member 166 is along the Y axis. In the present embodiment, the rotation axis AX is provided to overlap with the common contact member 173 when viewed from the Y direction.
[0080] When the holding member 166 rotates, the pair of clamping pieces 165Ba that clamp the common contact member 173 from both sides in the Y direction come into sliding contact with the common contact member 173. Since the rotation axis AX of the holding member 166 passes through the common contact member 173, the sliding of the pair of clamping pieces 165Ba of the common-side elastic contact portion 165B relative to the common contact member 173 is reduced or suppressed, so that the common contact member 173 and the common-side elastic contact portion 165B can be stably contacted.
[0081] In addition, as a more preferred embodiment, the rotation axis AX of the holding member 166 passes through the common side elastic contact portion 165B. Since the rotation axis AX passes through not only the common contact member 173 but also the common side elastic contact portion 165B, when the holding member 166 rotates, the sliding of the common side elastic contact portion 165B can be effectively reduced and suppressed. Therefore, even if the movable contact member 165 vibrates, especially vibrates along the extending direction of the holding member 166, the contact state between the common side elastic contact portion 165B and the common contact member 173 is unlikely to become unstable.
[0082] As a more preferred embodiment, the rotation axis AX of the holding member 166 passes through at least one of the pair of clamping pieces 165Ba of the common side elastic contact portion 165B. In this way, by passing the rotation axis AX through at least one of the pair of clamping pieces 165Ba, when the holding member 166 rotates, it is possible to reduce and suppress the sliding of at least one of the pair of clamping pieces 165Ba. As a result, even if the movable contact member 165 vibrates, the contact state between the pair of clamping pieces 165Ba and the common contact member 173 is unlikely to become unstable. In addition, it is more stable when the rotation axis AX passes through both sides of the pair of clamping pieces 165Ba.
[0083] As the most preferred mode, the rotation axis AX of the holding member 166 is configured to coincide with the contact point when the pair of clamping pieces 165Ba of the common side elastic contact portion 165B clamp the common contact member 173. Thus, when the holding member 166 rotates, the movable contact member 165 swings with the contact point between the pair of clamping pieces 165Ba and the common contact member 173 as a fulcrum, thereby maximally suppressing the sliding of the pair of clamping pieces 165Ba relative to the common contact member 173 when the movable contact member 165 swings.
[0084] (Contact end and receiving portion)
[0085] Fig. 9 It is a partially cutaway perspective view illustrating the contact end portion and the receiving portion.
[0086] Fig.10 This is an enlarged stereoscopic view illustrating the contact end portion and the receiving portion. Fig.10 It is shown in Fig. 9 An enlarged view of part A.
[0087] The common contact member 173 is fixed to the housing 110 via the base member 180. In addition, with respect to the holding member 166, the contact end portion 166G provided in the holding member 166 is accommodated in the accommodation portion 110G provided in the housing 110. For example, the contact end portion 166G is a protrusion-shaped portion provided to protrude from the holding member 166 on both sides in the Y direction, and the accommodation portion 110G is a recessed portion provided to extend along the Z direction on the inner wall of the housing 110. When the movable unit 160 is accommodated in the space 110A of the housing 110, the contact end portion 166G is inserted into the accommodation portion 110G along the Z direction and placed on the bottom surface of the accommodation portion 110G.
[0088] When the holding member 166 rotates, the contact end 166G rotates while contacting the receiving portion 110G. That is, the contact portion C between the contact end 166G and the receiving portion 110G is on the rotation axis AX of the holding member 166. In this way, in the configuration in which the rotation axis AX is defined by the contact portion C between the contact end 166G of the holding member 166 and the receiving portion 110G of the housing 110, since the portion defining the rotation axis AX is not the conduction portion, even if vibration occurs in the contact portion C, it does not affect the conduction state. Therefore, even if there is vibration, the conduction state can be stabilized.
[0089] (Operation of the switch device)
[0090] Figures 11 to 22 This is a schematic diagram for explaining the operation of the switch device.
[0091] <First State>
[0092] Fig.11 Indicates a state (first state) in which the slider 130 is not pressed down. In the first state, the pressing surface 130A provided at the lower end of the slider 130 abuts against the cam ridge 162C provided at the front end of the cam 162. In addition, in the first state, the movable contact member 165 held by the holding member 166 as a part of the second actuator 164 is in a horizontal state, the pair of contact pieces 165Aa of the switching side sliding contact part 165A are in contact with the first contact 171, and the pair of clamping pieces 165Ba of the common side elastic contact part 165B are in elastic contact with the common contact member 173. That is, the switch device 100 is in the first connection state.
[0093] <Second State>
[0094] When from Fig.11 When the slider 130 is pressed down in the first state shown in FIG. Fig.12As shown, the pressing surface 130A of the slider 130 presses downwardly the cam ridge 162C of the cam 162. As a result, the cam 162 starts to rotate downwardly around the rotation shaft 162B supported by the shaft support 164A of the second actuator 164 as the rotation center.
[0095] Then, if Fig.12 As shown in FIG. 1 , after the slider 130 starts to slide downward, when the slider 130 slides slightly downward, each pressing portion 130B (refer to FIG. 1 ) on both sides of the slider 130 in the left-right direction (Y-axis direction) is pressed. Figure 4 ) abuts against the upper abutment surfaces 161B on both sides of the first actuator 161 in the left-right direction (Y-axis direction). As a result, the slider 130 starts to press the first actuator 161 downward in addition to the cam 162. The first actuator 161 is pressed downward by the pressing portion 130B of the slider 130, thereby starting to move with the first shaft portion 112C (see Figure 4 ) is the center of rotation and rotates downward.
[0096] <Third State>
[0097] Furthermore, when Fig.12 When the slider 130 slides slightly downward from the second state shown in FIG. Fig.13 As shown, the lower inclined surface 161C of the first actuator 161 contacts the cam nose 162C of the cam 162. Thereafter, the cam nose 162C of the cam 162 separates from the pressing surface 130A of the slider 130 and is pressed downward by the lower inclined surface 161C of the first actuator 161.
[0098] <Fourth State>
[0099] Then, if Fig.14 As shown in FIG. 1 , when the first actuator 161 rotates downward to a predetermined angle, the rotation of the first actuator 161 is restricted. At this time, due to the force from the torsion spring 163, the force of the cam ridge 162C of the cam 162 to slide on the lower inclined surface 161C of the first actuator 161 exceeds the friction resistance between the cam ridge 162C and the lower inclined surface 161C, and thus the cam ridge 162C instantly slides on the lower inclined surface 161C toward the top 161D of the lower inclined surface 161C, enters the top 161D and stops. At this time, since the top 161D is a gently curved surface, the abutment sound of the cam ridge 162C and the top 161D is suppressed.
[0100] <5th State>
[0101] Therefore, if Fig.15As shown, the rotation shaft portion 162B of the cam 162 instantly pulls up the shaft support portion 164A of the second actuator 164. At this time, the second actuator 164 rotates upward with the contact point between the common side elastic contact portion 165B of the movable contact member 165 held by the second actuator 164 and the common contact member 173 (for example, the contact point between a pair of clamping pieces 165Ba and the common contact member 173) as the rotation axis AX. As a result, the contact position of the pair of contact pieces 165Aa of the movable contact member 165 held by the second actuator 164 is instantly switched from the first contact 171 to the second contact 172. As a result, the second contact 172 and the common contact member 173 are mutually conductive via the movable contact member 165, that is, the switch device 100 is switched to the second connection state. As a result, the switch device 100 can perform a switching operation based on a snap action.
[0102] <Sixth State>
[0103] Furthermore, if Fig.16 As shown in FIG. 1 , when the slider 130 is further pressed downward due to the overstroke caused by the slider 130 being further pressed downward after the switching operation, the first actuator 161, while the rotation angle is fixed, presses down the cam ridge 162C of the cam 162 and slides downward together with the slider 130. At this time, the sliding of the first actuator 161 is guided by the guide rib 110C provided on the inner wall surface on the positive side of the X axis of the housing 110. In addition, at this time, the first actuator 161 gradually moves downward away from the first shaft portion 112C of the cover 112, which is the rotation center.
[0104] <Seventh State>
[0105] Then, if Fig.17 As shown, when the slider 130 is pressed down until the lower end 130E of the slider 130 (refer to Figure 4 ) contacts the bottom 110B of the housing 110, the downward sliding of the slider 130 and the first actuator 161 stops. Fig.17 This shows a state where the slider 130 is pushed down to the maximum extent due to the overstroke of the slider 130 .
[0106] Afterwards, when the pressing operation of the slider 130 is released, the slider 130 is pushed upward by the cam 162 and the first actuator 161 due to the force from the torsion spring 163, and returns to the Fig.11 Initial position shown.
[0107] <8th State>
[0108] Specifically, from Fig.17 From the 7th state shown, Fig.18As shown in FIG. 1 , the cam portion 162C of the cam 162 pushes the first actuator 161 upward by the force from the torsion spring 163. As a result, the first actuator 161 pushes the slider 130 upward while sliding with the rotation angle fixed. At this time, the sliding of the first actuator 161 is guided by the guide rib 110C provided on the inner wall surface of the housing 110 on the positive side of the X axis. Then, as shown in FIG. Fig.18 As shown in FIG. 1 , when the first actuator 161 comes into contact with the first shaft portion 112C of the cover 112 , the upward sliding of the first actuator 161 stops.
[0109] <9th State>
[0110] The following, such as Fig.19 As shown, when the first actuator 161 is pushed upward by the cam portion 162C of the cam 162, it rotates upward while being supported by the first shaft portion 112C of the cover 112, thereby pushing up the slider 130. Fig. 20 1 shows that the first actuator 161 is rotatably supported by the first shaft portion 112C of the cover 112. Then, due to the force from the torsion spring 163, the force of the cam portion 162C of the cam 162 to slide up on the lower inclined surface 161C of the first actuator 161 exceeds the friction resistance between the cam portion 162C and the lower inclined surface 161C, and thus the cam portion 162C instantly slides up on the lower inclined surface 161C toward the front end of the first actuator 161. Along with this, the pull-up of the shaft support portion 164A of the second actuator 164 by the rotation shaft portion 162B of the cam 162 is released, that is, the second actuator 164 instantly rotates downward with the contact point between the common side elastic contact portion 165B of the movable contact member 165 and the common contact member 173 as the rotation axis AX.
[0111] <10th State>
[0112] Then, if Fig.21 As shown in FIG. 1 , when the second actuator 164 is momentarily rotated downward, the contact position of the pair of contact pieces 165Aa of the movable contact member 165 held by the second actuator 164 is momentarily switched from the second contact 172 to the first contact 171. As a result, the first contact 171 and the common contact member 173 are connected to each other via the movable contact member 165, that is, the switch device 100 is momentarily switched to the first connection state. In this way, since the switch device 100 has a snap-action mechanism, it is possible to perform a momentary switching operation between the first connection state and the second connection state. In addition, as shown in FIG. Fig.21As shown, when the contact position of the cam hill portion 162C of the cam 162 is switched from the lower inclined surface 161C of the first actuator 161 to the pressing surface 130A of the slider 130, the upward rotation of the first actuator 161 ends, and the cam hill portion 162C of the cam 162 applies an upward force to the pressing surface 130A of the slider 130, directly causing the slider 130 to slide upward.
[0113] <11th State>
[0114] Then, if Fig. 22 As shown, when the slider 130 contacts the lower surface of the cover 112, the upward sliding of the slider 130 stops. Fig. 22 This shows a state where the slider 130 is pushed up to the maximum (initial state).
[0115] Such a snap-action mechanism can be used to perform instant switching operation of the connection state, but when performing the snap-action operation, the movable contact member 165 is likely to vibrate relative to the common contact member 173. However, by configuring the rotation axis AX of the holding member 166 to pass through the common contact member 173, it is possible to suppress the sliding of the common side elastic contact portion 165B of the movable contact member 165 and the common contact member 173. Therefore, it is difficult for the conduction state of the common side elastic contact portion 165B and the common contact member 173 to be affected by vibration, and the contact between the common side elastic contact portion 165B and the common contact member 173 can be stabilized.
[0116] As described above, according to the present embodiment, it is possible to provide the switch device 100 capable of improving the stability of conduction at the operation fulcrum of the movable contact member 165 .
[0117] In addition, the present embodiment is described above, but the present invention is not limited to these examples. For example, those skilled in the art may appropriately add, delete, design and change the components of the above-mentioned embodiments, or appropriately combine the features of the components of the embodiments, and such additions, deletions, and changes are within the scope of the present invention as long as they have the gist of the present invention.
