[0038] Figure 1 A perspective view of a portable blower 1000 according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown. The portable blower is used to perform various outdoor cleaning tasks, such as blowing leaves or debris away from lawns and gardens. Alternatively, the portable blower can also be used to perform indoor cleaning tasks, such as cleaning keyboards and dust and debris generated during operations such as pottery on a workbench.

[0039] like Figure 1 As shown, the blower 1000 includes a fuselage 1, a blowing pipe 10 and an airflow generating device 100. The fuselage 1 forms the main body of the blower 1000 and extends along the longitudinal direction L. Preferably, in the rear half of the fuselage 1, the fuselage is formed with a grip or a handle to facilitate the operator to hold it during work. In an embodiment of the present invention, the grip is formed by the fuselage shell itself. The airflow generating device 100 is used to generate an airflow, and the airflow generating device 100 is at least partially exposed to the outside of the fuselage 1, and air enters from the exposed part and is discharged through the air outlet 23 (see FIG. 2 ). Figure 3 ) to discharge the generated airflow. The blowing pipe 10 is attached to the airflow generating device 100, more specifically to the air outlet 23. The blowing pipe 10 is used to guide the airflow, thereby achieving the orientation of the airflow. Figure 1 The blowpipe 10 shown is an example of a cleaning accessory. The blowpipe may also be a flat blowpipe so that the blowpipe can be operated in a narrow space such as a slit. In another example, the blowpipe includes a small brush to facilitate sweeping or moving debris or dirt that may be located in a corner or hidden location, such as for cleaning a keyboard, etc. Figure 1 Also shown is a trigger switch 111 , which can turn on and off the blower 1000 , and can be provided with two or more adjustment gears, such as a low speed gear and a high speed gear, to adjust the wind speed of the blower 1000 .

[0040] Figure 2 A partially exploded perspective view of a portable blower 1000 according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, wherein a motor side of the portable blower is shown in an exploded perspective view. Figure 3 A partially exploded perspective view of the portable blower 1000 according to the embodiment of the present invention is shown from another angle, wherein the air inlet side of the volute of the portable blower is shown in the exploded perspective view.

[0041] refer to Figure 1-3, the airflow generating device 100 at least includes a motor 7, a fan 24 connected to the motor 7, and a volute 2 surrounding the fan 24. In one embodiment, the motor 7 includes a motor body 70 and a motor shaft 71 extending from the motor body 70, and the fan 24 is fixedly connected to the motor shaft 71, so that the rotation of the motor shaft 71 drives the fan 24 to rotate to generate wind flow. In the present invention, the direction in which the motor shaft 71 extends is referred to as the axial direction. In one embodiment, the fan 24 is a centrifugal fan, which includes a wheel disc 241 and a guide blade 242 extending radially outward on one side of the wheel disc 241. When the centrifugal fan 24 is driven to rotate by the motor 7, the air filled between the blades 242 of the centrifugal fan 24 is pushed by the blades 242 and thrown to the outer edge of the blades 242 due to the centrifugal force. After the pressure energy and kinetic energy of the air increase, it flows out from the outer edge of the blades 242, and a negative pressure or a low-pressure area is formed in the middle of the blades 242, thereby sucking air into the fan, and the generated airflow is thrown toward the air outlet 23, generating a high-pressure area and generating a continuous airflow, so that the air is continuously sucked in and discharged from the outside, generating an axial suction force for air intake and a radial blowing force for blowing.

[0042] In one embodiment, the volute 2 includes a left volute 22 and a right volute 21. Of course, the volute 2 can also be formed as an integral structure. The volute 2 includes an air inlet corresponding to the air inlet cover 26 and an air outlet 23 extending tangentially outward, and the air inlet and the air outlet are fluidically connected. The air outlet 23 can be provided with the aforementioned blowing pipe 10 to facilitate guiding the airflow, thereby achieving a blowing or cleaning operation.

[0043] Continue to refer Figure 1-3 In one embodiment, the fuselage 1 includes a fuselage shell, for example including Figure 2-3 The left body shell 11 and the right body shell 12 are shown. In an embodiment of the present invention, a battery shell 120 is also included inside the body shell, and a rechargeable battery 110 is arranged inside the battery shell 120. A battery cover 4 is also provided at the rear of the body shell, and the battery cover 4 can be attached to the battery shell 120 to keep the rechargeable battery 110 fixed therein. In an embodiment of the present invention, the rechargeable battery 110 is, for example, a lithium battery, and preferably, the body is also provided with a charging interface to facilitate charging the rechargeable battery 110. The battery cover 4 can be removed from the body to facilitate the removal and replacement of the rechargeable battery 110. In a preferred embodiment, a battery power display device, such as an LED display screen, can be provided on the body, for example, to remind the operator that the battery needs to be replaced or charged when the battery is low.

[0044] Figure 2FIG. 1 shows an exploded perspective view of the left half of the portable blower 1000. Figure 2 As schematically shown, the airflow generating device 100 includes the motor 7 and a motor cover 3 fixed to the left fuselage shell 11, and the motor cover 3 preferably includes a plurality of openings or grilles to facilitate heat dissipation of the motor 7. In an embodiment not shown, the motor 7 may also be attached with an additional fan to help dissipate heat from the main body of the motor 7. In a preferred embodiment, Figure 2 The axial fixing portion 9 is also shown, and the axial fixing portion 9 is used to be fixed to the left fuselage shell 11, and the axial fixing portion 9 also includes a cylindrical portion 91 for inserting the motor shaft 71, such as Figure 5 As shown. Figure 2 Also shown are a motor body fixing auxiliary portion 6 and a support member 8, which are used to fix the motor 7 on the left fuselage shell 11 more firmly.

[0045] exist Figure 2 It is also shown in FIG. 1 that a seal 5 is provided between the left fuselage housing 11 and the volute 2. The seal 5 is, for example, an O-ring seal. The seal is used to seal the volute 2 during rotation relative to the fuselage 1, more specifically, during rotation of the left volute 22 of the volute 2 (see FIG. 1 ). Figure 3 ) During the rotation relative to the left fuselage shell 11, friction is generated between the volute 2 and the left fuselage shell 11, and after the volute 2 rotates to a certain position, the volute is maintained in the position by friction, that is, in the fixed rotational orientation and no longer rotates relative to the fuselage 1.

[0046] Figure 3 FIG. 1 shows an exploded perspective view of the right half of the portable blower 1000. Figure 3 Schematically shown, the airflow generating device 100 includes a fan 24 for connecting to the motor 7 and a volute 2 surrounding the fan 24. In a preferred embodiment, the volute 2 includes a left volute 22 and a right volute 21, which accommodate the fan 24 therein. A fixing ring 27 is also shown, which is used to fix the left volute 22 to the fuselage. The motor shaft 71 passes through the left volute 22 and the fixing ring 27 and is used to be fixedly connected to the fan 24. An air inlet cover 26 is also shown, which is fixed to the right fuselage shell 12, or fixed to the right volute 21. In a preferred embodiment, the air inlet cover 26 is fixed to the right volute 21, so that during the rotation of the volute 2, the air inlet cover 26 also rotates with the volute 2. In one embodiment, the air inlet cover 26 is a grid structure, thereby increasing the area that air can enter.

[0047] In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a seal 25 is further provided between the right volute 21 and the right fuselage shell 12, which is similar to the seal 5 mentioned above. The seal 25 is, for example, an O-ring seal. The seal is used to generate friction between the volute 2 and the right fuselage shell 12 during the rotation of the volute 2 relative to the fuselage 1, more specifically during the rotation of the right volute 21 relative to the right fuselage shell 12, and after the volute 2 rotates to a certain position, the volute is kept in the position by friction, that is, in the fixed rotational orientation and no longer rotated relative to the fuselage 1. Thereby, the volute 2 can rotate relative to the fuselage 1, preferably up to 180 degrees, for example Figure 4 As shown, it is possible to work at several different rotation angles. Figure 8 , optionally, a biasing mechanism may be provided to achieve rotation at a fixed angle. For example, the left / right volute may be provided with a plurality of notches 210 corresponding to different angles, and the housing 12 may be provided with a biasing mechanism, such as a pin 121 biased by a spring (not shown), and when the pin 121 is aligned with the notch 210 at one of the angles, the pin 121 engages with the notch 210. By providing a notch and a corresponding biasing mechanism (e.g., including a spring and a pin 121), the volute is allowed to be fixed at a plurality of different angles relative to the housing. The notch 210 is provided in a rounded shape, so that when a user applies a force sufficient to overcome the biasing force of the spring (e.g., when a user applies a sufficiently large rotational force on the volute), the pin 121 may be disengaged from the notch 210, so that the volute can continue to rotate, such as rotating into another adjacent notch, thereby changing the fixed angle of the volute relative to the housing.

[0048] Figure 4 1 shows a front view of a portable blower 1000 according to an embodiment of the present invention, wherein the upper figure shows the volute of the portable blower in the maximum extended state during operation, and the lower figure shows the volute in the folded state after being rotated 180 degrees. Since the volute 2 of the present invention can rotate relative to the body 1, preferably by a maximum of 180 degrees, the portable blower can be stored and transported, for example, in a Figure 4 The stowed position or folded state in the figure below can save space and reduce costs.

[0049] Figure 5 The portable blower 1000 according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown along Figure 4 The cross-sectional view is taken along the line AA of FIG. 1 , wherein the motor 7 and the volute 2 and the fan 24 are shown in a cutaway manner. Figure 5As shown, in the installed state, the fixing ring 27 is fixed to the left fuselage shell 11 from the right side of the left volute 22, for example, by fasteners, so that the sealing member 5 is compressed between the left fuselage shell 11 and the left volute 22. The left volute 22 can rotate relative to the left fuselage shell 11, and the sealing member 5 provides damping for the rotation and keeps the left volute 22 in a selected rotation position or orientation by friction. Similarly, in conjunction with reference Figure 6 After the air inlet cover 26 is snap-connected to the corresponding tongue 211 of the right volute 21, for example, by means of the tongue 261, the seal 25 is compressed between the right fuselage shell 12 and the right volute 21. The right volute 21 can rotate relative to the right fuselage shell 12, and the seal 25 provides damping for the rotation and maintains the right volute 21 in a selected rotational position or orientation by friction.

[0050] refer to Figure 5 In a preferred embodiment, the left volute 22 and the right volute 21 have grooves and protrusions on the interface between them, respectively, to achieve good sealing of the interface. Figure 5 As shown, the left volute 22 includes a groove 221 at the interface, and the right volute 21 includes a protrusion 212 at the interface. When the left volute 22 and the right volute 21 are installed together, the protrusion 212 is inserted into the groove 221, thereby achieving a good sealing of the interface, thereby preventing the wind flow from leaking out from the interface between the left volute 22 and the right volute 21, thereby improving the effect of blowing.

[0051] In an embodiment of the present invention, the air inlet cover 26 and the motor 7 are respectively located on both sides of the volute 2, and the centrifugal fan 24 is located inside the volute 2. This compact design is advantageous in achieving a good blowing effect and improving the blowing efficiency.

[0052] Figure 6 A perspective view of a volute 2 and a fan 24 of a portable blower 1000 according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, wherein the fan 24 is accommodated in the volute 2 . Figure 6It is also shown from another angle that the left volute 21 further includes a tongue 211 and blocks 213 located on both circumferential sides of the tongue 211. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the block 213 is close enough to the tongue 211 so that after the air inlet cover 26 is snap-connected to the corresponding tongue 211 of the right volute 21, the block 213 stops the tongue 261 of the air inlet cover 26 to prevent the air inlet cover 26 from rotating relative to the right volute 21 and sliding out of the right volute 21 to disengage. The tongue is an example of a coupling mechanism, which is used to couple the air inlet cover 26 to the volute 2. Therefore, this configuration ensures that during the rotation of the volute 2, the air inlet cover 26 rotates with the volute 2, thereby ensuring that sufficient axial wind flow enters the air inlet cover 26 without being affected by the rotation of the volute 2.

[0053] Figure 7 A perspective view schematically shows an example of a blowpipe of a portable blower 1000 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Figure 7 As shown in the figure above, the blowing tube 10' includes a small brush 101' to facilitate the cleaning or removal of debris or dirt to be cleaned, and the small brush is combined with the blowing operation to more conveniently clean the debris or dirt. In another example, as Figure 7 As shown in the figure below, the blowing pipe can be a flat-mouthed blowing pipe 10″, so that the blowing operation can be performed in a narrow space such as a slit, so as to facilitate blowing.
