[0002] The sealing of the car sunroof plays a very important role in the vehicle, such as waterproof safety, dustproof, heat preservation and sound insulation, etc. Therefore, before the car is sold, the staff will use sealing rubber strips to seal the sunroof, and then use smoke detection to test the air tightness of the car sunroof.
[0003] However, as a component with extremely high frequency of use, the car sunroof may have problems with poor sealing after being used for a period of time due to factors such as accidental impact by external force, loosening of movable parts and aging of rubber, resulting in water leakage in rainy and snowy weather, affecting normal use. DETAILED DESCRIPTION

It should be understood that these examples are used to illustrate the present application and are not limited to the scope of the present application. [0034] Example 1: An auxiliary detection device for a car sunroof sealing detection fixture, please refer to Figure 1-Figure 5 , including a car roof 1, a skylight 11 is arranged in the middle of the car roof 1, a sealing rubber strip is arranged between the car roof 1 and the skylight 11, a sealing box 12 is arranged on the upper side of the car roof 1, and rubber is arranged at the joint of the sealing box 12 and the car roof 1, the inside of the sealing box 12 is hollow, and an air outlet 16 is connected to the lower left side of the sealing box 12, a smoke generator 13 is fixed to the left side of the upper front side of the sealing box 12, and the smoke outlet of the smoke generator 13 is connected to the inside of the sealing box 12, a first guide rail 18 is fixed to the upper side of the inside of the sealing box 12, a moving member 17 is slidably connected to the first guide rail 18, and arc surfaces are arranged on both sides of the longitudinal direction of the moving member 17, and the moving member 17 is slidably connected to the sealing box 12, a blocking component capable of blocking the communication port between the air outlet 16 and the sealing box 12 is connected to the sealing box 12, and a reset component capable of driving the moving member 17 to move and reset is connected to the sealing box 12.
[0035] See also Figure 3-Figure 4 The blocking assembly includes an electric push rod 14, which is fixed to the left front side of the inside of the sealed box 12. A closing piece 15 is fixed to the telescopic end of the electric push rod 14. The closing piece 15 is slidably connected to the first guide rail 18. The closing piece 15 is slidably connected to the sealed box 12. A protrusion is provided on the closing piece 15 near the air outlet piece 16. The protrusion on the closing piece 15 can block the connecting port between the air outlet piece 16 and the sealed box 12.
[0036] See also Figure 3-Figure 4 The reset assembly includes a rope wheel 110, the rear portion of which is rotatably connected to the left front side of the inside of the sealing box 12, one end of a pull rope 19 is fixed to the rope wheel 110, and the other end of the pull rope 19 is wound around the rope wheel 110 and fixedly connected to the moving member 17.
[0037] See also Figure 3-Figure 4 , and also includes a winding member 111, which passes into the interior of the sealing box 12 and is fixed on the front side of the rope winding wheel 110, and the winding member 111 is rotatably connected to the sealing box 12.
[0038] When people need to test the sealing performance of the car sunroof 11, they can use the device to operate. First, people put the sealing box 12 on the top of the car roof 1, so that the hollow position inside the sealing box 12 is opposite to the sealing rubber strip of the sunroof 11. Because the lower part of the sealing box 12 is provided with rubber, the sealing box 12 can be in close contact with the car roof 1. Then people start the smoke generator 13, and the smoke generator 13 inputs smoke into the inside of the sealing box 12, so that the air pressure in the space between the closing member 15 and the moving member 17 increases. Then people observe the position between the closing member 15 and the moving member 17, and check whether there is smoke leakage in the sealing rubber strip on the sunroof 11 between the closing member 15 and the moving member 17. After the inspection, people start the electric The push rod 14, the telescopic end of the electric push rod 14 is retracted, and the electric push rod 14 drives the closing member 15 to move toward the side close to the rope winding wheel 110. When the closing member 15 no longer blocks the communication port between the gas outlet member 16 and the sealing box 12, people close the electric push rod 14, and the air pressure in the space between the closing member 15 and the moving member 17 increases, so that the moving member 17 is pushed to move by the smoke, and the moving member 17 slides along the shape of the first guide rail 18, so that the interior of the sealing box 12 is filled with smoke, and the moving member 17 drives the pull rope 19 to move, so that the pull rope 19 is pulled out, and the winding member 111 is driven by the pull rope 19 to rotate counterclockwise, and at the same time, the communication port between the gas outlet member 16 and the sealing box 12 is no longer blocked by the closing member 15, so that the sealing box 12 is connected to the outside through the gas outlet member 16. In this way, when the moving member 17 is pushed by the smoke, it will not be unable to be pushed because the air pressure in the pushing direction of the moving member 17 is too large, because the two longitudinal sides of the moving member 17 are provided with arc surfaces, so that when the moving member 17 moves to the corner of the sealed box 12, it will not be stuck. At the same time, because the corners of the sealed box 12 are all one-quarter arcs, and the radius is consistent with the width of the moving member 17, when the moving member 17 moves to the corner of the sealed box 12, there will be no gap between the moving member 17 and the sealed box 12. When the interior of the sealed box 12 is filled with smoke, people observe whether there is any smoke leakage at the sealing strip between the car roof 1 and the skylight 11 in the car. After the inspection, people turn off the smoke generator 13 and start the electric pusher. Rod 14, the telescopic end of the electric push rod 14 is extended, and the electric push rod 14 drives the closing member 15 to move toward the side away from the rope winding wheel 110, so that the protrusion on the closing member 15 blocks the communication port between the gas outlet member 16 and the sealing box 12 again, and then people close the electric push rod 14, and take the sealing box 12 off the car roof 1, and finally manually rotate the winding member 111 clockwise, so that the pull rope 19 is rewound on the winding member 111, and the pull rope 19 drives the moving member 17 to move and reset. At the same time, because the above device is small, easy to carry and easy to operate, it is also suitable for people to operate manually by themselves, and there is no need to go to a repair shop to ask workers to check. The above operation is performed by setting a smoke generator 13, and the smoke generator 13 inputs smoke into the sealing box 12,The pressure in the sealed box 12 increases, and the moving part 17 is pushed and moved due to the increased pressure until the sealed box 12 is completely filled with smoke. Then people can sit in the car and observe whether the skylight 11 is leaking smoke, making the operation easier and no longer requiring the cooperation of multiple people. A single person can check whether the sealing of the skylight 11 is good.
[0039] Example 2: Based on Example 1, please refer to Figure 6-Figure 8 , also includes a detection mechanism that can detect the smoke leakage position of the automobile roof 1 through the smoke sensor 21, the detection mechanism includes a bidirectional elastic telescopic member 28, the bidirectional elastic telescopic member 28 is clamped under the automobile roof 1, and the first spring 29 is fixed on the left and right sides of the inside of the bidirectional elastic telescopic member 28, and the second guide rail 23 is movably connected in the middle of the upper side of the bidirectional elastic telescopic member 28, and a one-way gear 24 is fixed on the second guide rail 23. A fixing member 22 is fixed on the upper part of the second guide rail 23, and a detection member 2 is fixed on the fixing member 22. The upper side of the detection member 2 is squeezed and matched with the automobile roof 1, and rubber is also provided on the upper side of the detection member 2. The detection member 2 is irregularly divided into twelve compartments, and the compartments on both sides are staggered. The smoke sensors 21 are fixed in the compartments, and the smoke sensors 21 are electrically connected to the external control system through the control module. The bidirectional elastic telescopic member 28 is connected with a driving component that can drive the fixing member 22 to move downward.
[0040] See also Figure 6-Figure 7 The driving assembly includes a dual-axis motor 26, which is fixed on the upper side of the dual-axis elastic telescopic member 28. The dual-axis motor 26 is electrically connected to the external control system through a control module. A dual-axis screw 27 is fixed on the output shaft below the dual-axis motor 26, and the dual-axis screw 27 is threadedly connected to the fixing member 22.
[0041] See also Figure 7 , and also includes a common gear 25, which is fixed on the output shaft of the dual-axis motor 26, and the one-way gear 24 and the common gear 25 are meshed with each other.
[0042] When tiny holes appear in the sealing strip between the car roof 1 and the skylight 11, people may not be able to observe them with the naked eye. When larger holes appear in the sealing strip between the car roof 1 and the skylight 11, smoke may escape directly from the holes, making it impossible for the moving part 17 to be pushed any further. Therefore, a detection mechanism capable of detecting the position of smoke leakage from the car roof 1 is provided. The following is its working principle: First, people clamp the bidirectional elastic telescopic member 28 under the car roof 1, and fit the detection member 2 with the car roof 1. The compartments provided on the detection member 2 are opposite to the sealing strip between the car roof 1 and the skylight 11. Because the first springs 29 are provided in the telescopic ends on both sides of the bidirectional elastic telescopic member 28, the bidirectional elastic telescopic member 28 is supported by the first springs 29. The telescopic ends on both sides of the bidirectional elastic telescopic member 28 are tightly fitted with the automobile roof 1, thereby preventing the bidirectional elastic telescopic member 28 from falling off, and then people start the smoke generator 13 to detect the sealing of the skylight 11. At the same time, people control the smoke sensors 21 to start through the external control system. Because the lower part of the detection member 2 is sealed, the smoke escaping from the holes on the sealing strip between the automobile roof 1 and the skylight 11 will not escape, but will enter the compartment on the detection member 2, and each compartment on the detection member 2 is provided with a smoke sensor 21. When smoke appears in the compartment on the detection member 2, the smoke sensor 21 will detect the smoke, and the smoke sensor 21 will send an electrical signal to the external control system, so that people know which compartment has a hole. Therefore, after people have finished checking the sealing of one side, people control the moving member 17 to move and reset through the winding member 111, and then people start the double-axis motor 26 through the external control system. The upper and lower output shafts of the double-axis motor 26 rotate clockwise, and the upper output shaft drives the common gear 25 to rotate clockwise. The common gear 25 and the one-way gear 24 are meshed with each other. Because the one-way gear 24 can only transmit in one direction, when the common gear 25 rotates clockwise, the one-way gear 24 will only idle but cannot drive the second guide rail 23 to rotate. The lower output shaft drives the bidirectional screw 27 to rotate clockwise. The bidirectional screw 27 is threadedly connected to the fixing member 22, so that the fixing member 22 moves downward, and the fixing member 22 drives the detection member 2 to move downward, and the detection member 2 is separated from the automobile top plate 1. The fixing part 22 drives the one-way gear 24 to move downward. When the fixing part 22 moves downward to the bottom of the two-way screw 27, the external control system controls the output shafts of the two-axis motor 26 to rotate counterclockwise. The lower output shaft drives the two-way screw 27 to rotate counterclockwise. The two-way screw 27 is threadedly connected to the fixing part 22, so that the fixing part 22 moves upward. The upper output shaft drives the ordinary gear 25 to rotate counterclockwise. The ordinary gear 25 and the one-way gear 24 are meshed with each other. The one-way gear 24 drives the second guide rail 23 to rotate counterclockwise. The second guide rail 23 drives the fixing part 22 to rotate counterclockwise. Because the teeth on the ordinary gear 25 are wider than the one-way gear 24, the one-way gear 24 can continue to mesh with the ordinary gear 25 after the one-way gear 24 moves downward. When the fixing member 22 rotates counterclockwise 180 degrees, because the detection member 2 is irregularly divided into twelve compartments, holes may appear in the partition positions of the compartments. At the same time, because the compartments on the opposite sides of the detection member 2 are staggered, when the fixing member 22 drives the detection member 2 to rotate, the area previously blocked by the partition of the compartment will be exposed again. Then the external control system controls the output shaft of the dual-axis motor 26 to rotate clockwise, and the output shaft below drives the bidirectional screw 27 to rotate clockwise. The bidirectional screw 27 is threadedly connected to the fixing member 22, so that the fixing member 22 moves downward. When the fixing member 22 moves downward to the bottom of the bidirectional screw 27, because the thread on the bidirectional screw 27 is bidirectional, the bidirectional screw 27 continues to rotate. Continue to rotate clockwise, the fixing part 22 will drive the detection part 2 to move upward, so that the detection part 2 fits with the car roof 1 again, and then people will conduct a second airtightness test of the sunroof 11 to detect whether there are holes in the place that was previously blocked by the partition between the compartments. The above operation is performed by setting the detection part 2, which is divided into twelve compartments, and each compartment is provided with a smoke sensor 21. When smoke leakage occurs, the smoke sensor 21 can detect the smoke, and then inform people through the external control system, so that people no longer need to observe with the naked eye, which is more convenient to operate. When small holes appear, they will not be unobservable. At the same time, the detection part 2 can block the smoke to prevent the smoke from escaping, so that the smoke will not directly escape and fail to push the moving part 17.
[0043] See also Figure 9-10 , and also includes a pushing mechanism that can push up the sealing box 12 after the detection is completed, so that people can easily remove the sealing box 12. The pushing mechanism includes an extrusion member 3, which is fixed to the telescopic end of the electric push rod 14. A connecting member 34 is fixed to the side of the sealing box 12 close to the electric push rod 14. A third guide rail 32 is fixed to the upper side of the connecting member 34. A pushing member 31 is slidably connected to the third guide rail 32. The lower side of the pushing member 31 is pressed and matched with the automobile roof 1. An inclined surface is provided on the upper part of the pushing member 31. The extrusion member 3 is pressed and matched with the inclined surface on the pushing member 31. A second spring 33 is fixed between the pushing member 31 and the connecting member 34.
[0044] Because the lower part of the sealing box 12 is provided with rubber, people need a greater force to be able to take down the sealing box 12. Therefore, a pushing mechanism is provided to lift the sealing box 12 for people to take it. The following is its working principle: after people have checked the sealing performance of the sunroof 11, they start the electric push rod 14, and the telescopic end of the electric push rod 14 extends. When the telescopic end of the electric push rod 14 drives the closing member 15 to move toward the side away from the electric push rod 14, the telescopic end of the electric push rod 14 drives the extrusion member 3 to move backward at the same time. The extrusion member 3 squeezes the inclined surface of the upper part of the pushing member 31 downward, so that the pushing member 31 is squeezed and moved downward. Because the pushing member 31 and the automobile roof panel 1 squeeze each other, the pushing member 31 cannot move downward, thereby making the connecting member 15 The connecting piece 34 moves upward, the second spring 33 is compressed, and the connecting piece 34 drives the sealing box 12 to move upward, so that the third guide rail 32 is separated from the sealing box 12, and then people close the electric push rod 14, and finally people take the sealing box 12 off the car roof 1. After the connecting piece 34 is separated from the car roof 1, the second spring 33 is reset and drives the connecting piece 34 to move downward and reset. The above operation is provided with an extruding piece 3, and the electric push rod 14 drives the extruding piece 3 to move, so that the extruding piece 3 squeezes the pushing piece 31 downward. Because the pushing piece 31 and the car roof 1 squeeze each other, the connecting piece 34 drives the sealing box 12 to move upward, and the sealing box 12 is separated from the car roof 1, so that it is convenient for people to take the sealing box 12 off the car roof 1.
[0045] See also Figure 11-13 , and also includes an adaptation mechanism that allows the device to adapt to different structures of automobile roof panels 1 on different models. The adaptation mechanism includes several plastic seals 4, one part of the plastic seals 4 is slidably connected to the lower part of the sealing box 12, and the other part of the plastic seals 4 is slidably connected to the upper part of the detection member 2. The plastic seals 4 are provided with rubber on one side close to the automobile roof panel 1. An airbag 43 is fixed to the lower side of the moving member 17, and an airbag 43 is also fixed to the lower side of the closing member 15. An inflation component capable of inflating the airbag 43 is connected to the moving member 17.
[0046] See also Fig.11 and Fig.13 The inflation assembly includes two air pumps 41 , the air pump 41 is fixed at the lower part of the moving member 17 , the air pump 41 is also fixed at the lower part of the closing member 15 , and an air guide tube 42 is connected between the air pump 41 and the air bag 43 .
[0047] Because the shape of the car roof panel 1 is not uniform and there is curvature on the surface, this will affect the result of our detection of the sealing of the sunroof 11. Therefore, an adaptation mechanism is provided to enable the device to adapt to the different structures of the car roof panels 1 on different models. The following is its working principle: a plurality of plastic seals 4 are slidably connected to the lower part of the sealing box 12 and the upper part of the detection member 2. When facing cars of different models, people put the sealing box 12 on the upper side of the car roof panel 1, and the plastic seal 4 will be squeezed by the car roof panel 1 and slide, so that the side of the plastic seal 4 close to the car roof panel 1 is consistent with the arc shape of the car roof panel 1, and the plastic seal 4 fits tightly with the sealing box 12. Similarly, the plastic seal 4 on the upper part of the detection member 2 enables the detection member 2 to adapt to the different shapes of the car roof panels 1 of more models, thereby avoiding people from performing sealing detection on the sunroof 11. In case of incorrect detection effect, two air pumps 41 are provided at the same time. The air pumps 41 are respectively fixed at the lower part of the closing member 15 and the movable member 17. The air pumps 41 inflate the corresponding airbags 43 through the air guide tubes 42, so that during the movement of the closing member 15 and the movable member 17, the airbags 43 can fit with the surface of the automobile roof 1 to prevent smoke leakage due to bending, and can also prevent the closing member 15 and the movable member 17 from getting stuck during movement. The above operation is carried out by setting the plastic sealing member 4, so that the sealing box 12 and the detection member 2 can fit tightly with the automobile roof 1, thereby preventing erroneous results when checking the sealing of the sunroof 11, and by setting the airbags 43, the closing member 15 and the movable member 17 can fit with the automobile roof 1 during movement to prevent smoke leakage, thereby affecting the detection.
