Abstract

The invention discloses a method for avoiding jump stop of a shaft seal cooling fan, and relates to the technical field of steam drainage application, comprising the following steps: cutting off a condensate water drainage pipeline between the shaft seal cooling fan and a water seal; a shaft seal cooling fan condensate water drainage pipeline is additionally arranged, and the water outlet end of the condensate water drainage pipeline extends to an external drainage area. The condensate water drainage pipeline between the shaft seal cooling fan and the water seal is cut off, the water seal is sealed, meanwhile, the water drainage pipeline is additionally arranged at the shaft seal cooling fan and extends to a trench outside a plant, and the pipe diameter of the water drainage pipeline is increased. By means of the method, the problem that the shaft seal fan jumps due to unsmooth drainage of condensate water is effectively solved, the risk that a condensate pump pit submerges the pump is eradicated, and the risk that the leakproofness of system vacuum in the process cannot be guaranteed is eradicated.
