[0213] Figures 17 to 22 2 is a drawing explaining the operation of a joining structure of a vehicle body according to an exemplary embodiment.

[0214] In the following, reference will be made to Figures 1 to 22 The operation of the joint structure 100 configured as described above is described in detail according to an exemplary embodiment.

[0215] refer to Figures 1 to 16 , the front body module 110 is fixed to the front portion of the lower body 1. The rear body module 210 is separate from the front body module 110.

[0216] At the rear of the front body module 110 , the fixing portion joint 331 of the joint unit 310 is connected to the outside of the fixing portion closed cross section 141 of the fixing portion roof rail assembly 131 and the outside of the fixing portion closed cross section 161 of the fixing portion center pillar assembly 151 .

[0217] Furthermore, at the rear portion of the front vehicle body module 110 , a latch assembly 510 is connected to the inner side of the fixing portion closed cross-section 141 of the fixing portion roof rail assembly 131 .

[0218] At the rear of the front vehicle body module 110 , the fixing portion inner sealing member 610 is connected to fixing portion sealing flanges 114 , 116 , and 176 formed in the fixing portion roof rail assembly 131 , the fixing portion center pillar assembly 151 , and the fixing portion floor assembly 171 , respectively.

[0219] At the front of the rear body module 210 , the variable portion joint 351 of the joint unit 310 is connected to the inner side of the variable portion closed cross section 241 of the variable portion roof rail assembly 231 and the inner side of the variable portion closed cross section 261 of the variable portion center pillar assembly 251 .

[0220] At the front portion of the rear body module 210 , a striker 410 is installed outside the variable portion closed cross-section 241 of the variable portion roof rail assembly 231 .

[0221] At the front of the rear body module 210 , the variable portion inner sealing member 710 is mounted on the variable portion sealing flanges 214 , 216 , 218 , 234 , 254 and 278 formed on the variable portion roof rail assembly 231 , the variable portion center pillar assembly 251 and the variable portion floor assembly 271 , respectively.

[0222] In this state, the rear body module 210 moves downward from the rear side of the lower body 1 and moves toward the front body module 110 .

[0223] Then, if Fig.17 and Fig.18 As shown, the fixing portion joint 331 is inserted into the joint passing holes 213 a and 215 a of the variable portion top cover 213 and the variable portion column cover 215 .

[0224] The fixed portion joint 331 and the variable portion joint 351 are commonly coupled at an inner side of the variable portion closed cross section 241 of the variable portion roof rail assembly 231 and an inner side of the variable portion closed cross section 261 of the variable portion center pillar assembly 251 .

[0225] In this process, if Fig.19 As shown, the striker 410 is inserted into the striker through hole 113 a of the fixing portion top cover 113 . Therefore, the striker 410 is coupled to the latch assembly 510 at the inner side of the fixing portion closed cross section 141 of the fixing portion roof rail assembly 131 .

[0226] The striker 410 is installed outside the variable portion closed cross-section 241 through the striker installation spacer 433 of the striker installation unit 431. Therefore, the striker installation unit 431 can distribute the load concentrated on the striker 410 while ensuring the installation strength of the striker 410.

[0227] And, the latch assembly 510 is installed inside the fixed portion closed cross section 141 through the latch installation partition 533 and the support partition 535 of the latch installation unit 531. Therefore, the latch installation unit 531 can distribute the load concentrated on the latch assembly 510 while ensuring the installation strength of the latch assembly 510.

[0228] The moisture flowing into the inside of the fixing portion closed cross section 141 through the striker passing hole 113a may be blocked by the latch mounting unit 531. Therefore, the latch mounting unit 531 may prevent the moisture from flowing into the fixing portion roof rail 133 in the vehicle width direction.

[0229] In the above process, if Figures 19 to 21 As shown, the fixed portion inner sealing member 610 and the variable portion inner sealing member 710 are in close contact with each other, and seal the inner sides of the front body module 110 and the rear body module 210 coupled to each other.

[0230] like Fig.19 As shown, the fixed portion inner sealing member 610 and the variable portion inner sealing member 710 can seal between the fixed portion roof rail assembly 131 and the variable portion roof rail assembly 231. Fig. 20 As shown, the fixed portion inner sealing member 610 and the variable portion inner sealing member 710 can seal between the fixed portion center pillar assembly 151 and the variable portion center pillar assembly 251. Fig.21 As shown, the fixed portion inner sealing member 610 and the variable portion inner sealing member 710 may seal between the fixed portion floor assembly 171 and the variable portion floor assembly 271 .

[0231] At the same time, if Figure 2 As shown, outer sides of the front body module 110 and the rear body module 210 coupled to each other may be sealed by a molding member 810 and an outer sealing member 910 .

[0232] The joint structure 100 according to the above exemplary embodiment may combine the front body module 110 and the rear body module 210 together through the fixed portion joint 331 and the variable portion joint 351 of the joint unit 310 .

[0233] Furthermore, the joint structure 100 according to an exemplary embodiment may combine the front body module 110 and the rear body module 210 together through the striker 410 and the latch assembly 510 .

[0234] Therefore, even if the connection force between the fixed portion joint 331 and the variable portion joint 351 is insufficient or lost, the striker 410 and the latch assembly 510 can prevent the front body module 110 from being separated from the rear body module 210 .

[0235] Also, according to an exemplary embodiment, the joint structure 100 may seal the inside and outside of the front body module 110 and the rear body module 210 coupled to each other through the fixed portion inner sealing member 610 , the variable portion inner sealing member 710 , the molding member 810 , and the outer sealing member 910 .

[0236] As a result, the joint structure 100 according to one exemplary embodiment may ensure sealing performance and waterproof performance of the front body module 110 and the rear body module 210 coupled to each other.

[0237] At the same time, the fixed portion sealing flanges 114, 116 and 176 of the front body module 110 and the variable portion sealing flanges 214, 216, 218, 234, 254 and 278 of the rear body module 210 can prevent the rotation of the rear body module 210 even if the coupling force between the front body module 110 and the rear body module 210 is insufficient or lost.

[0238] For example, Fig. 22 As shown, the fixed portion sealing flange 114 of the fixed portion roof rail assembly 131 and the variable portion sealing flanges 214 and 234 of the variable portion roof rail assembly 231 may be provided as a stopper 990 to prevent the rear body module 210 from rotating relative to the front body module 110 (see Figure 1 ).

[0239] According to the joining structure 100 of an exemplary embodiment, the front body module 110 as the fixing portion 110 a is coupled to the front portion of the lower body 1 as is, and the rear body module 210 as the variable portion 210 a can be coupled to the upper portion of the lower body 1 and the rear portion of the front body module 110 .

[0240] Therefore, according to an exemplary embodiment, the joint structure 100 replaces the rear body module 210 of a predetermined shape based on the customized service type (eg, use case) of the PBV, and the PBV may be a call type vehicle or a delivery type vehicle.

[0241] As a result, the joint structure 100 according to an exemplary embodiment can reduce the cost of configuring a vehicle body to accommodate various customized services of a PBV.

[0242] Furthermore, the joint structure 100 according to one exemplary embodiment may smoothly distribute load input to the front body module 110 and the rear body module 210 coupled to each other, thereby improving collision performance and torsional strength of a vehicle body, and the like.

[0243] Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described in conjunction with what are currently considered to be practical exemplary embodiments, it should be understood that the embodiments of the present invention are not limited to the disclosed embodiments.
