Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The utility model relates to the technical field of yellow phosphorus production, in particular to a phosphating production line. Background Art
[0002] Phosphating is a commonly used treatment technology. It refers to the contact of the metal surface with an acidic solution containing dihydrogen phosphate. The chemical reaction can enhance the bonding force between the coating film and the workpiece, improve the corrosion resistance of the coating on the surface of the workpiece after coating, improve the decorative effect and wear resistance of the workpiece, make the workpiece lubricated during machining, and improve the corrosion resistance of the workpiece. The phosphating production line solves the problems of poor processing quality and indiscriminate discharge of sewage in the prior art. The production line can be divided into a cleaning unit, a coating unit, a heating unit, and an air-drying unit.
[0003] Most of the existing phosphating production lines are semi-automatic and fully automated. Both types of production lines have the problem that during the metal cleaning or coating process, a large amount of materials are pushed together, resulting in the metal not being fully coated or cleaned. Moreover, the impurities and iron filings generated by the metal cannot be well processed and collected after long-term work, resulting in accumulation at the bottom, affecting the cleaning effect. Moreover, the metal after cleaning is mostly blown on the metal surface by a fan. The surface looks dry, but the inside of the workpiece is not dry, resulting in low drying efficiency. Therefore, a person skilled in the art provides a phosphating production line to solve the problems raised in the above background technology. Utility Model Content
[0004] The purpose of the utility model is to solve the shortcomings existing in the prior art, and a phosphating production line is proposed. By utilizing the rotation of the first oil cylinder, when the material turning box is turned to an inclined surface with a certain angle to the horizontal plane of the box body, the first oil cylinder pauses for several seconds, so that the water source in the material turning box has enough time to be filtered. When the objects are poured into the first phosphating box, driven by the third motor at the bottom, the phosphating material flows, which plays a role in uniformly adhering to the objects and increasing the service life of the objects. By utilizing the rotation of the first oil cylinder, the materials in the material turning box are poured into the second phosphating box for further processing, and the third motor is also arranged at the bottom.
